b. during conveying, articles are placed at one end of the top of the conveying belt 16, meanwhile, the hanging structure 13 is arranged in the guide groove 12, the pull rod 1304 penetrates through the guide groove 12, the ball 1303 is in contact with the top plate 3, the hook 1306 is pulled, the hook 1306 hooks the articles, the tension spring 1305 is stretched in the process, extension is achieved, the pressure of the articles on the conveying belt 16 is reduced, the articles move along with the conveying belt 16 during conveying, and the ball 1303 rolls with the top plate 3;
c. when the conveying belt 16 moves continuously, the dust collection motor 1703 drives the centrifugal impeller 1704 to rotate to form negative pressure, so that dust or impurities attached to the conveying belt 16 sequentially pass through the dust collection cover 19 and the second hose 27 and enter the upper shell 1701, the impurities are collected by blocking through the activated carbon filter screen 1705, the dust collection of the conveying belt 16 is realized, meanwhile, the electromagnetic vibrator 18 enables the dust collection cover 19 to vibrate, and the dust collection cover 19 is shaken under the elastic action of the first spring 29 and the second spring 31, so that the dust and the impurities can conveniently enter the second hose 27;
d. the blowing air generated by the dust suction motor 1703 enters the first hose 21 through the connecting pipe 20, then enters the air blocking cover 35, and then is blown out from the air outlet slot 36, and in the process again, the blowing air can be used for cooling the driving motor 34.
When the power supply is used, electrical components in the power supply are externally connected and communicated with a power supply.

Claims (10)

1. A belt conveyor capable of reducing belt load is characterized in that: the dust collection device comprises a bottom plate (1), a conveying belt (16), a driving wheel (7), a driven wheel (9), guide wheels (10), tension adjusting wheels (11), tension adjusting structures, hanging structures (13), dust collection structures (17) and speed reduction structures (33), wherein supporting rods (2) are fixedly connected to four corners of the top surface of the bottom plate (1) vertically, top plates (3) are fixedly connected to the tops of the supporting rods (2), the number of the top plates (3) is two, a guide groove (12) is formed between the two top plates (3), and the hanging structures (13) are connected with the guide groove (12) in a sliding mode;
the suspension structure (13) is composed of a flat plate (1301), connecting blocks (1302), balls (1303), a pull rod (1304), tension springs (1305) and hooks (1306), the connecting blocks (1302) are fixedly connected to four corners of the bottom of the flat plate (1301), the balls (1303) are rotatably connected to the bottom of the connecting blocks (1302), the pull rod (1304) penetrates through the guide groove (12), and the bottom end of the pull rod (1304) is elastically connected with the hooks (1306) through the tension springs (1305);
the surface of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected with two strips (5) through fixing strips (4), a driving wheel (7) and a driven wheel (9) are respectively and rotatably connected between the two strips (5) through a first round shaft (6) and a second round shaft (8), the guide wheel (10) is rotatably connected to the surfaces of the strips (5), the conveying belt (16) is wound on the surfaces of the driving wheel (7), the driven wheel (9), the guide wheel (10) and the tension adjusting wheel (11), and the tension adjusting wheel (11) is connected with the bottom plate (1) through a tension adjusting structure;
dust collecting structure (17) fixed mounting is on the surface of bottom plate (1), and dust collecting structure (17) is connected with second hose (27), straight tube (26) has been cup jointed on second hose (27) surface, the bottom of straight tube (26) and the top rigid coupling of dust collecting structure (17), the top fixed mounting of second hose (27) has suction hood (19), and suction hood (19) are located bottom one side of conveyor belt (16), the top fixed mounting of dust collecting structure (17) has direction spacing frame (28), the both sides inner wall of direction spacing frame (28) has straight section of thick bamboo (30) through first spring (29) elastic connection, the bottom inner wall of straight section of thick bamboo (30) has straight-bar (32) through second spring (31) elastic connection, and straight-bar (32) and the inner wall clearance fit of straight section of thick bamboo (30) are connected, the top of straight-bar (32) and one side outer wall rigid coupling of suction hood (19), and the equal fixed mounting of both sides outer wall of suction hood (19) has electromagnetic vibrator (18), the bottom of dust collection structure (17) is connected with connecting pipe (20), the first hose (21) of terminal intercommunication of connecting pipe (20), the terminal fixed intercommunication of first hose (21) keeps off gas cover (35), the inner wall fixed mounting that keeps off gas cover (35) has driving motor (34), and the output shaft of driving motor (34) is connected with the one end of first round axle (6) through speed reduction structure (33), speed reduction structure (33) and slat (5) rigid coupling, keep off gas cover (35) and speed reduction structure (33) rigid coupling, and the both sides that keep off gas cover (35) are all opened out gas groove (36).
2. A belt conveyor as in claim 1 wherein the belt load is reduced by: the ball (1303) is in contact with the top of the top plate (3), and the top plate (3) and the bottom plate (1) are arranged in parallel.
3. A belt conveyor as in claim 1 wherein the belt load is reduced by: the fixing strips (4) are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom of the batten (5), and the fixing strips (4) are perpendicular to the bottom plate (1).

