Abstract
The invention provides a formwork supporting method for a shear wall formwork system, which comprises the following steps: according to the design requirement, a template control line and a template positioning line are released; arranging a bamboo glue template according to a template positioning line, arranging a plurality of supporting plates outside the bamboo glue template, connecting two oppositely arranged bamboo glue plates through a plurality of opposite-pulling screw rods, and arranging a plurality of pairs of fixing pipes at the fixing positions of the opposite-pulling screw rods; the external corner part of the template is formed by hard splicing of end faces, wood beam pressing, steel pipe fastening and wood wedge squeezing between the steel pipe and the wood beam; arranging a plurality of first fixing plates on the bamboo glue templates on two sides of the hole, arranging a plurality of second fixing plates on the top of the hole, arranging a plurality of first adjustable lead screws between the oppositely arranged first fixing plates, and arranging a plurality of second adjustable lead screws between the second fixing plates on the top of the hole and the ground; and pouring mortar into the bottom of the erected shear wall formwork, and sealing the bottom of the bamboo glue formwork by using the mortar. The template has good stability of the whole structure and is not easy to explode.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a formwork supporting method for a shear wall formwork system.
Background
With the development of economy, high-rise buildings and super high-rise buildings in China are constructed in large quantities, and large-scale infrastructure, urban traffic and highway are developed rapidly. The modern large building systems have high engineering quality requirements and complex construction technology. The shear wall is firstly constructed by templates in the construction process and then concrete is poured, and the traditional shear wall template has at least the following defects that the traditional shear wall is easy to explode in the template supporting process, the fixing structure is single during template construction, the fixing effect is poor, meanwhile, the corner collision position of the template is easy to misplace, the template is inconvenient to position and fix, the pouring quality is poor, the phenomenon of mold expansion is easy to occur in the pouring process, the wall body is easy to distort after pouring is finished, and the stress effect of the wall body is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a formwork supporting method for a shear wall formwork system, so as to solve the problems that a shear wall formwork in the prior art is easy to burst and has a poor fixing effect.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a formwork supporting method for a shear wall formwork system comprises the following steps:
1) according to the design requirement, releasing a template control line, and then releasing a template positioning line according to the template control line;

4) for the shear wall template with the reserved door and window opening, a plurality of first fixing plates are vertically arranged on the bamboo glue templates at two sides of the opening, a plurality of second fixing plates are horizontally arranged on the lower end face of the bamboo glue template at the top of the opening, a plurality of first adjustable lead screws are arranged between the first fixing plates oppositely arranged at two sides of the opening, two ends of each first adjustable lead screw are respectively connected with the first fixing plates through wood pads, the length of each first adjustable lead screw is adjusted so as to enable the first fixing plates to be tightly abutted against the bamboo glue templates, a transverse ridge for preventing the first adjustable lead screws from moving downwards is arranged below each first adjustable lead screw, the transverse ridge is vertically arranged on each first fixing plate, a plurality of second adjustable lead screws are arranged between the second fixing plates at the top of the opening and the ground, two ends of each second adjustable lead screw are respectively connected with the second fixing plates and the ground through square wood, the length of each second adjustable lead screw is adjusted so as to enable the second fixing plates at the top of the, the first angle steel is arranged at the splicing position of the internal corner or the external corner of the bamboo glued template so as to connect the longitudinal bamboo glued template with the transverse bamboo glued template, the second angle steel is arranged at the splicing position of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate at the internal corner or the external corner, and the first angle steel and the second angle steel are connected and fixed through a screw and a nut, so that the stability of the template at the hole opening is ensured;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: the invention adopts different fixing modes according to the conditions of different parts of the shear wall template, ensures the stability of the whole structure of the template and prevents the template from being exploded, the bamboo plywood is fixed by the combined action of the supporting plate, the fixing pipe and the counter-pulling screw rod, ensures the stability of the bamboo plywood, the internal corner and the external corner of the template are compressed by battens, ensures the verticality of the corners, the first adjustable screw rod and the second adjustable screw rod are arranged in the opening template, and ensures the position and the size of the opening to be accurate.

