Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the drawings that are needed in the embodiments will be briefly described below, it being understood that the following drawings only illustrate some examples of the present invention and therefore should not be considered as limiting the scope, and that other related drawings may be obtained according to these drawings without inventive effort for a person skilled in the art.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a steam sterilization apparatus, including: a steam box 1 and a heating element 2, wherein the steam box 1 is provided with a containing cavity, and the heating element 2 is arranged in the containing cavity; one end of the steam box 1 is provided with a water inlet 3, and the other end of the steam box 1 is provided with a water outlet 4 and a steam outlet 5; the steam outlet 5 and the water outlet 4 are communicated with a drum of the washing machine. The steam box 1 is provided with an independent water inlet 3 and an independent water outlet 4, and the water outlet 4 can be communicated with a drum of the washing machine. In the steam mode, the water inlet 3 is used for feeding water into the steam box 1 for heating and evaporating, and steam generated by evaporation enters the drum through the steam outlet 5 for sterilizing the drum clothes. In addition, washing water of the washing machine can enter the roller through the water outlet 4; the water in the steam sterilization device flows under the condition of continuously feeding water, and then the water continuously enters the washing or rinsing cycle. The water in the steam device cannot flow for a long time to grow bacteria, so that the water in the steam device is kept fresh, and the steam sterilization effect of clothes is ensured. In addition, the steam sterilization device and the roller adopt a unified water inlet 3 for water inflow, thereby improving the water inflow mode.
In the steam sterilization apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the water outlet 4 is communicated with the drum through a first pipeline, and a first drain valve 41 that can be controlled by a control system of the washing machine is disposed on the first pipeline, and the control system can control to open the first drain valve 41 according to actual conditions, so as to achieve water inflow into the drum.
In addition, the steam device in the prior art detects the water level condition in the steam box 1, thereby judging whether the steam device needs water inlet or not. When the washing machine fails, after entering the steam program, the water valve can be always in water, so that the water in the steam box 1 overflows from the steam port above to wet clothes in the drum. To solve such a problem, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the water outlet 4 is connected to the water discharge system of the washing machine through a second pipe, and a second water discharge valve 42 is provided on the second pipe, which is controllable by the control system of the washing machine. Detecting water level information in the steam sterilization device, when the water level information exceeds a preset threshold value, the second drain valve 42 can be controlled to be opened, and the first drain valve 41 can be controlled to be closed, so that redundant water can be discharged to a drainage system through a second pipeline and then discharged, and clothes are prevented from being wetted.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in the steam sterilization device provided by an embodiment of the present invention, the heating device and the water inlet 3 are disposed at the same end of the steam box 1, so as to facilitate processing and control; the water intake should satisfy the condition of covering the heating element 2 such as an electric heater.
In order to further prevent overflow of water, the steam sterilization device according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes a water blocking member disposed in the accommodating cavity, the water blocking member dividing the accommodating cavity into a first cavity 11 and a second cavity 12 which are communicated with each other; as shown in fig. 1-2, the said has; the water inlet 3 and the heating element 2 are positioned at one side of the first cavity 11, and the water outlet 4 and the steam outlet 5 are positioned at one side of the second cavity 12. The water quantity in the first cavity 11 can be used as the conventional required quantity for the steam sterilization device to work, and the water quantity can be controlled to fill the first cavity 11 only when the steam sterilization device works.
The water blocking member may have a structure with a communication hole, in this embodiment, the water blocking member is a water blocking plate 6 fixedly disposed in the accommodating cavity, and a flow passage is provided between the water blocking plate 6 and one side wall of the steam box 1, so that the first cavity 11 is communicated with the second cavity 12. As shown in fig. 1-2, the water deflector 6 has a lower height than the steam box 1, such that a channel is formed between the water deflector 6 and the upper cover 13 of the steam box 1, for water to flow from the first chamber 11 into the second chamber 12 and thus into the drum.
The present invention adopts a water level sensor connected with a washing machine controller to detect the water level of the first cavity 11 and the second cavity 12. As shown in fig. 2, in order to facilitate efficient discharge of the heated steam in the first chamber 11, the steam outlet 5 may be disposed opposite to the flow path formed by the water deflector 6 and the steam box 1. In addition, the steam outlet 5 and the water outlet 4 are arranged on two sides of the steam box 1, preferably, the water outlet 4 is arranged on the lower cover 14 of the steam box 1 to prevent the water of steam from overflowing; the steam outlet 5 is provided in a side wall of the steam box 1.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a washing machine, including a control system, a drainage system, a drum, and a steam sterilization apparatus according to any one of the above, wherein water enters the accommodating chamber through the water inlet 3 and can enter the drum through the water outlet 4.
