It should be noted that the medical resource is a medical resource transferred to the location acquisition requester by one or more medical institutions, and specifically includes the following two cases:
case 1: the medical resource is a medical resource transferred to the position acquisition requester by a medical institution.
Case 2: the medical resource is a medical resource transferred to the position acquisition requester by a plurality of medical institutions.
In case 1, before the server receives the geographic location obtaining request sent by the location obtaining request terminal, the following working processes are further included:
process 1: the server receives a medical resource acquisition request sent by the position acquisition request terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the medical resource acquisition request carries the geographic position of the position acquisition requester and the medical resource request list of the position acquisition requester.
Specifically, the medical resource request list includes: the medical institution obtains the medical device or medical personnel requested by the requester.
Fig. 3 illustrates an example medical resource request list.
As shown in fig. 3, the medical resource request list sent by the location acquisition requester includes: 5 medical resources such as 1 nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, 1 nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer operator, 1 electrocardiograph, 1 three-ion beam cutting instrument and 1 three-ion beam cutting instrument operator.
It should be noted that before the location obtaining request terminal sends the medical resource obtaining request to the server, the staff of the location obtaining requester may log in the medical resource obtaining request client to input the medical resource obtaining request to the location obtaining request terminal.
And (2) a process: and the server determines at least one satisfied alternative medical institution providing the medical resources listed in the medical resource request list to the medical resource requester from the plurality of medical institutions according to the pre-collected free medical resources carrying the geographical positions of the medical institutions of each of the plurality of medical institutions.
Specifically, when the server receives a medical resource acquisition request sent by the position acquisition request terminal, according to the pre-collected medical resources which carry the geographical positions of the medical institutions and are free of each medical institution in the plurality of medical institutions, based on the medical resource request list in the medical resource acquisition request, the server searches and judges the free medical resources of each medical institution in the plurality of medical institutions, and then determines at least one medical institution which meets the requirement of providing the medical resources listed in the medical resource request list from the plurality of medical institutions with the free resources.
It should be noted that the medical resources that carry the geographical location of the medical institution and are available in each of the plurality of medical institutions collected in advance may be divided into two ways:
mode 1: the received medical resource which carries the geographical position of the medical institution and is free is sent by the medical resource providing terminal of each medical institution in the plurality of medical institutions;
mode 2: and the medical resources carrying the geographical positions of the medical institutions and being free of the medical institutions of the plurality of medical institutions are respectively inquired from the database of the medical resource providing terminal of each medical institution of the plurality of medical institutions.

Specifically, the server may determine the first medical institution from the alternative medical institutions according to a principle that a transfer route distance between the resource requester and the medical institution is shortest.
Or,
the server can determine the first medical institution from the alternative medical institutions according to the principle that the time delay consumed by the transfer route between the resource requester and the medical institution is the shortest.
And 4, process: the server transmits a medical resource transfer notification to a medical resource providing terminal of the first medical institution.
Specifically, the medical resource transfer notification is used to notify the first medical institution to transfer the medical resource listed in the medical resource request list to the location acquisition requester.
For example, the medical resource transfer notification may be specifically used for: and informing a manager of the first medical institution of informing an operator of the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer with the name of XX of carrying the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer with the model of XX, an operator of the electrocardiograph with the name of XX and an operator of the three-ion-beam cutting instrument with the name of XX of carrying the three-ion-beam cutting instrument with the model of XX to the position acquisition requester.
In case 2, before the server receives the geographic location obtaining request sent by the location obtaining request terminal, the following working processes are further included:
process A: the server receives a medical resource acquisition request sent by the position acquisition request terminal.
And a process B: the server obtains the relation between the geographical position of the requester and the geographical position of the medical institution by using the position to determine a second medical institution and a third medical institution from the plurality of medical institutions according to the pre-collected idle medical resources carrying the geographical position of the medical institution of each medical institution in the plurality of medical institutions and aiming at each listed medical resource of the medical resource request list.
Specifically, the server may determine, from among the plurality of medical institutions, the second medical institution and the third medical institution that provide the medical resource listed in each of the medical resource request lists to the location acquisition requester, respectively, according to the principle that the transfer route distance between the resource requester and the medical institution is the shortest.
