Abstract
本发明公开了一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶、盖板和排料口,所述排料口位于搅拌桶底端,所述盖板卡扣连接在搅拌桶顶端,所述搅拌桶两侧分别固定连接一号电机和二号电机,所述二号电机的输出端通过联轴器传动连接二号搅拌轴,且二号搅拌轴表面焊接二号搅拌叶,所述二号搅拌叶一端粘接有橡胶板,所述盖板表面中间位置贯穿有注水管,所述注水管底端开设有喷水口,且注水管两侧与喷水管导通连接。本发明设计新颖,结构简单,便于操作且使用效果好,通过把大功率的电机变换为功率小的一号电机和二号电机,利于根据物料的剂量选择二号电机单独工作或者一号电机和二号电机配合工作,有利于节能,且有效的提高搅拌的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理剂生产装置,特别涉及一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置。
背景技术
我们都知道,水资源是不可再生资源,想要长久的生存在地球上,节约用水和循环用水是我们应该做的。
污水的循环利用,要通过在污水中添加污水处理剂进行清洁,市场上的污水处理剂搅拌装置,多是桶体内部安装有搅拌叶和搅拌轴,并借助外接电机提供动力,因为电机的功率为恒定的,在搅拌不同剂量的物料时,消耗的电能相同,如果物料较少的时候,将会造成电能的浪费。为此,我们提出一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,设计新颖,结构简单,便于操作且使用效果好,通过把大功率的电机变换为功率小的一号电机和二号电机,利于根据物料的剂量选择二号电机单独工作或者一号电机和二号电机配合工作,有利于节能,且有效的提高搅拌的效果,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶、盖板和排料口,所述排料口位于搅拌桶底端,所述盖板卡扣连接在搅拌桶顶端,所述搅拌桶两侧分别固定连接一号电机和二号电机,所述二号电机的输出端通过联轴器传动连接二号搅拌轴,且二号搅拌轴表面焊接二号搅拌叶,所述二号搅拌叶一端粘接有橡胶板,所述盖板表面中间位置贯穿有注水管,所述注水管底端开设有喷水口,且注水管两侧与喷水管导通连接,所述喷水管表面均布有雾化喷头。
进一步地,所述一号电机的输出端通过联轴器传动连接一号搅拌轴,且一号搅拌轴表面焊接有一号搅拌叶,所述一号搅拌轴位于二号搅拌轴上方,所述一号搅拌叶与二号搅拌叶相交错。
进一步地,所述盖板表面开设有加料口,且盖板内部粘接有密封圈。
进一步地,所述搅拌桶底端焊接万向轮。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.本发明设计新颖,结构简单,便于操作且使用效果好,通过把大功率的电机变换为功率小的一号电机和二号电机,利于根据物料的剂量选择二号电机单独工作或者一号电机和二号电机配合工作,有利于节能,且有效的提高搅拌的效果。
2.本发明通过搅拌桶两侧分别固定连接一号电机和二号电机,便于根据物料的剂量选择合适的搅拌方式,更加节能。
3.本发明通过盖板表面中间位置贯穿有注水管,注水管底端开设有喷水口,且注水管两侧与喷水管导通连接,喷水管表面均布有雾化喷头,便于改变注水的方式,直流水和喷淋的雾化水,利于把粉末状的物料充分利用,避免粉末的飘飞或是吸附在搅拌桶的内壁,充分利用物料且保护环境。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示,一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶1、盖板3和排料口13,所述排料口13位于搅拌桶1底端,所述盖板3卡扣连接在搅拌桶1顶端,所述搅拌桶1两侧分别固定连接一号电机11和二号电机14,所述二号电机14的输出端通过联轴器传动连接二号搅拌轴15,且二号搅拌轴15表面焊接二号搅拌叶17,所述二号搅拌叶17一端粘接有橡胶板16,所述盖板3表面中间位置贯穿有注水管6,所述注水管6底端开设有喷水口5,且注水管6两侧与喷水管7导通连接,所述喷水管7表面均布有雾化喷头9。
本实施例中如图1和2所示,通过把大功率的电机变换为功率小的一号电机和二号电机,利于根据物料的剂量选择二号电机单独工作或者一号电机和二号电机配合工作,有利于节能,且有效的提高搅拌的效果。
其中,所述一号电机11的输出端通过联轴器传动连接一号搅拌轴2,且一号搅拌轴2表面焊接有一号搅拌叶10,所述一号搅拌轴2位于二号搅拌轴15上方,所述一号搅拌叶10与二号搅拌叶17相交错。
本实施例中如图1所示,便于根据待生产的物料量,选择二号电机工作或一号电机与二号电机同时工作,更加节能。
其中,所述盖板3表面开设有加料口4,且盖板3内部粘接有密封圈8。
本实施例中如图1所示,便于添加物料,提高搅拌桶的气密性。
其中,所述搅拌桶1底端焊接万向轮12。
本实施例中如图1所示,便于移动搅拌桶。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶1、一号搅拌轴2、盖板3、加料口4、喷水口5、注水管6、喷水管7、密封圈8、雾化喷头9、一号搅拌叶10、一号电机11、万向轮12、排料口13、二号电机14、二号搅拌轴15、橡胶板16、二号搅拌叶17,部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,工作时,根据物料的剂量,先择合适的搅拌方式,物料相对较少的时候,只启动二号电机14,二号电机14带动二号搅拌轴15和二号搅拌叶17转动,对物料和水液进行搅拌,二号搅拌叶17一端粘接有橡胶板16,橡胶板16能更有效地缩短二号搅拌叶17与搅拌桶1内部底端的距离,减少沉淀,提高搅拌的均匀度;物料较多的时候,同时启动一号电机11和二号电机14,一号搅拌轴2位于二号搅拌轴15上方,一号搅拌叶10与二号搅拌叶17相交错,搅拌混合的效果更好;盖板3表面中间位置贯穿有注水管6,注水管6底端开设有喷水口5,且注水管6两侧与喷水管7导通连接,喷水管7表面均布有雾化喷头9,利于改变注水的方式,直流水和喷淋的雾化水,利于把粉末状的物料充分利用,避免粉末的飘飞或是吸附在搅拌桶1的内壁,充分利用物料且保护环境。

1.一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶(1)、盖板(3)和排料口(13),所述排料口(13)位于搅拌桶(1)底端,所述盖板(3)卡扣连接在搅拌桶(1)顶端,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(1)两侧分别固定连接一号电机(11)和二号电机(14),所述二号电机(14)的输出端通过联轴器传动连接二号搅拌轴(15),且二号搅拌轴(15)表面焊接二号搅拌叶(17),所述二号搅拌叶(17)一端粘接有橡胶板(16),所述盖板(3)表面中间位置贯穿有注水管(6),所述注水管(6)底端开设有喷水口(5),且注水管(6)两侧与喷水管(7)导通连接,所述喷水管(7)表面均布有雾化喷头(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述一号电机(11)的输出端通过联轴器传动连接一号搅拌轴(2),且一号搅拌轴(2)表面焊接有一号搅拌叶(10),所述一号搅拌轴(2)位于二号搅拌轴(15)上方,所述一号搅拌叶(10)与二号搅拌叶(17)相交错。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述盖板(3)表面开设有加料口(4),且盖板(3)内部粘接有密封圈(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能型污水处理剂搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(1)底端焊接万向轮(12)。
