Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof box connection hinge and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the waterproof box connection hinge comprises a screw, a stop screw and a connecting piece, a first blind hole is formed in one end of the screw, a first thread is arranged at the end of the screw, and the length of the first thread is smaller than that of the first blind hole; one end of the stop screw is provided with a second blind hole, the outer wall of the stop screw is provided with a second thread, and the second thread part is positioned at the outer side of the second blind hole; the two ends of the connecting piece are respectively arranged in the first blind hole and the second blind hole, are in clearance fit with the first blind hole and the second blind hole, and comprise a steel wire rope and a protective layer wrapping the outer wall of the steel wire rope; when the screw is screwed, the connecting piece drives the stop-pair screw to rotate. The invention is suitable for hinging the upper cover and the lower shell of the waterproof box, and can avoid the problem that the waterproof performance is reduced due to the fact that the connecting hinge is installed in the later period.
