Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a herbicidal composition containing pyraflufen-ethyl and diuron and application thereof.
Background
Sugarcane is a main sugar crop in China, and accounts for more than 85% of the perennial planting area of sugar in China, and the sugar yield accounts for more than 90% of the total sugar yield. Wherein the sugarcane planting areas of the Guangxi, Yunnan and Guangdong large production areas in 2014-2015 are respectively 98.4 ten thousand hm2, 34.8 ten thousand hm2 and 1.5 ten thousand hm2, and the sugarcane production becomes an important support for economic development of the main production area and a main source for increasing income of farmers. However, in the process of sugarcane growth, weeds are extremely harmful to the sugarcane, particularly, before the sugarcane is closed in spring and summer, the sugarcane field is exposed for a long time, the weeds grow rapidly, the production cost of weeding is increased, the weed control work cannot be carried out in time, the weeds and the sugarcane compete for moisture, nutrients and sunlight, diseases and insects are aggravated, the normal growth and development of the sugarcane are inhibited, the sugarcane yield is reduced, and the main factor for restricting the sugarcane production is formed.
At present, sugarcane herbicide products which are registered nationwide together account for 75 percent of single-dose products, the balance of the sugarcane herbicide products are mixed-dose products, the dosage forms are wettable powder, wherein the single-dose products and mixed-dose preparations containing ametryn account for 35 percent of the registered number of the whole sugarcane herbicide, the single-dose products and mixed-dose preparations containing diuron account for 29 percent of the registered number of the whole sugarcane herbicide, and the single-dose products and mixed-dose preparations containing 2-methyl-4-chloro-atrazine account for 19 percent and 16 percent respectively.
At present, herbicide drug varieties and dosage forms for chemically preventing and removing weeds in sugarcane fields are seriously aged, vast sugarcane farmers use the same herbicide for weeding for a long time, the dosage of the sugarcane herbicide is increased very quickly due to year-by-year increase of the resistance of the weeds, and meanwhile, the quantity of the residual herbicide in soil and crops is increased continuously.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1: and (3) measuring indoor toxicity of the herbicidal composition containing the topramezone and the diuron.
The test method comprises the following steps: selecting uniform and consistent weed crabgrass seeds, and accelerating germination in a biochemical incubator until the seeds are exposed to the white. Loading the dried and crushed sugarcane field soil into plastic pots, respectively and uniformly scattering weed seeds on the soil surface, covering with fine soil of about 0.5 cm, conventionally culturing in a greenhouse, performing final singling at the l-2 leaf stage of weeds, keeping 25 seedlings with relatively consistent growth size and density in each pot, and performing medicament spraying treatment at the 5-6 leaf stage of digitaria sanguinalis. Referring to the "indoor bioassay test guidelines for pesticides" (ministry of agriculture of the people's republic of china, 2007), a certain amount of herbicide is weighed or measured, a series of concentrations are prepared according to the amount of sprayed liquid, uniform stem and leaf spraying is carried out by using a quantitative sprayer, the treatment is repeated for 4 times, clear water treatment is used as a Control (CK), and the obtained product is treated and then placed in a greenhouse for conventional culture. And (3) measuring the fresh weight of the overground part of each treated plant of the weed after the herbicide is applied, calculating the fresh weight inhibition rate, establishing a regression equation (y = a + bx) by using the inhibition rate probability value (y) and the concentration logarithm value (x), solving the inhibition median (ID50) of different herbicides on the crab, and calculating the cotoxicity coefficient (CTC) according to the Sun Yunpei method. When CTC is less than 80, the composition is antagonistic, when CTC is less than 80, the composition is additive, and when CTC is less than 120, the composition is synergistic. Fresh weight inhibition (%) = (control aerial fresh weight-treated aerial fresh weight)/control aerial fresh weight x 100.
