The working principle of the integrated air conditioner in the refrigeration state is that the compressor 16 compresses the gaseous refrigerant into a high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then the gaseous refrigerant is sent to the condenser 122 to be a normal-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant after heat dissipation, and the outdoor side fan 121 in the outdoor unit 12 blows air from the condenser 122, so that hot air is discharged from the outdoor air outlet 15 of the outdoor unit 12; the refrigerant then enters the evaporator 112, where the liquid refrigerant vaporizes and becomes a gaseous, lower temperature refrigerant, absorbing a large amount of heat and cooling the evaporator 112. The indoor fan 111 in the indoor unit 11 blows the indoor air through the evaporator 112, so that the indoor air outlet 14 blows out cold air, and the cold air enters the room to cool the room.
According to the operation principle of the air conditioner, it is known that the refrigerant needs to flow between the compressor 16, the condenser 122, and the evaporator 112, and therefore, the compressor 16, the condenser 122, and the evaporator 112 need to be connected by pipes. Alternatively, the tubing may be copper tubing.
On the basis of the above embodiment of the invention, in this embodiment, the multifunctional integrated air conditioner further includes: a drive structure; the driving mechanism is connected with the indoor air inlet 13 and used for driving the indoor air inlet 13 to open and close under the action of the control device. The driving mechanism is respectively connected with the first air door 131, the second air door 132 and the third air door 133, and under the control of the control device, the opening and closing states of the first air door 131, the second air door 132 and the third air door 133 are different according to the different working states of the multifunctional integrated air conditioner.
Specifically, the driving mechanism includes a stepping motor and a rack and pinion mechanism. The step motor is used for providing driving force, the gear rack transmission mechanism is connected with the step motor, and the driving of the step motor is converted into displacement changes of the first air door 131, the second air door 132 and the third air door 133, so that opening and closing of the three air doors are achieved.
With continued reference to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the indoor outlet 14 is connected to the indoor unit 11 through an outlet duct 17, and the outdoor outlet 15 is connected to the outdoor unit 12 through an exhaust duct 18. When multi-functional integral type air conditioner is in under the new trend state, gaseous flow path does: outdoor air outlet 15, exhaust duct 18, outdoor unit 12, third damper 133, indoor unit 11, air outlet pipe 17, and indoor air outlet 14. When multi-functional integral type air conditioner is in under the refrigeration state, gaseous flow path does: the air conditioner comprises a first air door 131, an indoor unit 11, an air outlet pipe 17, an indoor air outlet 14, a second air door 132, an outdoor unit 12, an exhaust duct 18 and an outdoor air outlet 15. When multi-functional integral type air conditioner is in the state of taking a breath, gaseous flow path does: indoor air outlet 14, air outlet pipe 17, indoor unit 11, third air door 133, outdoor unit 12, exhaust duct 18, and outdoor air outlet 15.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the control device is used to control the operations of the compressor 16, the detection of the temperatures of the outlet air and the return air, the operation of the drain motor, the monitoring of the water level of the condensed water, and the like, in addition to the operations of the first damper 131, the second damper 132, and the third damper 133, and the operations of the outdoor side fan 121 and the indoor side fan 111, and is not specifically described in this embodiment.
In addition to the above embodiments, the air conditioner main unit 100 mainly has a housing structure, and the compressor 16, the condenser 122, the evaporator 112, the outdoor side fan 121, the indoor side fan 111, and the like are all fixedly installed in the housing. The shape of the case is not limited, and it is generally a hollow rectangular parallelepiped structure. The compressor 16, the condenser 122, the evaporator 112, the outdoor fan 121, the indoor fan 111, and other components are fixed to the bottom surface of the casing, and the pipes between the compressor 16, the condenser 122, and the evaporator 112 are also disposed in close contact with the bottom surface of the casing. As for the form of fixation, the present embodiment is not particularly limited. In order to reduce the volume of the housing, the components should be arranged as compactly as possible while satisfying the requirements of the positional relationship in the above embodiments.
Preferably, the air conditioner main body 100 of the present embodiment is installed on the integrated ceiling 200 of a building. Compare in with outdoor unit component mounting on outdoor wall, indoor set component mounting is at indoor split type air conditioner, and multi-functional integral type air conditioner has simple structure, the advantage of being convenient for install. The multifunctional integrated air conditioner is arranged on the indoor integrated ceiling 200 of the building, the overall attractiveness of the building is less damaged, and the multifunctional integrated air conditioner can be used in places such as bedrooms, kitchens and office places, and has a wide application range. Each spare part in the multi-functional integral type air conditioner is together fixed with the casing, in the installation multi-functional integral type air conditioner, only need with its casing and integrated furred ceiling 200 fixed connection can.
