With continued reference to fig. 2-5, in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, where the plurality of cartridges are rotated circumferentially around the reel-like cutlery basket a, the radial dimension of the leading cartridge 10 of the plurality of cartridges is less than the radial dimension of the trailing cartridge 20 of the plurality of cartridges.

A second aspect of the invention proposes a dishwasher having a foldable cutlery basket according to the first aspect of the invention.
According to the dish washer of this embodiment, when the user need wash the tableware in the collapsible knife and fork basket, can expand into tiling form knife and fork basket B with a plurality of storage barrels and place in the dish washer, dish washer washs the tableware in a plurality of storage barrels to this improves the cleaning performance of dish washer tableware in to a plurality of storage barrels. Claims (12)
1. A foldable cutlery basket, comprising a plurality of storage cartridges, each adjacent two of the plurality of storage cartridges being connected in a relatively pivotable manner, the plurality of storage cartridges being capable of being circumferentially rotated to enclose a reel-like cutlery basket or being unfolded to unfold a flat-like cutlery basket with gradually changing height, each of the storage cartridges comprising:
a base plate comprising an inner edge and an outer edge;
the first side plate is arranged on the inner edge of the bottom plate;
the second side plate is arranged outside the bottom plate and forms a storage space of the storage barrel together with the bottom plate and the first side plate, and every two adjacent storage barrels in the plurality of storage barrels are in pivot connection through the two second side plates.
2. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 1, wherein the second side plate is provided with intermittently distributed bosses on both sides, the foldable cutlery basket further comprising a pivot shaft that can pass through the bosses to string together two adjacent storage tubes.
3. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 1, wherein the second side plate is an arc-shaped plate along a circumferential direction of the reel-shaped cutlery basket, and the plurality of cartridges enclose the reel-shaped cutlery basket by the plurality of second side plates.
4. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 1, wherein the first side panel of the leading end cartridge of the plurality of cartridges is an arcuate slot panel, and wherein the first side panel cooperates with the bottom panel and the second side panel to define a prismatic storage space having an arcuate cross-section.
5. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 1, wherein the first side panel of the middle section of the plurality of storage cartridges is a triangular shaped channel panel, the first side panel cooperating with the bottom panel and the second side panel to define a prismatic shaped storage space having a triangular cross-section.
6. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 1, wherein the first side panel of the trailing end cartridge of the plurality of cartridges is a trapezoidal shaped channel panel, the first side panel cooperating with the bottom panel and the second side panel to define a prismatic shaped storage space having a trapezoidal cross-section.
7. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 6, wherein the inner plate of the trapezoidal channel plate within the spool-shaped cutlery basket is an arcuate inner plate.
8. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 2, wherein the two first side panels of each adjacent two of the plurality of cartridges abut when the plurality of cartridges are rotated circumferentially around the spool-shaped cutlery basket.
9. The foldable knife and fork basket of claim 1, wherein the first side plate and the second side plate are both hollowed out plates.
10. The foldable cutlery basket of claim 1, wherein the first side panel of the cartridge is lower in height than the second side panel.
11. The foldable cutlery basket of any of claims 1 to 10, wherein a radial dimension of a leading end cartridge of the plurality of cartridges is smaller than a radial dimension of a trailing end cartridge of the plurality of cartridges in a case where the plurality of cartridges are rotated in a circumferential direction to enclose a reel-shaped cutlery basket.
12. A dishwasher, characterized in that it has a foldable cutlery basket according to any of claims 1 to 11.
