本发明属化学电源领域,具体涉及一种锂离子电池。
背景技术
锂离子电池由于具有比能量高、比功率大、寿命长、绿色环保无污染,在市场上得到了广泛的用途和推广。锂离子电池在水下、露天环境、煤矿等环境下使用,要求锂离子电池具有防水、防冲击特性,在安全性要求严格的领域,要求锂离子电池在极端短路、过充过放条件下,不产生爆裂、明火。
本发明提供了一种锂离子电池,它采用特定配方胶水将锂离子电池进行灌封。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种锂离子电池。
本发明的技术方案是:一种锂离子电池,它是它是包含聚合物锂离子电芯、电池壳及密封胶,所述电池中聚合物锂离子电芯至于电池壳内,电芯周围采用密封胶进行灌封,密封胶是一种粘度低,固化过程缓慢的胶水,电池固化后,电芯四周密闭,表面硬度HRC80~90。
根据上述方法,电池胶水含有环氧树脂30%~50%,氧化铝20%~30%、氧化镁10%~20%、碳黑0.2%~1%,粘度为30000~50000mPa.s,胶水具有阻燃性。
根据上述方法,电池壳为塑料材质,可以为阻燃尼龙、ABS、PP的一种或几种混合。
本发明的有益效果是:根据本发明的电池具有防水、耐机械冲击和抗震能力强、安全不燃爆的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1
选3.7V2000mAh PL183650型锂离子电池,将电池放置于附图1所示的预置塑料壳中,按工艺配方配取灌封胶水15g,缓慢注入含有电池的塑料壳内,然后至于抽真空环境,胶水自然流淌固化,形成光滑均匀的固化表面。
本发明并不限定于上述的实施方式的实施例,还可以根据实际应用于镍氢蓄电池、铅酸蓄电池等电池的灌封,本领域根据本发明的启发,不脱离本发明的范畴所做出的改进和修改都应在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种锂离子电池,它是包含聚合物锂离子电芯、电池壳及密封胶,其特征在于,聚合物锂离子电芯至于电池壳内,电芯周围采用密封胶进行灌封,密封胶是一种粘度低,固化过程缓慢的胶水,电池固化后,电芯四周密闭,表面硬度HRC80~90。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂离子电池,其特征在于,电池胶水含有环氧树脂30%~50%,氧化铝20%~30%、氧化镁10%~20%、碳黑0.2%~1%,粘度为30000~50000mPa.s,胶水具有阻燃性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锂离子电池,其特征在于,电池壳为阻燃塑料材质,可以为尼龙、ABS、PP的一种或几种混合。
