The implementation of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, an embodiment of the present invention proposes a wire stripper, which includes a bottom mounting plate 1, a circular cutting device 2 disposed on the bottom mounting plate 1, and a peeling device 3 disposed on the bottom mounting plate 1; the circular cutting device 2 comprises a circular cutting fixing plate 201 arranged on the bottom mounting plate 1, a first cutter seat 202 in sliding connection with the circular cutting fixing plate 201, a first circular cutting driving mechanism 203 for driving the first cutter seat 202 to move, a second cutter seat 205 in sliding connection with the circular cutting fixing plate 201 and arranged opposite to the first cutter seat 202, a second circular cutting driving mechanism 206 for driving the second cutter seat 205 to move, at least one first circular cutting knife 204 arranged on the first cutter seat 202 and at least one second circular cutting knife 207 arranged on the second cutter seat 205; the peeling device 3 comprises a peeling fixing plate 301 arranged on the bottom mounting plate 1, a first pneumatic finger 302 in sliding connection with the peeling fixing plate 301, a first peeling driving mechanism 303 for driving the first pneumatic finger 302 to move, a second pneumatic finger 304 which is in sliding connection with the peeling fixing plate 301 and is arranged opposite to the first pneumatic finger 302, a second peeling driving mechanism 305 for driving the second pneumatic finger 304 to move, a first peeling knife 306 arranged at the movable end of the first pneumatic finger 302, and a second peeling knife 307 arranged at the movable end of the second pneumatic finger 304.
In the embodiment of the invention, the working process of the wire stripping machine is as follows: the first and second ring cutters 204 and 207 are matched with each other along with the relative movement of the first and second cutter holders 202 and 205 to cut off the skin 1101 and other parts of the wire 11 (radial cutting is completed), then the skin 1101 cut off from other parts of the wire 11 is arranged between the first and second pneumatic fingers 302 and 304, the relative movement of the first and second pneumatic fingers 302 and 304 (the movable ends of the first and second pneumatic fingers 302 and 304 are in a contracted state at this time) enables the first and second peeling knives 306 and 307 arranged at the movable ends to cut into the skin 1101 (axial cutting is completed at this time), then the movable ends of the first and second pneumatic fingers 302 and 304 are opened, and as the movable ends of the first and second pneumatic fingers 302 are provided with the first peeling knives 306, the skin 1101 can be moved to two sides by the same method, and the peeling of the skin 1101 can be moved to two sides by the second pneumatic fingers 304, so that the metal wire 1101 can be peeled off from the middle part of the wire 1101 automatically and automatically in the radial and axial cutting is completed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the first annular cutters 204 and the second annular cutters 207 is at least one, and the single first annular cutter 204 and the single second annular cutter 207 are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner to complete radial split cutting. When the number of the first and second cutters 204, 207 is one, only the end of the wire 11 is cut and then the peeling operation is completed. When the number of the first annular cutters 204 and the second annular cutters 207 is equal to or greater than two, taking two as an example, the peeling (middle peeling) of the skin 1101 at the middle part of the wire 11 can be completed, a certain gap is provided between the two first annular cutters 204, the gap can be set to be adjustable (similarly, a certain gap is provided between the second annular cutters 207), the two first annular cutters 204 and the two second annular cutters 207 can cut off a section of the skin 1101 at the middle part of the wire 11, the gap between the first annular cutters 204 is the length of the skin 1101 cut off at the middle part, and then the peeling is completed by the first peeling cutters 306 and the second peeling cutters 307, thereby finishing the peeling of the skin 1101 at the middle part of the wire 11. When the number of the first ring cutters 204 is greater than two, the multi-stage cutting of the skin 1101 in the middle of the wire 11 can be completed in a single step, and the process is similar to that of the two first ring cutters 204, and will not be repeated here. Fig. 11 shows the wire 11 after peeling the end and middle portions thereof.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the definition of the first and second cutters 204 and 207 is: the first and second cutters 204, 207 cooperate to effect circumferential radial severing of the skin 1101 of the wire 11. When the cross section of the wire 11 is circular, the cutting edges of the first and second ring cutters 204 and 207 are semicircular to realize the cooperation of the two to complete the circumferential radial cutting of the surface 1101 of the wire 11. When the cross section of the wire 11 is rectangular, the cutting edge of the first ring cutter 204 and the cutting edge of the second ring cutter 207 are combined to form a rectangular frame so as to realize the cooperation of the two to complete the radial cutting of the wire 11 skin 1101 in a surrounding manner.