And a process C: and the server respectively sends a medical resource transfer notice to the position acquisition request terminal of the second medical institution and the position acquisition request terminal of the third medical institution, and the medical resource transfer notice is used for respectively informing the first medical institution and the second medical institution to jointly transfer the medical resources listed in the medical resource request list to the medical resource acquisition requester.
It should be noted that the server may store the received medical resource acquisition request in the following two ways, but is not limited to the following two ways.
The first mode is as follows: and storing the medical resource acquisition request in an internal memory of a server.

the server at least generates the following two pieces of information of the transfer progress to be selected according to the geographical position of the position acquisition requester and the acquired geographical position of the medical resource: the transfer information to be selected comprises the transfer information to be selected with the shortest route distance, the transfer information to be selected with the least time delay consumed by the route or the transfer information to be selected with the least transfer times.
It should be noted that, the server may further generate the transfer information to be selected including the shortest route distance according to the geographic location of the location acquisition requester and the acquired geographic location of the medical resource, and specifically may include the following steps:
step 1: the server generates a plurality of routes from the geographic location of the location acquisition requester to the geographic location of the medical resource using techniques such as path planning.
Step 2: the server determines a first transfer route with the shortest route distance from the plurality of routes.
And step 3: the server determines the elapsed time and the required number of transfers for the first transfer route.
It should be noted that, the server may further generate the to-be-selected transfer information including the route with the least time delay according to the geographic location of the location acquisition requester and the acquired geographic location of the medical resource, and specifically may include the following steps:
step 1: the server generates a plurality of routes from the geographic location of the location acquisition requester to the geographic location of the medical resource using techniques such as path planning.
Step 2: the server determines a second transfer route which takes the least time and delays from the plurality of routes.
And step 3: the server determines the number of transfers required for the second transfer route.
It should be noted that the server may further generate the transfer information to be selected including the transfer number that is the minimum number of transfers required for the route according to the geographic location of the location acquisition requester and the acquired geographic location of the medical resource, and specifically may include the following steps:
step 1: the server generates a plurality of routes from the geographic location of the location acquisition requester to the geographic location of the medical resource using techniques such as path planning.
Step 2: the server determines a third transfer route with the least number of transfers required for one route from the plurality of routes.
And step 3: the server determines the distance and time delay of the third transfer route.
Optionally, the server may further generate transfer information to be selected including the most smooth route according to the geographic location of the location acquisition requester and the acquired geographic location of the medical resource.
Fig. 4 is a diagram exemplarily showing a plurality of pieces of information of the transfer progress to be selected.
As shown in fig. 4, the server may generate, according to the geographic location of the location acquisition requester and the acquired geographic location of the medical resource, to-be-transferred progress information including a first transfer route having the shortest transfer route distance (4.9 km), belt transfer progress information including a second transfer route having the least time delay (15 minutes) consumed by the transfer route, and to-be-transferred progress information including a third transfer route having the least required transfer times (0 times).
The server generates the transfer information to be selected containing the most smooth route according to the geographical position of the position acquisition requester and the acquired geographical position of the medical resource, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1: the server generates a plurality of routes from the geographic location of the location acquisition requester to the geographic location of the medical resource using techniques such as path planning.
Step 2: the server determines a fourth transfer route with the clearest route from the routes.
Specifically, the server measures the smoothness degree of the transfer route through the saturation degree of the transfer route, and the saturation degree of the transfer route can reflect the traffic running state of the transfer route from the perspective of space. That is, when the saturation is low, the server can judge that the transfer route is smooth; otherwise, when the saturation is higher, the server can judge that the transfer route is more congested.
Wherein, the saturation of a certain road section of the transfer route is the ratio of the traffic flow of the road section and the traffic capacity of the road section. The saturation of the transfer route is an average value of the saturations of the respective routes of the transfer route.
It should be noted that the server may determine whether a vehicle passes through a certain road section of the transfer route by pixel change between different video frames in the traffic monitoring video of the road section, and further perform statistics on the number of vehicles passing through the road section to realize statistics on the traffic flow of the road section. Wherein the traffic capacity of the transfer route is the maximum traffic flow rate per unit time of the cross section of the road section.
And step 3: the server determines the distance of the fourth transfer route, the consumed time and the required transfer times.
