The ventilator 20 includes an outdoor fan (not shown), an outdoor wind wheel 21 mounted on the outdoor fan, an air duct cover plate 22 mounted on the outdoor wind wheel 21, and a fresh air component 23 mounted on the air duct cover plate 22, the outdoor fan drives the outdoor wind wheel 21 to operate, and the outdoor wind wheel 21 drives the fresh air component 23 to operate while operating.
The air duct cover plate 22 is provided with a through hole 221, and the through hole 221 is convenient for the output shaft of the outdoor wind wheel 21 to pass through.
The fresh air component 23 comprises a chassis 231 arranged on the air duct cover plate 22, a fresh air wind wheel 232 arranged above the chassis 231 and connected with the output shaft of the outdoor wind wheel 21, a bracket 233 arranged on the chassis 231, an upper cover 234 arranged on the bracket 233, and a fresh air inlet pipe 235 and a fresh air outlet pipe 236 arranged on the bracket 233.
The chassis 231 is provided with a communication hole 2311 communicated with the through hole 221, and an output shaft of the outdoor wind wheel 21 sequentially passes through the through hole 221 and the communication hole 2311 and then is connected with the fresh air wind wheel 232.
The inner cavity enclosed by the bracket 233 and the chassis 231 forms a ventilation cavity 2333, the bracket 233 divides the ventilation cavity 2333 into an upper air channel cavity 2335 and a lower air channel cavity 2336, and an outdoor air hole 2337 which is communicated with the upper air channel cavity 2335 and the inner cavity of the shell 10 is formed in the inner wall of the chassis 231. One end of the bracket 233 forms an inlet pipe connection end 2331 for connection of the fresh air inlet pipe 235, and the other end of the bracket 233 forms an outlet pipe connection end 2332 for connection of the fresh air outlet pipe 236.
One end of the fresh air inlet pipe 235 is connected with the inlet pipe connecting end 2331, and the other end of the fresh air inlet pipe 235 is connected with the wall of the air inlet hole 11.
One end of the fresh air outlet pipe 236 is connected to the outlet pipe connection end 2332, and the other end of the fresh air outlet pipe 236 is connected to the wall of the air outlet hole 12, and in this embodiment, the inner cavity of the fresh air inlet pipe 235 and the inner cavity of the fresh air outlet pipe 236 are both communicated with the ventilation chamber 2333.
In this embodiment, the fresh air inlet pipe 235 and the fresh air outlet pipe 236 may be flexible pipes, and it is understood that the materials, shapes and manufacturing processes of the fresh air inlet pipe 235 and the fresh air outlet pipe 236 are not limited, the fresh air inlet pipe 235 and the fresh air outlet pipe 236 may be made of materials such as plastics, and the fresh air inlet pipe 235 and the fresh air outlet pipe 236 may be formed by extrusion molding, blow molding, plastic suction, injection molding, and the like.
In the present embodiment, the chassis 231 and the air duct cover 22 are two independent components, and the two components are detachably connected through clamping, plugging and the like, and in the present embodiment, the chassis 231 and the air duct cover 22 are in threaded connection; the chassis 231, the bracket 233 and the upper cover 234 are integrally assembled, and it is understood that the integral assembly means that the chassis 231, the bracket 233 and the upper cover 234 are directly assembled without loosening; in addition, the fresh air wind wheel 232 is mounted on the output shaft of the outdoor wind wheel 21, and does not interfere with other components.
Referring to fig. 6-together, it will be appreciated that in an environment where the chamber pressure is P0, there is a need for static pressure to overcome resistance and dynamic pressure to transport gas out; the sum of the static pressure and the dynamic pressure is called the full pressure, and there is resistance P1-resistance in the fresh air inlet pipe 235, resistance in the P2-fresh air component 23, resistance in the P3-fresh air outlet pipe 236 during fresh air operation; at the same time, the upper duct chamber 2335 also generates a suction force P4 during operation, and a suction force P5 is provided at the connection of the outdoor air hole 2337.
When the outdoor fan operates, the outdoor fan drives the outdoor wind wheel 21 to rotate, the outdoor wind wheel 21 drives the fresh air wind wheel 232 to rotate while rotating, and in the process of rotating the fresh air wind wheel 232, in order to ensure that external air enters the air inlet 11 and enters the room through the fresh air component 23, the residual force after the resistance and the suction force are counteracted is still larger than the indoor pressure (atmospheric pressure), namely the pressure relation of the fresh air system is as follows: p0 is less than P-P1-P2-P3-P4-P5, so that outdoor fresh air can flow out of the room through the fresh air outlet pipe 236 from the air outlet hole 12.
