本发明公开了一种耐磨橡胶,包含以下组分:丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、液态双酚A环氧树脂、固态环氧树脂、硫化促进剂、补强剂、偶联剂、增塑剂和碳酸钙。本发明制备的橡胶具有优良的耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶,特别涉及一种耐磨橡胶。
背景技术
目前硫化橡胶大底用硫磺做交联剂,且橡胶成本较高,对制备工艺要求高,产品经常出现发粘、缺胶、缩孔喷霜、分层和撕裂等情况,且硫化橡胶制品不耐高温老化。橡胶制品的另一缺点是填充物多为炭黑,炭黑在生产过程中会对周围环境造成严重破坏,同时炭黑作为橡胶补强剂所获得的硫化橡胶存在着生热较高、弹性低的问题。当改善其柔软性能时,制品强度差,特别是耐磨性无法提高,当改善其耐磨性,则制品的柔韧性和防滑性能变差。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供一种耐磨橡胶,解决了提高橡胶柔韧性同时橡胶耐磨性变差的问题。
技术方案:本发明所述一种耐磨橡胶,包含以下组分:丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、液态双酚A环氧树脂、固态环氧树脂、硫化促进剂、补强剂、偶联剂、增塑剂和碳酸钙。
所述橡胶包含以下重量份组分:20-30份丁腈橡胶、20-30份丙烯酸酯橡胶、5-10份液态双酚A环氧树脂、3-7份固态环氧树脂、1-2份硫化促进剂、3-4份补强剂、2-3份偶联剂、0.5-3份增塑剂和20-30份碳酸钙。
所述硫化促进剂选自橡胶促进剂M。所述补强剂选自硅酸盐类橡胶补强剂。所述偶联剂选自硅烷偶联剂kh560。
所述增塑剂选自聚氨酯或DINP增塑剂。
有益效果:本发明提供的耐磨橡胶,其磨耗、耐黄变、耐老化、耐折性能都比传统的硫化橡胶有所提高。
具体实施方式
一、原料来源
1、橡胶促进剂M来自石家庄市百胜化工有限责任公司,品牌为BAISHENG/百胜。
2、其余材料均市购所得。
二、检测方法
1、硬度:参照《GB/T 2411-1989塑料邵尔硬度试验方法》。
2、磨耗性能测定:采用标准《DIN 53516 GB 9867》测定样品耐磨耗性能。
3、耐黄变:参照《HG/T 3689-2001鞋类耐黄变试验方法》。
4、耐老化:参照《GB/T 3512-2001硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶热空气加速老化和耐热试验》。
三、样品制备
实施例1:20份丁腈橡胶、20份丙烯酸酯橡胶、5份液态双酚A环氧树脂、3份固态环氧树脂、1份橡胶促进剂M、3份硅酸盐类橡胶补强剂、2份偶联剂kh560、0.5份增塑剂聚氨酯和20份碳酸钙。
实施例2:30份丁腈橡胶、30份丙烯酸酯橡胶、10份液态双酚A环氧树脂、7份固态环氧树脂、2份橡胶促进剂M、4份硅酸盐类橡胶补强剂、3份偶联剂kh560、3份增塑剂聚氨酯和30份碳酸钙。
实施例3:25份丁腈橡胶、24份丙烯酸酯橡胶、6份液态双酚A环氧树脂、5份固态环氧树脂、1份橡胶促进剂M、4份硅酸盐类橡胶补强剂、3份偶联剂kh560、1份DINP增塑剂和26份碳酸钙。
对照1:无液态双酚A环氧树脂,其余同实施例3。
对照2:无固态环氧树脂,其余同实施例3。
四、检测结果

Claims (6)

1.一种耐磨橡胶,其特征在于,包含以下组分:丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、液态双酚A环氧树脂、固态环氧树脂、硫化促进剂、补强剂、偶联剂、增塑剂和碳酸钙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡胶,其特征在于所述橡胶包含以下重量份组分:20-30份丁腈橡胶、20-30份丙烯酸酯橡胶、5-10份液态双酚A环氧树脂、3-7份固态环氧树脂、1-2份硫化促进剂、3-4份补强剂、2-3份偶联剂、0.5-3份增塑剂和20-30份碳酸钙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡胶,其特征在于所述硫化促进剂选自橡胶促进剂M。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡胶,其特征在于所述补强剂选自硅酸盐类橡胶补强剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡胶,其特征在于所述偶联剂选自硅烷偶联剂kh560。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨橡胶,其特征在于所述增塑剂选自聚氨酯或DINP增塑剂。