S203, the server receives the selection instruction sent by the position acquisition request terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the selection instruction is used for indicating the target transfer progress information selected from the plurality of pieces of transfer progress information to be selected. That is, the location acquisition requester transmits a selection instruction to the server through the location acquisition request terminal to select the target transfer progress information from the plurality of transfer progress information to be selected.
It should be noted that the selection instruction is used for indicating the target transfer progress information selected from the plurality of pieces of transfer progress information to be selected, and may include, but is not limited to, the following two scenarios:
scene 1: when only one medical institution provides medical resources for the location acquisition requester, the selection instruction is used for selecting one target transfer progress information from a plurality of pieces of transfer progress information to be selected, which are generated by the server according to the geographical location of the medical institution and the geographical location of the location requester.
Taking the example that the selection instruction is to select one target transfer progress information containing the shortest transfer route distance from the plurality of pieces of transfer progress information to be selected.
Next, a description will be given of selecting, by an example, one of the pieces of transfer progress information to be selected, which includes the destination transfer progress information having the shortest transfer route distance.
Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating information on a progress of a medical resource with respect to a goal transition.
As can be seen from fig. 5, the information on the progress of the target transfer of the medical resource includes: the medical resource of the medical institution is transferred to the destination transfer route of the geographical position of the position acquisition requester, the distance of the destination transfer route, the time delay consumed and the number of transfers required.
For example, the target transfer progress information of the medical resources such as the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer of the medical institution 1, the operator of the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, the electrocardiograph, the three-ion beam cutting instrument, and the operator of the three-ion beam cutting instrument is: the target transfer route and the distance X1 of the target transfer route and the elapsed time Y1.
Scene 2: when the plurality of medical institutions jointly provide medical resources for the position acquisition requester, the selection instruction is used for selecting one piece of target transfer progress information from a plurality of pieces of transfer progress information to be selected, which are respectively generated by the server according to the geographical position of each medical institution in the plurality of medical institutions and the geographical position of the position requester.
The goal transition progress information described by an example scenario 2 is set forth below.
Fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating another medical resource targeting progress information.
As can be seen from fig. 6, the information on the progress of the target transfer of the medical resource includes: the medical resource of the medical institution is transferred to the destination transfer route of the geographical position of the position acquisition requester, the distance of the destination transfer route, the time delay consumed and the number of transfers required.
For example, the information on the progress of the transfer of the target of the medical resource such as the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer of the medical institution 1 and the operator of the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer is: the distance X1 and the elapsed time delay Y1 of the destination transfer route 1 and the destination transfer route 1. The target transfer progress information of the electrocardiograph of the medical institution 2 is: the destination transfer route 2 and the distance X2 and the elapsed time delay Y2 of the destination transfer route 2. The information on the target transfer progress of the medical resources such as the three-ion beam cutting instrument of the medical institution 3 and the operator of the three-ion beam cutting instrument is as follows: the destination transfer route 3 and the distance X3 of the destination transfer route 3 and the elapsed time delay Y3.
It should be noted that the location acquisition requester sends the selection instruction to the server through the location acquisition request terminal to select the destination transfer progress information, that is, the destination transfer progress information is determined by the location acquisition requester, so that the location acquisition requester can know destination transfer progress information such as a destination transfer route of the medical resource transferred to the location acquisition requester, a distance of the destination transfer route, a time delay consumed, and a transfer route. Furthermore, the position acquisition requester can arrange the corresponding staff in advance to receive the medical resource at a predetermined time and a predetermined place according to the target transfer progress information of the medical resource, and place the received medical resource at the reserved place of the position acquisition requester.
Fig. 3 to 6 are merely illustrative of the present application and should not be construed as limiting.
In summary, the server receives the location acquisition request sent by the location acquisition request terminal; the position acquisition request carries the geographic position of the position acquisition requester; the position acquisition request is used for requesting the server to send the transfer progress information of the medical resource to the position acquisition request terminal; the position acquisition request terminal is deployed at the position acquisition request party; the medical resources are medical resources transferred to the position acquisition requester by one or more medical institutions; the medical resource transfer progress information includes: the transfer route of the medical resource to the position acquisition requester, the distance of the transfer route, the time delay consumed and the number of required transfers.
