Description

Aluminum waterproof high-gloss canvas and preparation method thereof
The technical field is as follows:
the invention belongs to the field of color spray printing media, and particularly relates to an aluminum waterproof high-gloss canvas and a preparation method thereof.
Technical background:
the canvas refers to cloth which is used for hand drawing or as a color spray printing medium and is formed by coating one or more layers of primer with a back coating layer capable of preventing ink, solvent, water and the like from permeating on a certain specific cloth base material. Canvas used for advertising and upholstery after digital painting is called color-jet ink-jet printing canvas. With the development of the world information era, the ink-jet printing technology is gradually enlarged and the output is rapid, and the color ink-jet printing canvas is widely used for imitating hand painting, decorative painting, landscape ink painting, oil painting artworks and the like. Especially to the imitative of mountain and water ink painting and oil painting work of art, compare with traditional oil painting work of art, the canvas is printed in the color spray inkjet low price, and the advantage of convenient maintenance promotes market demand and development to work of art, domestic culture product, and the demand to the canvas is printed in the color spray inkjet is obviously increased, and the requirement to the printing effect and the outward appearance glossiness of ink jet canvas print media is also higher and higher.
Canvas suitable for inkjet printing in the current market can be classified into a swelling type and a micro-porous type. The swelling type ink-jet printing canvas has high appearance glossiness, mainly absorbs ink by depending on the swelling principle of polyvinyl alcohol, and has slow ink absorption speed influenced by the swelling rate of the polyvinyl alcohol. The characteristic that polyvinyl alcohol is dissolved immediately when meeting water causes the high gloss canvas product to have poor waterproof performance, and the product limitation is obvious under the condition that the existing water-based printer is widely applied. The microporous ink-jet printing canvas mainly absorbs ink by depending on gaps of coating fillers, and has the characteristics of high drying speed and good waterproof performance; the micro-porous ink-jet printing canvas can be divided into an aluminum canvas and a silicon canvas, wherein the silicon micro-porous ink-jet printing canvas has a dull appearance, needs to be added in a later process to improve the glossiness of the appearance, and brings inconvenience to most consumers in use. The aluminum microporous ink-jet printing canvas has high appearance glossiness, does not need to add a procedure in the later stage to achieve the effects of high glossiness and water resistance, and has low cost and simple manufacturing procedure. However, the canvas substrate has strong and clear cloth texture, uneven textile yarns and easy cracking of the aluminum waterproof high-gloss coating, so that the aluminum waterproof high-gloss coating is applied to the canvas, and when the aluminum waterproof high-gloss canvas is produced, the problems of ink absorption coating breakage, uneven printing and painting effect and the like easily occur.
The invention content is as follows:
the invention aims to provide an aluminum waterproof highlight canvas and a preparation method thereof, which solve the technical defects of easy ink absorption coating fracture, uneven printing color, poor waterproof performance and the like of the conventional aluminum waterproof highlight canvas by adjusting the proportion of nano aluminum oxide and an adhesive in an aluminum waterproof highlight ink absorption coating, adding a film forming aid, changing the type of a cross-linking agent and adjusting the thickness of the ink absorption coating.
