Description

Self-checking method and device for sampling unit in moisture-proof device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of moisture-proof devices of electrical equipment, in particular to a self-checking method and a self-checking device of a sampling unit in a moisture-proof device.
Background
Various boxes of electrical equipment, including the outdoor box of on-off mechanism case, terminal box, block terminal, sealed dampproofing ability decline can appear in the operation throughout the year, intake ponding easily rainy day. In order to prevent the equipment in the box body from being affected with damp and rusted to be damaged and reduce short circuit in an insulating way, a transformer substation usually adopts certain moisture-proof measures. With the increasing development of electronic detection technology, various moisture-proof dehumidification devices with automatic detection operation functions are also increasingly applied to moisture-proof drying of electrical equipment boxes.
The normal operation and sampling of the temperature and humidity sampling module of the temperature and humidity controller are accurate, which is the precondition of the normal function of the damp-proof device. Therefore, the moisture-proof device needs to be checked regularly after being configured, so that the fact that data acquisition of the hygrothermograph device is correct is confirmed, and the moisture-proof device works normally. The calibration of the temperature and humidity controller sensor in the box body is a very time-consuming matter, and the labor cost is too high to be developed. Therefore, whether the temperature and humidity sampling module normally operates and whether the sampling value is correct or not in the operation process of the moisture-proof device, and effective means for checking and judging are lacked, so that the moisture-proof device cannot effectively play a role due to the abnormity of the sampling module, and elements in the box body are affected with damp and damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a self-checking method and a self-checking device for a sampling unit in a moisture-proof device, aiming at solving the problem that whether a temperature and humidity sampling module in the moisture-proof device in each electrical equipment box body normally operates or not is difficult to judge in a manual mode.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical means adopted is as follows:
a self-checking method of a sampling unit in a moisture-proof device applied to an electric apparatus including a plurality of cases, comprising:
self-checking of a temperature sampling unit: in the electrical equipment, acquiring temperature values of a temperature sampling unit to be verified and a plurality of temperature sampling units adjacent to the temperature sampling unit to be verified, calculating an average value of the temperature values of the temperature sampling units, and judging whether the temperature sampling unit to be verified normally operates according to a difference value between the temperature value of the temperature sampling unit to be verified and the average value;
self-checking of a humidity sampling unit: in the electrical equipment, a temperature change value of a box body where a humidity sampling unit to be verified is located is collected, a theoretical relative humidity value and an actual relative humidity value are calculated according to the temperature change value, and whether the humidity sampling unit to be verified normally operates is judged according to a difference value of the theoretical relative humidity value and the actual relative humidity value.
In the scheme, the temperature sampling units of the moisture-proof devices arranged in the box bodies are used for transversely comparing the temperature values, so that the self-inspection of the temperature sampling units is realized; because the humidity in the box changes along with the temperature change of the environment, whether the relative humidity value changes correspondingly or not is judged by utilizing the temperature change in the box body where the humidity sampling unit is positioned, so that the self-inspection of the temperature sampling unit is realized, and the self-inspection process does not need manual participation.
