Abstract

本发明涉及工程建设技术领域,提出一种卷盘类导绳装置,包括有底座、导向滑轮、摆动转盘和手推杆,所述摆动转盘由放射状均布的4根摆杆中部焊接而成,摆杆的两端具有U形部并于端部焊接一内圆圈、U形部底部外焊接一外圆圈使围成园笼,摆动转盘的中部设有轴管,2个三角形支架的顶部由横轴固定连接、底部由底横杆连接构成底座,1条底横杆的两端轴活动连接导向滑轮,摆动转盘通过中部的轴管套于横轴上与底座活动连接,U型手推杆端连接于底座的顶部,使用时,将需要卷盘的导绳端从摆动转盘侧的内圆圈内伸入摆动转盘内并固定,然后转动摆动转盘,将导绳卷入摆动转盘的园笼内,或者反之将摆动转盘内的导绳拉出,本发明具有结构简单、使用方便和提高工作效率的特点。

本发明涉及工程建设技术领域。
背景技术
卷盘是一种常用机械结构,在建设工程领域应用较广,比如工程建设中时常用到的钢丝绳,电缆等绳类构件都需要进行缠绕集中堆放,在使用时又需要推到指定位置,为方便施工现场对钢丝绳、电缆等绳类构件的收集和使用,避免不当缠绕和挤压形成局部应力集中造成绳类构件磨损、变形和拉断等不良情况发生,因此,有必要发明一种方便实用的卷盘类导绳装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卷盘类导绳装置,其用于绳类构件的收集和使用,且有结构简单、使用方便和提高工作效率的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是。
一种卷盘类导绳装置,由钢管焊接制作而成,包括有底座、导向滑轮、摆动转盘和手推杆,所述摆动转盘由放射状均布的4根摆杆中部焊接而成,摆杆的两端具有U形部,摆杆端部焊接一内圆圈、U形部底部外焊接一外圆圈,摆杆、外圆圈和内圆圈围成园笼,外圆圈的直径为1.2~1.5m,内圆圈的直径比为外圆圈小0.2~0.4m,摆动转盘的中部设有轴管。
所述底座由2个三角形支架构成,所述三角形支架包括有连接成为三角形的底杆和2条斜杆,2个三角形支架的顶部由横轴固定连接、底部由至少2根底横杆连接,其中1条底横杆的两端轴活动连接导向滑轮。
摆动转盘通过中部的轴管套于横轴上与底座活动连接,U型手推杆位于导向滑轮的上方并端连接于底座的顶部,摆动转盘可于底座和U型手推杆内绕横轴转动。
优化方案:近内圆圈侧的三角形支架的顶部竖向焊接一个出绳固定端,该固定端为一个直径为2~3cm的小圆管。
进一步优化方案:外圆环上横焊接一个进绳固定端,进绳固定端为一个直径为2~3cm的小圆管。
使用时,将需要卷盘的导绳(钢丝绳,电缆等)端从摆动转盘侧的内圆圈内伸入摆动转盘内并固定,然后转动摆动转盘,将导绳卷入摆动转盘的园笼内并将末端固定于底座的三角形支架上,或者反之将摆动转盘内的导绳拉出。
常态下使用时,该卷盘类导绳装置由底座和导向滑轮共同支撑,收放绳操作时该装置是稳定的,当要移动该卷盘类导绳装置时,将手推杆向下推压使底座离地变由导向滑轮支撑,然后向前推动装置使导向滑轮向前滚动,推到所指定位置。
与现有技术对比,本发明具有如下突出的实质性特点和显著的进步。
本发明结构简单,具有收放绳操作时使用方便和提高工作效率的特点。

具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参考图1,一种卷盘类导绳装置,由钢管焊接制作而成,包括有底座1、导向滑轮2、摆动转盘3和手推杆11,所述摆动转盘3由放射状均布的4根摆杆31中部焊接而成,摆杆31的两端具有U形部,摆杆31端部焊接一内圆圈32、U形部底部外焊接一外圆圈30,摆杆31、外圆圈30和内圆圈32围成园笼,外圆圈30的直径为1.2m,内圆圈32的直径0.8m,摆动转盘3的中部设有轴管33。
所述底座1由2个三角形支架构成,所述三角形支架包括有连接成为三角形的底杆10和2条斜杆12,2个三角形支架的顶部由横轴13固定连接、底部由底横杆(14、15)连接,其中底横杆14的两端轴活动连接导向滑轮2。
摆动转盘3通过中部的轴管33套于横轴13上与底座1活动连接,U型手推杆11位于导向滑轮2的上方并端连接于底座1的顶部,摆动转盘3可于底座1和U型手推杆11内绕横轴13转动。
外圆环30上横焊接一个进绳固定端5,进绳固定端5为一个直径为2cm的小圆管,近内圆圈32侧的三角形支架的顶部竖向焊接一个出绳固定端6,该固定端为一个直径为2cm的小圆管。
使用时,将需要卷盘的导绳(钢丝绳,电缆等)端从摆动转盘3侧的内圆圈32内伸入摆动转盘3内并固定于进绳固定端5上,然后转动摆动转盘3,将导绳卷入摆动转盘3的园笼内并将末端固定于出绳固定端6,或者反之将摆动转盘3内的导绳拉出。
常态下使用时,该卷盘类导绳装置由底座1和导向滑轮2共同支撑,收放绳操作时该装置是稳定的,当要移动该卷盘类导绳装置时,将手推杆11向下推压使底座1离地变由导向滑轮2支撑,然后向前推动装置使导向滑轮2向前滚动,推到所指定位置。

1.一种卷盘类导绳装置,由钢管焊接制作而成,其特征在于:包括有底座(1)、导向滑轮(2)、摆动转盘(3)和手推杆(11),所述摆动转盘(3)由放射状均布的4根摆杆(31)中部焊接而成,摆杆(31)的两端具有U形部,摆杆(31)端部焊接一内圆圈(32)、U形部底部外焊接1个外圆圈(30),摆杆(31)、外圆圈(30)和内圆圈(32)围成园笼,外圆圈(30)的直径为1.2~1.5m,内圆圈(32)的直径比为外圆圈(30)小0.2~0.4m,摆动转盘(3)的中部设有轴管(33);
所述底座(1)由2个三角形支架构成,所述三角形支架包括有连接成为三角形的底杆(10)和2条斜杆(12),2个三角形支架的顶部由横轴(13)固定连接、底部由底横杆(14、15)连接,其中1条底横杆(14)的两端轴活动连接导向滑轮(2);
摆动转盘(3)通过中部的轴管(33)套于横轴(13)上与底座(1)活动连接,U型手推杆(11)位于导向滑轮(2)的上方并端连接于底座(1)的顶部,摆动转盘(3)可于底座(1)和U型手推杆(11)内绕横轴(13)转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷盘类导绳装置,其特征在于:近内圆圈(32)侧的三角形支架的顶部竖向焊接一个出绳固定端(6),该固定端为一个直径为2~3cm的小圆管。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的卷盘类导绳装置,其特征在于:外圆环(30)上横焊接一个进绳固定端(5),进绳固定端(5)为一个直径为2~3cm的小圆管。
