在现有技术中,香皂比较多见地是脂肪酸钠盐为皂基的块状皂,虽然具有较好的清洗力、起泡性及易冲洗性,但是不耐硬水,洗涤时会产生水垢,形成钙镁皂,脱脂力强,人体长期使用偏碱性的皂会令皮肤感到干涩,有刺激感。

发明目的:本发明的第一目的是提供一种去污、滋润皮肤的黄瓜香皂;
本发明的第二目的是提供该黄瓜香皂的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明所述的黄瓜香皂,按重量份数包括下述原料:植物脂肪95~97份、乳浊剂氧化钛0.03~0.05份、过脂剂1.3~2.0份、EDTA四钠盐0.05~0.08份、色素0.25~0.42份、香料0.25~0.42份、黄瓜精汁1.27~2.3份、救多善0.1~0.15份。
优选的,植物脂肪为95.5~96.5份。
优选的,乳浊剂氧化钛为0.03~0.04份。
优选的,过脂剂为1.5~1.8份。
优选的,EDTA四钠盐为0.06~0.07份。
优选的,色素为0.28~0.4份。
优选的,香料为0.28~0.4份。
优选的,黄瓜精汁为1.32~2.1份。

本发明所述黄瓜香皂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
首先将植物脂肪、乳浊剂氧化钛、过脂剂、EDTA四钠盐、色素、香料、黄瓜精汁、救多善混合投入搅拌机中,均匀搅拌至少20min,后连续经过两次挤压和过筛,第一次过筛为30目,第二次过筛为80目,最后通过最终压出机压出进入成型机,在成型机模具上自然冷却干燥12h以上制成。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,其显著优点为本发明的黄瓜香皂采用植物脂肪最为皂基的主要原料,并加入了从天然黄瓜中提取的黄瓜精汁,因此具有去污、滋润皮肤作用,含有天然黄瓜型香味,比动物脂肪型香皂洁净护肤效果更佳,另外,加入的就多善是从蟹体中提取的,在医学上用于手术后的伤口愈合营养剂,具有是皮肤再生能力,能够防止皮肤表面微观组织的损伤,所以更加强了护肤美容效果,提高了香皂的特性优化。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
原料:植物脂肪95.5份、乳浊剂氧化钛0.03份、过脂剂1.5份、EDTA四钠盐0.06份、色素0.28份、香料0.28份、黄瓜精汁1.32份、救多善0.12份。

1.一种黄瓜香皂,其特征在于按重量份数包括下述原料:植物脂肪95~97份、乳浊剂氧化钛0.03~0.05份、过脂剂1.3~2.0份、EDTA四钠盐0.05~0.08份、色素0.25~0.42份、香料0.25~0.42份、黄瓜精汁1.27~2.3份、救多善0.1~0.15份。

(2)后连续经过两次挤压和过筛,第一次过筛为30目,第二次过筛为80目;
(3)最后通过最终压出机压出进入成型机,在成型机模具上自然冷却干燥12h以上制成。