A belt conveyor as in claim 1 wherein the belt load is reduced by: the tension adjusting structure comprises an electric push rod (14) and a U-shaped fixing strip (15) fixedly connected to the output top end of the electric push rod (14), and the inner wall of the U-shaped fixing strip (15) is rotatably connected with the two ends of the tension adjusting wheel (11).
5. A belt conveyor as in claim 1 wherein the belt load is reduced by: the bottom end of the straight cylinder (30) is embedded in the middle of the guide limiting frame (28), and the outer wall of the straight cylinder (30) is in contact with the inner wall of the guide limiting frame (28).
6. A belt conveyor as in claim 1 wherein the belt load is reduced by: the bottom four corners of the bottom plate (1) are fixedly provided with pad feet (22), and the pad feet (22) are of rectangular block structures.
7. A belt conveyor as in claim 1 wherein the belt load is reduced by: dust collection structure (17) is by last casing (1701), casing (1702) down, dust absorption motor (1703), centrifugal impeller (1704), activated carbon filter screen (1705) and rubber seal (1706), go up casing (1701) and down cooperate between casing (1702) to be connected, and accompany rubber seal (1706) between casing (1701) and the casing (1702) down, dust absorption motor (1703) fixed mounting is at the bottom inner wall of casing (1702) down, and dust absorption motor (1703)'s output fixed mounting centrifugal impeller (1704), the top of dust absorption motor (1703) is provided with activated carbon filter screen (1705), and activated carbon filter screen (1705) and the inner wall rigid coupling of casing (1702) down.

A belt conveyor as in claim 1 wherein the belt load is reduced by: reduction structure (33) comprises reduction box (3301), first connecting axle (3302), first gear (3303), second connecting axle (3304) and second gear (3305), first gear (3303) and second gear (3305) rotate through first connecting axle (3302) and second connecting axle (3304) respectively and connect inside reduction box (3301), and first gear (3303) and second gear (3305) meshing connection, first gear (3303) diameter is the triple of second gear (3305) diameter, first connecting axle (3302) one end and second connecting axle (3304) one end respectively with the output shaft rigid coupling of first round axle (6) and driving motor (34).

A belt conveyor as in claim 1 wherein the belt load is reduced by: bottom plate (1) fixed surface installs control box (23), the inside of control box (23) is provided with MCU (2301), touch display screen (24) and switch (25) are installed to the surface gomphosis of control box (23), touch display screen (24) and switch (25) are connected with MCU (2301)'s one end electric connection, MCU (2301)'s other end electric connection has electric putter (14), dust absorption motor (1703), electromagnetic vibrator (18) and driving motor (34).
10. A belt conveyor capable of reducing a belt load according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the belt conveyor capable of reducing the belt load further comprises the following use method capable of reducing the belt load:
a. the power switch (25) is pressed down to electrify the belt conveyor, the belt conveyor is operated through the touch display screen (24), the driving motor (34), the electromagnetic vibrator (18) and the dust collection motor (1703) are started, when the tension of the conveying belt (16) needs to be adjusted, the belt conveyor is operated through the touch display screen (24), the electric push rod (14) is controlled to be lifted after being processed through the MCU (2301), so that the tension adjusting wheel (11) is driven to be lifted, the conveying belt (16) is pulled, and the tension of the conveying belt (16) is adjusted;
b. during conveying, articles are placed at one end of the top of the conveying belt (16), meanwhile, a hanging structure (13) is arranged in the guide groove (12), the pull rod (1304) penetrates through the guide groove (12), the ball (1303) is in contact with the top plate (3), the hook (1306) is pulled, the hook (1306) hooks the articles, the tension spring (1305) is stretched in the process, stretching is achieved, the pressure of the articles on the conveying belt (16) is reduced, the articles move along with the conveying belt (16) during conveying, and the ball (1303) rolls with the top plate (3);
c. when the conveying belt (16) continuously moves, the dust collection motor (1703) drives the centrifugal impeller (1704) to rotate to form negative pressure, so that dust or sundries attached to the conveying belt (16) sequentially pass through the dust collection cover (19) and the second hose (27) and enter the upper shell (1701), the dust or the sundries are blocked by the activated carbon filter screen (1705), the sundries are gathered, the dust collection of the conveying belt (16) is realized, meanwhile, the dust collection cover (19) is vibrated by the electromagnetic vibrator (18), and the dust collection cover (19) is shaken under the elastic action of the first spring (29) and the second spring (31), so that the dust and the sundries can conveniently enter the second hose (27);
d. the blowing generated by the dust collection motor (1703) enters the first hose (21) through the connecting pipe (20), then enters the air blocking cover (35), and is blown out from the air outlet groove (36), and in the process, the blowing heat dissipation can be provided for the driving motor (34).
