Detailed Description
The utility model provides a can acquire the first detected data of air conditioner humidity sensor when the fan shuts down, and utilize first detected data, the relative humidity to humidity transducer actual detection at present moment is revived, and according to the relative humidity after revising, control air conditioner operation, solved among the prior art because humidity transducer is less apart from the fin distance, when the refrigeration is heated and is stopped, lead to humidity transducer built-in temperature to appear the deviation easily, and then lead to humidity to detect the technical problem that the deviation appears, thereby avoided because the refrigeration is heated and is stopped, evaporimeter residual cooling, the problem that the humidity transducer that waste heat influence leads to detects the deviation, make humidity detect and approach environment actual value more, and then make the air conditioner dehumidify automatically, the humidification function can normally work, user's use experience has effectively been promoted.
For a better understanding of the above technical solutions, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
The following describes an air conditioner and a control method and device of the air conditioner according to an embodiment of the application with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the air conditioner includes the steps of:
s1, acquiring first detection data of the air conditioner humidity sensor when the fan is stopped; wherein the first detection data includes a first temperature and a first moisture content of an environment at the time of the shutdown.
In an embodiment of the application, whether the fan stops rotating or not may be detected, and when the fan stops rotating, a time when the fan stops rotating is detected as a stop time when the first detection data is acquired, or whether the fan receives a stop instruction or not is judged, and when the fan receives the stop instruction, the fan is controlled to be turned off, and a time when the fan is turned off is used as a stop time when the first detection data is acquired.
Specifically, when the fan is detected to stop rotating, a first temperature and a first moisture content of the environment where the fan is located at the moment of shutdown can be obtained through an air conditioner humidity sensor; or when a shutdown instruction is received and the fan is controlled to be closed, acquiring the first temperature and the first moisture content of the environment where the fan is located at the moment. The humidity sensor can be a resistance-capacitance humidity sensor, and is a sensor for measuring humidity by using the characteristic that the resistance value and the capacitance value of the humidity sensitive element change along with the change of the environmental humidity according to a certain rule.
S2, the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the present time is corrected by using the first detection data.
Specifically, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the second detection data of the humidity sensor at the current time may be corrected by using the first detection data, and the target relative humidity of the humidity sensor may be obtained by using the corrected second detection data, and the target relative humidity may be used to replace the relative humidity actually detected at the current time.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present application, the modifying the second detection data of the humidity sensor at the current time by using the first detection data, obtaining the target relative humidity of the humidity sensor by using the modified second detection data, and replacing the actual relative humidity detected at the current time by using the target relative humidity includes: and replacing second detection data actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment by using the first detection data within a first preset time period from the shutdown moment, acquiring the target relative humidity of the humidity sensor at the current moment according to the replaced second detection data, and replacing the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment by using the target relative humidity.
After the first preset time is reached, replacing a second moisture content actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment by using the first moisture content, acquiring a second temperature of the temperature sensor on the air conditioner at the current moment, replacing the second temperature actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment by using the second temperature of the temperature sensor, acquiring a target relative humidity of the humidity sensor by using the replaced second temperature and the replaced second moisture content, and replacing the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment by using the target relative humidity. Wherein, temperature sensor can not receive the influence of the surplus cold of evaporimeter department, waste heat, and signal accessible WIFI form, data line form transmit the humidity transducer treater to this temperature sensor can not set up at the return air inlet, and sets up other positions, for example apart from the return air inlet a little far away, can not receive the influence of return air. Therefore, the accuracy of data can be greatly improved by setting the standby temperature sensor for correction, so that the humidity detection is closer to the actual value of the environment, and the method is simple and easy to realize.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the time when the fan is stopped is recorded as T1, and the first detection data at the time T1 detected by the humidity sensor HS1 is recorded, for example, the first temperature may be T1, the first humidity may be H1, and the first detection data at the time T1 may be replaced by the second detection data actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current time within a first preset time period, for example, the first preset time period may be (T1+3s), that is, within T1 to (T1+3s), and then the humidity sensor HS1 processor calculates the target relative humidity at the current time, and replaces the target relative humidity with the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current time.
Optionally, according to an embodiment of the present application, there is another implementation manner of modifying the second temperature: after the first preset time is reached, replacing a second moisture content actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment by using the first moisture content, acquiring a temperature correction value according to a time interval between the current moment and the shutdown moment, compensating the first temperature by using the temperature correction value, taking the compensated first temperature as a second temperature at the current moment, replacing the second temperature actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment by using the second temperature at the current moment, acquiring a target relative humidity of the humidity sensor by using the replaced second temperature and the replaced second moisture content, and replacing the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment by using the target relative humidity.
It can be understood that the mapping relationship between the time interval and the temperature correction value may be established after a large amount of data measurement is performed, and after the time interval between the current time and the shutdown time is obtained, the mapping relationship may be queried to obtain the temperature correction value according to the mapping relationship. For example, 5 minutes, a temperature correction value of 0.5 degrees, 10 minutes, a temperature correction value of 0.8 degrees, and the like.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention can also correct the temperature through the temperature variation, wherein the temperature variation can be obtained by subtracting the value of the standby temperature sensor at the time t1 from the value of the standby temperature sensor at the time t, and the drastic change of the measurement data caused by the sudden and drastic change of the temperature after the sensors are switched can be effectively avoided through correcting the temperature through the temperature variation.
