Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fur processing, in particular to a color fixing agent for fur and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The color fixing agent is an auxiliary agent in the textile industry, and can help to improve the color wet-proof treatment fastness of the dye on the fabric. The dyeing of fur is required not only to impart a pure positive hue but also to have high color uniformity and dyeing fastness. In recent years, along with the increasing quality of fur products, higher requirements are put on the dyeing performance of the fur products, and besides the uniform color and luster, higher requirements are put on the fastness.
However, at present, the dye-fixing agent products on the market are basically applied to textiles, and the post-treatment temperature which is usually required is higher, such as above 100 ℃, and is not suitable for fur dyeing. Moreover, most of the color fixing agents applied to textiles are reactive dyes, and less color fixing agents are used for acid dyes. Meanwhile, for the fur dyeing industry, the color fixing agent has complex application process and harsh conditions, and is not suitable for dyeing post-treatment of acid dye for fur.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