In order to control water inflow and water inflow conveniently, a water inlet valve 31 connected with a control system is arranged at the water inlet 3, the control system controls whether the water inlet valve 31 is in water inflow or not, and whether water inflow or closing is continued or not can be determined according to water level information.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a control method of a washing machine includes:
s1: detecting the working mode of the washing machine, switching to the step S2 if the washing machine is in a steam mode, and switching to the step S5 if the washing machine is in a washing or rinsing mode;
s2: the current water level of the steam box 1 is detected, and whether the detected current water level reaches a first threshold value is judged,
if yes, turning to step S3, if not, turning to step S4;
wherein the first threshold refers to the amount of water that the intake water can cover the heating element 2;
s3, sending an opening instruction to the heating element 2;
s4: an opening instruction is sent to the water inlet valve 31 to control the water inlet 3 to feed water;
s5: an opening command is given to the water inlet valve 31 and the first water discharge valve 41 to control the water inlet 3 to wash.
For example, after a user selects a washing or rinsing program, the control system controls the water inlet valve to be opened, water enters from the water inlet 3, washing or rinsing water enters into the steam box 1 from the water inlet 3, and as the water quantity increases, the water enters beyond the water baffle 6, flows out from the water outlet 4 and enters into the bottom of the roller to carry out the washing or rinsing process; the water inlet can be closed after the washing dosage is reached.
After the steam mode is selected, whether water needs to be continuously added is determined according to the measured water level information, if water is fed into the washing mode in the water feeding flow, the water quantity in the first cavity 11 is still sufficient due to the arrangement of the water baffle 6, and the water level required by the opening of the electric heater is met; the heating element 2 can directly start to work without water inflow, and steam sterilization is carried out. The water inlet process of the steam device is canceled, so that the time is saved, and the overflow situation possibly occurring after the steam water inlet fails is avoided. In order to ensure the steam quantity, when the water level does not meet the use requirement of the heating element 2 and water needs to be replenished again, the control system controls the water inlet valve to be opened, and water is continuously fed through the water inlet 3.
In step S2, further comprising:
detecting the current water level of the steam box 1, and if the detected current water level exceeds a second threshold value, turning to step S6;
s6: an opening instruction is issued to the second drain valve 42, and a closing instruction is issued to the first drain valve 41.
For example, when the steam device is in use and the water is too much, the second threshold value means that the water level reaches the height of the water baffle 6 (the height of the water baffle 6 is shown in fig. 2), or the water amount reaches the volume of the first cavity 11, at this time, the control system controls the second drain valve to open and the first drain valve to close, and the excessive water is discharged through the drain system, so that the condition of wetting the laundry in the drum does not occur
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 3, a control system of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a first detecting unit 8, wherein the first detecting unit 8 is used for detecting the working mode of the washing machine and outputting the current working mode; the first detection unit 8 may be a control button or an operation panel of the washing machine, and transmits an operation instruction of a user to the control unit 7;
the control unit 7 is configured to receive the current working mode output by the first detection unit 8, and if the current working mode is a steam mode, output a water level detection instruction; if the current working mode is a washing or rinsing mode, an opening instruction is sent to the water inlet valve 31 and the first drain valve 41 to control the water inlet 3 to carry out water inlet washing;
a second detecting unit 9 for detecting the current water level of the steam box 1 when receiving the water level detection instruction sent by the control unit 7; the second detection unit 9 may be a water level sensor;
a comparing unit 10 for receiving the current water level detected by the second detecting unit 9 and judging whether the current water level reaches a first threshold,
if yes, sending an opening instruction to the heating element 2; if not, an opening instruction is sent to the water inlet valve 31 to control the water inlet 3 to enter water.
Since most users use the washing machine to wash laundry substantially every day or every two days, the water circulation in the steam box 1 can be largely ensured to be fresh. If the water in the steam box 1 is fresh water when the steam program is used each time, the water inlet 3 can control the water to enter more water firstly, promote the water to enter to flow through the water baffle 6, take away the water remained in the steam box 1 before and discharge the water out of the steam box 1.
In summary, the steam sterilization device, the washing machine, the control method and the control system provided by the embodiment of the invention have the following technical effects:
the drum and the steam sterilization device are provided with the same water inlet 3, and water left in the steam device can be continuously and circularly updated by utilizing water inlet of washing, rinsing, spraying and the like, so that bacteria breeding caused by long-time non-use of the steam device is avoided;
after the water inlet of the roller is combined with the water inlet of the steam, the number of water valves can be reduced, so that the material cost is reduced.
Through the control method, the control system, the connection mode of the water outlet 4 and the drainage system and the arrangement of the water baffle 6, the steam sterilization device is effectively prevented from overflowing and wetting clothes in the drum, excessive water can be controlled to be discharged from the drainage system, and the control logic of the washing machine system with steam sterilization is simplified.