For example, after T1+3s is reached, the second moisture content actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current time may be replaced by the first moisture content, and a temperature change amount Δ T (T) corresponding to a time interval is added based on T1, that is, a temperature correction value, where Δ T (T) is a value of the backup temperature sensor at time T-T1 to compensate the first temperature, so that the compensated first temperature may be used as the second temperature T2 at the current time T1+ Δ T (T); and replacing the second temperature at the current moment with the second temperature actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment, so as to calculate the target relative humidity of the humidity sensor through the replaced second temperature and the second moisture content, for example, under the condition of known temperature and moisture content, the target relative humidity can be calculated through a psychrometric chart, wherein the psychrometric chart can be a two-dimensional chart, if two state parameters (such as temperature and moisture content) are known, other state parameters can be obtained through the psychrometric chart, and the target relative humidity is replaced with the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment. Therefore, the temperature sensor of hardware is not required to be added, and the correction is carried out in a software mode, so that the cost is saved, the correction result is more accurate through calculation of a large amount of data, and the accuracy of humidity detection is further ensured.
And S3, controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the corrected relative humidity.
Specifically, after the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current time is corrected in step S2, the operation of the air conditioner may be controlled according to the corrected relative humidity, for example, the operation parameters of the air conditioner may be adjusted.
From this, can be when refrigeration, heating shut down, stop to gather the temperature that is close to evaporimeter department humidity transducer department, and temperature variation compensates humidity transducer temperature, thereby avoided because refrigeration heating shut down, the evaporimeter is surplus cold, the problem of the humidity transducer detection deviation that waste heat influence leads to, make humidity detection approach environment actual value more, and then make the air conditioner dehumidify automatically, the humidification function can normal work, promote user's use greatly and experience, satisfy user demand.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the control method of the air conditioner further includes: detecting whether the fan is restarted or not, if the fan is restarted, stopping correcting the humidity sensor, and controlling the humidity sensor to recover the working state before correction; or detecting the accumulated time of the halt of the fan, stopping correcting the humidity sensor if the accumulated time reaches a second preset time, and controlling the humidity sensor to recover the working state before correction.
It can be understood that when the wind turbine is detected to be powered on and running, the correction of the humidity sensor is stopped, the data collected by the humidity sensor can be directly adopted to control the humidity sensor to recover the working state before correction, or if the accumulated time of the wind turbine shutdown is detected, if the accumulated time of the wind turbine shutdown reaches (t1+1800s), the correction of the humidity sensor is also stopped, and the data collected by the humidity sensor is directly adopted to control the humidity sensor to recover the working state before correction; if the two conditions cannot be met, the target relative humidity of the humidity sensor is continuously calculated according to the replaced second temperature and the second moisture content, and the target relative humidity is used for replacing the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment. From this, guarantee to make humidity detection approach environment actual value more, improve the degree of accuracy that humidity detected greatly, effectively promote user's use and experience, satisfy user's demand.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method for controlling an air conditioner includes the following steps:
s201, detecting whether the air conditioner complete machine is powered on, if so, executing a step S203, otherwise, executing a step S202.
And S202, powering down the air conditioner, and not executing any operation.
S203, detecting whether the air conditioner fan stops rotating, if so, executing the step S205, otherwise, executing the step S204.
And S204, adopting the data of the humidity sensor HS 1.
And S205, recording the power-off time T1 of the fan, and recording the first temperature T1 and the first humidity H1 of the time T1 detected by the humidity sensor HS 1.
S206, in the period from t1 to (t1+3S), the humidity sensor HS1 outputs a humidity signal according to the humidity H1 at the time of t 1; the humidity sensor processor HS1 calculates the moisture content data d1 in the current room; the humidity sensor HS1 completes the networking with the indoor standby temperature sensor TS 1.
S207, after (T1+3S), correcting the humidity sensor temperature by adding the temperature change amount Δ T (T) to the humidity sensor temperature based on T1, wherein the corrected humidity sensor temperature is T2 ═ T1+ Δt (T); the moisture content is d2 ═ d 1. The humidity sensor processor calculates the relative humidity H2 of the current room according to the corrected temperature T2 and the moisture content d2 and outputs a humidity signal.
S208, judging whether the fan is detected to be powered on again for operation, or t2 is more than or equal to (t1+1800S), if so, executing the step S204, otherwise, executing the step S209.
S209, the corrected relative humidity signal H2 is continuously used.
Therefore, when the air conditioner fan is detected to stop rotating, the humidity sensor can take the data of the fan at the power-down time as output data within 3 seconds; after 3 seconds, the sensor processor HS1 calculates the current relative humidity H2 according to the temperature signal variation T (T) of the standby temperature sensor TS1 after correction, T2 being T1+ T (T), and the moisture content signal d1 at the time of shutdown, and when the fan is stopped for more than 30 minutes or the fan is powered on again, the humidity sensor stops correcting the temperature by using the standby temperature sensor, and the working state before correction is resumed.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, the first detection data of the air conditioner humidity sensor when the fan is stopped can be obtained, the relative humidity actually detected by the humidity sensor at the current moment is corrected by the first detection data, and the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the corrected relative humidity. Because the actual detection value of the humidity sensor has deviation after the fan is stopped, the embodiment of the invention can correct the deviation by using the data at the stop time of the fan, thereby not only avoiding the problem of the detection deviation of the humidity sensor caused by the influence of residual cold and waste heat of an evaporator due to the stop of refrigeration and heating, but also enabling the humidity detection to be closer to the actual value of the environment, further enabling the automatic dehumidification and humidification functions of the air conditioner to work normally, and effectively improving the use experience of users.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram schematically illustrating a control apparatus of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the control device 20 of the air conditioner includes: an acquisition module 100, a correction module 200, and a control module 300.
