The invention can greatly improve the consumption experience of the user on the nail art by using extremely short service time, almost infinite pattern expansion capability and standardized nail art effect. This will be explained in detail below.
User terminal 1000
The user terminal 1000 according to an embodiment may be an application program, such as APP on a smart phone or a tablet computer, or a web page accessed through the smart phone or the tablet computer.
The user terminal 100 can acquire the nail art currently available for purchase from the server 3000 by data communication with the server 3000, and then generate and display the nail art available for purchase. For example, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a commercially available nail art provided at the user terminal 1000, from which the user can select a pleasant nail art.
After the user selects and purchases one or more nail art, the user terminal 1000 provides the payment function, for example, the user terminal 1000 may request the user to bind a bank card to provide the payment function, or call an APP of a WeChat, Paibao or bank to complete the payment function.
After the user performs the operation of selecting and purchasing the nail art on the user terminal 1000, the user terminal 1000 generates an identification code, which may be a one-dimensional code or a two-dimensional code, after responding to or receiving the command of selecting and purchasing the nail art from the user. After the user pays successfully, the user terminal 1000 of an embodiment further generates an interface for the user to view the current order information, for example, the user may view the current order information at the user terminal 1000, which may include a user ID, an order number, an order identification code, a nail art pattern corresponding to the order, and the like. In one embodiment, the user terminal 1000 may also send the order information of the user to the server 3000 for storage.
In an embodiment, the user terminal 1000 further provides a refund function on the interface of the order information, so that the user can initiate a refund operation. In an embodiment, the user terminal 1000 further provides evaluation and complaint functions on an order information interface, for example, an evaluation providing button, after the user clicks the evaluation providing button, an input box appears on the user terminal 1000, which is used for the user to input the evaluation after the nail art operation consumption is performed on the order, and the user terminal 1000 sends the evaluation to the server 3000 after receiving the evaluation of the user; similarly, the user terminal 1000 provides a button for complaint, and after the user clicks the button, an input box appears in the user terminal 1000 for the user to input the complaint after the customer performs the nail art operation on the order, and the user terminal 1000 sends the complaint to the server 3000 after receiving the complaint from the user. The server 3000 of an embodiment sorts the nail art patterns according to the received information such as evaluation and complaint, so that the user terminal 1000 preferentially displays nail art patterns with low evaluation complaint, where the preferential display refers to displaying nail art patterns sorted in the front to the user.
In order to facilitate the user to find the nearby nail art terminals 2000, in an embodiment, the server 3000 obtains, updates, and stores the geographical location of each nail art terminal 2000, the user terminal 1000 may obtain the geographical location of each nail art terminal 2000 from the server 3000, and display the nail art terminal 2000 in the preset range of the current location of the user on the electronic map through a location interface, and after the user selects one nail art terminal 2000 of the location interface, the user terminal 1000 calculates and generates navigation information for navigating the user.
In one embodiment, the user terminal 1000 further provides a coupon for the user to use when purchasing the nail art. In one embodiment, the user terminal 1000 further provides an evaluation interface for the user to evaluate after purchasing the nail art and using the nail art terminal 2000.
Nail art terminal 2000
Nail art terminal 2000 is a device that interacts with a user and performs an automatic nail art operation for the user. For example, after the user places a finger on a designated position of nail art terminal 2000, nail art terminal 2000 prints a nail art pattern on the user's fingernail, thereby completing nail art for the user's fingernail.
In an embodiment, nail art terminal 2000 may have a speaker and/or a display screen, etc. for displaying information to a user, and the display screen may be a touch screen for facilitating user operation.
When a user wants to perform a nail art operation using nail art terminal 2000, the user may input an identification code of an order into nail art terminal 2000 through a touch screen of nail art terminal 2000 or other input means (e.g., a physical keyboard or the like) provided by nail art terminal 2000 using the identification code generated by user terminal 1000. In order to facilitate the use of the user, the nail art terminal 2000 may also have a camera or other components capable of acquiring the identification code, so that the user may first give the identification code of the order to the nail art terminal 2000 through the user terminal 1000, and the nail art terminal 2000 may acquire the identification code displayed by the user. After the nail art terminal 2000 obtains the identification code of the order through user input or automatic camera identification, the subsequent nail art process can be started, which is described in detail below.
(1) Flow for confirming whether user wants to nail art or not
In an embodiment, after acquiring the identification code of the order, the nail art terminal 2000 further generates and displays a prompt message for the user to select whether nail art service is required. For example, nail art terminal 2000 generates a popup on its display screen to inquire of the user that nail art service is required. In another embodiment, after acquiring the identification code of the order, the nail art terminal 2000 may further determine the order information associated with the identification code, and provide corresponding authority, for example, when it is determined that the order information is legal, provide the authority of the user for performing subsequent nail art, for example, generate and display prompt information for the user to select whether nail art service needs to be performed. When the order information is judged to be illegal (for example, used or forged), the authority of the nail art is closed, and the user is prompted that the current identification code cannot be identified or is used.
When the nail art terminal 2000 determines that the user needs to perform nail art service, the nail art terminal continues to perform the nail art service, that is, the subsequent process is performed, otherwise, when the nail art terminal determines that the user does not need to perform nail art service, the nail art terminal exits the nail art service. The nail art terminal 2000 determines whether the user needs to perform nail art service in various ways, which are listed below.