Detailed Description
Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention discloses a formwork supporting method for a shear wall formwork system, which comprises the following steps:
1) according to the design requirement, a constructor emits a control line, a template control line is emitted at a position 200mm away from the control line, a template positioning line is emitted according to the template control line, and a large-angle vertical control line needs to be bounced at a position 100mm away from a corner;
2) as shown in fig. 1 and 2, arranging bamboo glue templates 1 according to the released template positioning lines, namely arranging a plurality of bamboo glue templates 1 on the outer surface of the shear wall to be poured, sticking sponge strips among the joints of the bamboo glue templates 1 and compacting by battens to prevent slurry leakage when concrete is poured; the outer surface of the bamboo glue template 1 is provided with the supporting plates 2 which are abutted against the outer surface of the bamboo glue template along the vertical direction, and the distance between the supporting plates 2 is preferably 200mm, so that the workload cannot be increased due to the excessive density of the supporting plates 2, and the structural firmness cannot be influenced due to the excessive distance between the supporting plates 2; two bamboo glue templates 1 oppositely arranged in the width direction of the shear wall to be poured are connected through a plurality of counter-pulling screws 3, the distance between the first counter-pulling screw 3 and the ground is 200mm, the distance between the topmost counter-pulling screw 3 and the bottom of a floor slab is also 200mm, and the longitudinal distance and the transverse distance of the counter-pulling screws 3 are both set to be 550 plus 650mm, so that the stability of template support is ensured; in order to make the fixation more firm, the diameter of the opposite-pulling screw rod 3 is not less than 12 mm; a plurality of pairs of fixing pipes 4 vertical to the outer surfaces of the supporting plates 2 are arranged, and two ends of the counter-pulling screw rods 3 sequentially penetrate through the bamboo glue template 1, a gap between the pair of fixing pipes 4 and the 3-type clamp 5 and are finally fixed by a plurality of nuts, so that the fixing pipes 4 are tightly abutted against the supporting plates 2 to fix the bamboo glue template 1, and the bamboo glue template 1 is prevented from loosening and shifting;
3) referring to fig. 3, the end face of the bamboo glue template 1 is adopted for hard splicing at the external corner part of the end of the shear wall template, before the hard splicing of the end face of the bamboo glue template, a cutter is used for scraping concrete slurry on the end face of the bamboo glue template, the hard splicing part of the bamboo glue template 1 is polished to be smooth and flat, then a batten 6 is used for pressing, then a steel pipe 7 is used for fastening, and finally a wood wedge 8 is used for squeezing between the steel pipe 7 and the batten 6, so that the external corner is ensured to be square; referring to fig. 4, the end faces of the bamboo glue templates 1 are hard spliced at the internal corners of the ends of the shear wall templates, concrete slurry needs to be scraped and polished to be smooth at the hard spliced positions, the internal corners are tightly extruded by square plates 9, the side faces of the bamboo glue templates 1 are tightly pressed by a plurality of pairs of wood plates 10, and each pair of wood plates 10 are fastened and connected by bolts;
4) as shown in fig. 5, for the shear wall formwork with reserved door and window openings, a plurality of first fixing plates 11 are vertically arranged on the side surfaces of the bamboo glued formworks 1 at the two sides of the opening, a plurality of second fixing plates 12 are horizontally arranged on the lower end surface of the bamboo glued formworks 1 at the top of the opening, the first fixing plates 11 oppositely arranged at the two sides of the opening are connected through a plurality of first adjustable lead screws 13, in order to enable the connection between the first adjustable lead screws 13 and the first fixing plates 11 to be tighter, a skid 14 is further arranged between the first adjustable lead screws 13 and the first fixing plates 11, the first adjustable lead screws 13 are adjusted to a proper length, the first adjustable lead screws 13 extrude the skid 14 so as to tightly abut the first fixing plates against the bamboo glued formworks 1 to support and fix the bamboo glued formworks 1, a transverse ridge 15 for preventing the first adjustable lead screws 13 from moving downwards is arranged below, the transverse ridge 15 is vertically arranged on the first fixing plates 11, a plurality of second adjustable lead screws 16 are arranged between the second fixing plate 12 at the top of the hole and the ground, two ends of each second adjustable lead screw 16 are respectively connected with the second fixing plate 12 and the ground through square timbers 17, and the length of each second adjustable lead screw 16 is adjusted to extrude the second fixing plate 12 at the top of the hole onto the bamboo glue template 1 at the top so as to fix the bamboo glue template 1 at the top of the hole; referring to fig. 6, a first angle steel 18 is arranged at the joint of an internal corner or an external corner of the bamboo plywood formwork 1 so as to fixedly connect the longitudinal bamboo plywood formwork 1 with the transverse bamboo plywood formwork 1, a second angle steel 19 is arranged at the joint of a first fixing plate 11 and a second fixing plate 12 at the internal corner or the external corner, and the first angle steel 18 and the second angle steel 19 are fixedly connected through a screw 20 and a nut, so that the stability of the formwork at the hole is ensured;
5) pouring mortar into the bottom of the erected shear wall template, and sealing the bottom of the template by using the mortar, so that root rot caused by slurry leakage at the root of the template is prevented; after the formworks are erected, the erected bamboo glue formworks 1 are kept wet, the contact surfaces of the erected bamboo glue formworks 1 and concrete are cleaned, and a separant is coated; when a shear wall formwork needs to be erected on a poured shear wall floor slab continuously after a lower layer of shear wall is poured, as shown in fig. 7, a bamboo glue formwork 1 at a joint and a supporting plate 2 arranged close to the bamboo glue formwork 1 extend to the position below the floor, and the bottom of the bamboo glue formwork 1 extending to the position below the floor surface 23 and the supporting plate 2 are fixedly connected with a poured shear force 21 through a split screw 3; in order to prevent slurry leakage, the bamboo glue template 1 at the joint position is sealed and blocked with a double-sided adhesive tape 22, and the root of the bamboo glue template 1 positioned on the floor is sealed and blocked with cement mortar; in addition, in order to increase the connection fastness between the upper and lower shear walls, the floor surface at the joint is roughened.

2) arranging bamboo glue templates according to the released template positioning lines, namely arranging a plurality of bamboo glue templates on the outer surface of the shear wall to be poured, arranging a plurality of support plates abutted against the bamboo glue templates in the vertical direction outside the bamboo glue templates, connecting two bamboo glue templates oppositely arranged in the width direction of the shear wall to be poured through a plurality of counter-pulling screw rods, arranging a plurality of pairs of fixing pipes vertical to the bamboo glue templates on the outer surfaces of the support plates, and sequentially penetrating through gaps between the bamboo glue templates and the pair of fixing pipes and fixing the two ends of the counter-pulling screw rods by a 3-type card so as to enable the fixing pipes to be tightly abutted against the support plates and further fix the bamboo glue templates;
