Abstract

The invention discloses a method for fixing a buried water stop and a clamp device thereof, which are realized by the following measures, wherein the method comprises a water stop, a supporting unit and a plurality of clamping units which penetrate through the supporting unit and are in contact fit with the water stop, and the clamping units are uniformly arranged, so that the water stop can be clamped and fixed on one hand, and the supporting unit can be reinforced on the other hand;
the support unit comprises two templates which are positioned at two sides of the water stop belt and are correspondingly arranged, and a plurality of support plates which are arranged at the outer side of each template at equal intervals and are correspondingly arranged, and concrete is poured between the two templates;
the first clamping unit comprises two clamping columns which are respectively arranged at two sides of the supporting unit, the top of each clamping column is higher than the top of the supporting unit, the second water stop screw rod which penetrates through the two clamping columns and the supporting unit between the two clamping columns is arranged at the bottom of the two clamping columns and is used for supporting the lower edge of the water stop belt, the first water stop screw rod which penetrates through the two clamping columns and is mutually parallel to the second water stop screw rod is arranged at the top of the two clamping columns and is used for limiting the upper edge of the water stop belt, and one fastening bolt which correspondingly penetrates through each clamping column is arranged between the first water stop screw rod and the second water stop screw rod; a supporting iron shoe is arranged on the inner end face of each fastening bolt; the fastening bolt is matched with the supporting iron shoe at the end part of the fastening bolt and used for fastening the water stop belt;
the upper end face of the water stop belt is matched with the first water stop screw in a mutual contact manner, the lower end face of the water stop belt is matched with the second water stop screw in a mutual contact manner, and the two side faces of the water stop belt are matched with the end faces of each supporting iron shoe in a mutual contact manner, so that the arrangement of the clamp on the lower support, the upper limit and the middle clamp of the water stop belt is realized.
The invention is characterized in that two ends of each clamping column are respectively provided with a long round hole along the height direction of the clamping column, so that the installation requirements of the water stop belts with different widths are met, the long round holes penetrating through the upper end of the clamping columns are provided with the first water stop screw, and the long round holes penetrating through the lower end of the clamping columns are provided with the second water stop screw.
The invention is characterized in that each fastening bolt is in contact fit with the upper end face of the adjacent template, and can support the fastening bolt, thereby realizing the positioning of the water stop belt.

step four: the fastening bolt is arranged through the middle through hole of the clamping column;
step five: placing the lower edge of the water stop belt on the second water stop screw rod, abutting the side surface of the lower edge of the water stop belt on the end surface of the supporting iron shoe at the end part of the fastening bolt, rotating the adjusting hand wheel, and pre-fastening each fastening bolt respectively;
step six: the water stop is positioned at the middle position of the supporting unit through the adjusting hand wheel, and meanwhile, the perpendicularity of the water stop is guaranteed;
step seven: fastening a nut on the second water stop screw;
step eight: and the first water stop screw rod is arranged through the oblong hole at the upper end part of the clamping column, and a nut on the first water stop screw rod is fastened.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention is provided with the supporting unit and the clamping unit which are matched with each other, so that the water stop belt can be clamped and fixed on one hand, and the supporting unit can be reinforced on the other hand; the first water stop screw rod, the second water stop screw rod and the fastening bolt are arranged, so that the lower support, the upper limit and the middle clamp of the water stop belt can be deployed in an integrated manner, the position and the verticality of the water stop belt can be conveniently adjusted, the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the installation position and the quality of the water stop belt are ensured, the installation position and the quality of a template are ensured, and the construction efficiency can be remarkably improved; the oblong holes are arranged, so that the installation requirements of water stops with different widths can be met; the fastening bolts are arranged to be in contact fit with the upper edges of the corresponding templates, so that the supporting effect of the device can be improved; and the adjusting hand wheel is arranged, so that the construction efficiency can be further improved.

step four: a fastening bolt 3 is arranged through a through hole in the middle of the clamping column 1;
step five: placing the lower edge of the water stop belt 5 on the second water stop screw 4, abutting the side surface of the water stop belt on the end surface of the supporting iron shoe 9 at the end part of the fastening bolt 3, rotating the adjusting hand wheel 10, and pre-fastening each fastening bolt 3 respectively;
step six: the water stop belt 5 is positioned in the middle of the supporting unit through the adjusting hand wheel 10, and meanwhile, the verticality of the water stop belt 5 is ensured;
step seven: fastening a nut on the second water stop screw 4;
step eight: a first water stop screw 2 is installed through a slotted hole 8 at the upper end of the clamping column 1, and a nut thereon is fastened.

the first clamping unit comprises two clamping columns (1) which are respectively arranged at two sides of the supporting unit, the top of each clamping column (1) is higher than the top of the supporting unit, the second water stop screw (4) which penetrates through the bottoms of the two clamping columns (1) and the supporting unit between the two clamping columns, the first water stop screw (2) which penetrates through the tops of the two clamping columns (1) and is mutually parallel to the second water stop screw (4), and one fastening bolt (3) which penetrates through each clamping column (1) correspondingly between the first water stop screw (2) and the second water stop screw (4); a supporting iron shoe (9) is arranged on the inner end face of each fastening bolt (3), and an adjusting hand wheel (10) is arranged at the end part of each fastening bolt (3) positioned at the outer side of the clamping column (1);
the upper end face of the water stop belt (5) is in contact fit with the first water stop screw (2), the lower end face of the water stop belt is in contact fit with the second water stop screw (4), and the two side faces of the water stop belt are in contact fit with the end face of each supporting iron shoe (9);
two end parts of each clamping column (1) are respectively provided with a long round hole (8) along the height direction, the long round holes (8) penetrating through the upper end parts of the clamping columns are provided with the first water stop screw rods (2), and the long round holes (8) penetrating through the lower end parts of the clamping columns are provided with the second water stop screw rods (4);
through holes are uniformly formed in the middle of the supporting unit, and the second water stop screw rod (4) penetrates through the oblong hole (8) at the lower end part of the clamping column (1) and the corresponding through holes in the supporting unit.

step two: assembling the template (6) and the supporting plate (7) into the supporting unit, and uniformly arranging through holes in the middle of the supporting unit;
step three: vertically placing the clamping columns (1) at corresponding through holes on two sides of the supporting unit, and installing the second water stop screw rods (4) through the oblong holes (8) at the lower end parts of the clamping columns (1) and the corresponding through holes on the supporting unit to preliminarily fasten the supporting unit;