Further, the exhaust duct 18 extends out of the outdoor environment through an opening in the wall. In the prior art, an air conditioner with a fresh air function needs to be provided with two holes on an outer wall, one hole is used for exhausting hot air of a condenser, the other hole is used as a channel for outdoor fresh air to enter, and the two holes increase the workload of air conditioner installation and influence the attractiveness of the wall body. In the embodiment, another channel for outdoor fresh air to enter is not required, so that only one hole is required to be formed, the attractiveness of the wall is improved, and the construction workload is reduced.
According to the multifunctional integrated air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, the flow path of air in the air conditioner host is changed by controlling the opening and closing of the indoor air inlet and the working states of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, so that the integrated air conditioner has a refrigeration function, and a fresh air function and a ventilation function are added without adding a fresh air pipeline. Further, the indoor air inlet is set to be in the form of three air doors, the air doors can be controlled to be opened and closed through the motor and the transmission mechanism, the refrigeration function, the fresh air function and the ventilation function of the integrated air conditioner can be achieved by utilizing the difference of the opening and closing states of the three air doors, the principle is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A multifunctional integrated air conditioner is characterized by comprising: the air conditioner comprises an air conditioner host, an indoor unit, an outdoor unit, an indoor air inlet, an indoor air outlet, an outdoor air outlet and a control device;
the indoor unit and the outdoor unit are respectively distributed on two sides of the air-conditioning host machine, the indoor air outlet is connected with the indoor unit, and the outdoor air outlet is connected with the outdoor unit; the indoor air inlet is communicated with an indoor environment, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit;
the control device is used for controlling the indoor air inlet, the outdoor unit and the indoor unit to be opened so that indoor air enters the indoor unit and the outdoor unit through the indoor air inlet and is discharged through the indoor air outlet and the outdoor air outlet respectively;
the control device is also used for controlling the indoor air inlet and the outdoor unit to be closed and controlling the indoor unit to be opened at the same time, so that outdoor fresh air enters an indoor environment through the outdoor air outlet, the outdoor unit, the indoor unit and the indoor air outlet in sequence;
the control device is also used for controlling the indoor air inlet and the indoor unit to be closed and controlling the outdoor unit to be opened simultaneously, so that indoor air enters an outdoor environment through the indoor air outlet, the indoor unit, the outdoor unit and the outdoor air outlet in sequence.
2. The multifunctional integrated air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the indoor air inlet comprises a first air door, a second air door and a third air door, the first air door and the second air door are respectively used for communicating an indoor environment with the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and the third air door is used for communicating the indoor unit with the outdoor unit;
the control device is used for opening the first air door and the second air door and closing the third air door at the same time; the control device is also used for opening the third air door at the same time of closing the first air door and the second air door.
3. The multi-functional integrated air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the indoor unit includes an indoor side fan, and the outdoor unit includes an outdoor side fan;
the indoor air outlet is connected with the indoor side fan, and the outdoor air outlet is connected with the outdoor side fan.
4. The multi-functional integrated air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the indoor unit further includes an evaporator, the outdoor unit further includes a condenser, the first damper is disposed adjacent to the evaporator, and the second damper is disposed adjacent to the condenser.
5. The multifunctional integrated air conditioner according to claim 4, further comprising: a compressor;
the compressor is connected with the condenser and the evaporator through pipelines respectively.
6. The multifunctional integrated air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising: a drive structure;
and the driving mechanism is connected with the indoor air inlet and is used for driving the indoor air inlet to be opened and closed under the action of the control device.
7. The multifunctional integrated air conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the driving mechanism includes a stepping motor and a rack and pinion mechanism.
8. The multifunctional integrated air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the indoor outlet is connected to the indoor unit through an outlet duct, and the outdoor outlet is connected to the outdoor unit through an exhaust duct.
9. The multifunctional integrated air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein the air conditioner main unit is installed on an integrated ceiling of a building.
10. The multifunctional integrated air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the exhaust duct extends out of the outdoor environment through the opening of the wall.