When receiving a command that the user confirms to perform nail art service, the nail art terminal 200 determines that the user needs to perform nail art service; on the contrary, when receiving the command that the user cancels the nail art service, the nail art terminal judges that the user does not need to perform the nail art service. For example, referring to fig. 4, the nail art terminal 200 generates a popup including the text "ask whether to perform the nail art service" and provides a confirmation button and a cancel button. The user may issue a command for confirming that the nail art service is to be performed to the nail art terminal 200 by clicking the confirmation button of the popup, or may issue a command for canceling the nail art service to the nail art terminal 200 by clicking the cancel button of the popup. In an embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the nail art terminal 200 may further generate a countdown prompt on the generated pop-up window, and when the countdown reaches zero and the command of the user is not received within the period of time, it may be determined by default that the user needs to perform nail art service, or it may be determined by default that the user does not need to perform nail art service, which may be designed according to requirements, where fig. 5 is an example of determining by default that the user does not need to perform nail art service.
(2) Flow of safety prompt
Since the nail art terminal 2000 is for automatically manicuring a user, it is necessary to perform the manicure on the user's nail through a mechanical structure, and thus safety is a considerable problem.
The nail art terminal 2000 of an embodiment forces the user to be presented with the security item when the user uses the nail art terminal for the first time to perform nail art operation, and the user may not select to close or skip the presentation process. It should be noted that, here, the first time the user uses the nail art terminal to perform the nail art operation means that the user never uses the nail art terminal to complete the nail art operation before, which means that if the user uses the nail art terminal but does not perform the actual nail art but quits in the middle of using the nail art terminal again, the user is still determined to use the nail art terminal to perform the nail art operation for the first time.
As shown in the description of the user terminal in (1), the user terminal 1000 of an embodiment further sends the order information of the user to the server 3000 for storage after receiving the command of the user selecting and purchasing the nail art, and the order information may at least include the user ID and the identification code. When the nail art operation is completed for the user according to the nail art pattern, the nail art terminal 2000 further sends the nail art consumption information of the user to the server 3000 for storage, and the nail art consumption information of the user at least includes the identification code. After receiving the nail consumption information sent by nail art terminal 2000, server 3000 determines that the current user has finished nail art using the nail art terminal, otherwise determines that the current user has not finished nail art using the nail art terminal; through the order identification code in the nail consumption information, the server 3000 may associate a corresponding user ID, that is, information indicating whether the user ID is the first time nail art operation using the nail art terminal may be stored in the server 3000.
Thus, when any user uses nail art terminal 2000, nail art terminal 2000 acquires the identification code generated by user terminal 1000 of the current user, and sends the identification code to server 3000, server 3000 confirms whether the user using the nail art terminal for the first time to perform nail art operation according to the received identification code, the stored order information, and the nail art consumption information of the user, and when it is determined that the user using the nail art terminal for the first time to perform nail art operation, nail art terminal 2000 is notified to generate the safety prompt information that cannot be manually stopped, which is used to prompt the current user about the safety matters of using the nail art terminal, otherwise, the safety prompt information that can be manually stopped is generated, or the safety prompt information is not generated.
In an embodiment, the nail art terminal 200 generates the safety prompt message that cannot be stopped manually, which includes at least one of the following modes:
the nail art terminal 2000 plays an audio file which cannot be closed and skipped through a speaker thereof, and the content of the audio file is a safety matter for using the nail art terminal;
the nail art terminal 2000 displays an interface, the contents of which are case matters using the nail art terminal, through its display screen that cannot be closed and skipped. The interface may explain security issues to the user through video, play text, and plain text descriptions.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, (2) the procedure of the safety prompt may be (1) a procedure of determining whether the user wants to perform nail art, for example, after the nail art terminal 2000 displays the safety item, the procedure of (1) determining whether the user wants to perform nail art is performed; (2) the procedure of the security prompt may be (1) a procedure of confirming whether the user wants to perform nail art, for example, after nail art terminal 2000 determines that the user needs nail art service, then (2) a procedure of the security prompt. In addition, in some embodiments, nail art terminal 2000 may include one or both of (1) a procedure of confirming whether the user wants to perform nail art and (2) a procedure of security prompt, or may not include both of them.
(3) Nail beauty guidance process
In an embodiment, when acquiring the identification code generated by the user terminal 1000, the nail art terminal 2000 acquires the nail art pattern corresponding to the identification code according to the identification code, and performs nail art operation on the user according to the nail art pattern, which is described in detail below.
In an embodiment, the nail art terminal 2000 generates and displays a prompt message for prompting the user to place a finger at a designated position of the nail art terminal 2000. For example, nail art terminal 2000 prompts the user to place a finger at a designated position of nail art terminal 2000 by means of text and text on its display screen. In an embodiment, the nail art terminal 2000 may have a built-in finger rest, where the finger rest is a structure for placing and fixing a finger, and the finger rest may be a finger rest for placing one finger, or a finger rest for placing a plurality of fingers, such as a five-finger rest and a ten-finger rest, and the finger rest may prompt the user to place a finger at a designated position of the nail art terminal 2000. FIG. 6 shows a schematic view of the user placing the index finger of the right hand on the finger rest and providing a confirmation button for the user to confirm the placement.
After the nail art terminal 2000 judges that the user has correctly placed the finger at the designated position of the nail art terminal 2000, the nail art pattern corresponding to the identification code is printed on the fingernail where the user is placed at the designated position. Nail art terminal 2000 determines whether the user correctly places the finger at the designated position of nail art terminal 2000, and there are various implementation manners.
In the first mode, the nail art terminal 2000 acquires, in real time, an image of the user placing a finger at the designated position through the camera thereof, and determines whether the user has correctly placed the finger at the designated position of the nail art terminal according to the image;
in the second mode, nail art terminal 2000, when receiving a command input by the user to correctly place the finger, determines that the user has correctly placed the finger at the designated position of the nail art terminal.
