本发明公开一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,属于齿轮油技术领域,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:基础油为88‑95%、抗氧剂为0.4‑3.0%、防锈剂为0.4‑1.8%、抗磨剂为2‑4.2%、抗泡剂为0.001‑0.05%、降凝剂为0.1‑1.5%、油性剂0.03‑0.12%、增粘剂为1.2‑2.2%。本发明的齿轮油不含硫化异丁烯,生产过程无任何异味,且本身成中性,不会对变速器部分有腐蚀作用;基础油绝大多数为植物油,经济且环保,生物分解性可达95%以上;油品粘度小,低温流动好,可保证冬季电机启动时正常润滑,高速运转时保证快速冷却。

本发明涉及齿轮油技术领域,特别涉及一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油。
背景技术
齿轮油主要指变速器和后桥的润滑油。汽车齿轮油用于汽车转向器、变速器以及驱动桥等齿轮传动机构中,主要起润滑齿轮和轴承、防止磨损和锈蚀、帮助齿轮散热等作用。由于齿轮传动时表面压力高,所以齿轮油对齿轮的润滑、抗磨、冷却、散热、防腐防锈、洗涤和降低齿面冲击与噪声等方面起着重要作用。
本发明新能源汽车装配齿轮油适用于新能源汽车变速箱部位,其功能主要是在电机高速转动的情况下对其迅速冷却,防止电机因温度过高而烧坏部件。
现有的齿轮油主要存在以下问题:
1.市场上的相关产品大都是按燃油车辆工作环境设计的油品,配方中含有一定的酸性成分,长时间工作情况下易腐蚀变速箱配件,不符合新能源电动车辆的要求。
2.矿物油或合成油排放后再生处理有一定的难度,且成本较高。

针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,解决现有的齿轮油易腐蚀变速箱配件、再生处理有难度的问题。

4.本发明的齿轮油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能,还具有了优异的低温流动性,适应国内大部分区域的气候,成本低廉为可再生资源,可大力拉动农村种植业的发展。

下述实施例中,新能源汽车装配齿轮油采用下述制备方法制成:将基础油、抗氧剂、防锈剂、抗磨剂、抗泡剂、降凝剂、油性剂和增粘剂依次加入到调和釜中,控制在45-55℃之间,混合时间控制在60-90min,检测合格后去除水分和杂质即可包装。
实施例1
本实施提供本发明提供一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:葵二酸二异辛酯(蓖麻油衍生物)为92%、2,6二叔丁基对苯二酚为2.0%、石油磺酸钠为1.0%、磷酸三甲酚酯为3.0%、聚丙烯酸酯为0.004%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯为0.416%、棕榈酸0.08%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯为1.5%。
对本实施新能源汽车装配齿轮油的性能进行测试,结果如下:
由上述实验数据可以看出:该新型齿轮油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能还具有了优异的低温流动性,适应国内大部分区域的气候。
实施例2
本实施提供本发明提供一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:蔗糖多酯为88.669%、壬基二苯胺为3.0%、石油磺酸钙为0.4%、磷酸三甲酚酯为4.2%、聚丙烯酸酯为0.001%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯为1.5%、棕榈酸0.03%、聚异丁烯为2.2%。
其中,蔗糖多酯的酯化度为7。
对本实施新能源汽车装配齿轮油的性能进行测试,结果如下:
由上述实验数据可以看出:该新型齿轮油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能还具有了优异的低温流动性,适应国内大部分区域的气候。
实施例3
本实施提供本发明提供一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:氢化菜籽油为92.065%、壬基二苯胺为0.4%、石油磺酸钙为1.8%、氯化石蜡为2%、聚丙烯酸酯为0.05%、聚-α烯烃为1.5%、硫化鲸鱼油0.03%、羟甲基纤维素为2.2%。
对本实施新能源汽车装配齿轮油的性能进行测试,结果如下:
由上述实验数据可以看出:该新型齿轮油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能还具有了优异的低温流动性,适应国内大部分区域的气候。
实施例4
本实施提供本发明提供一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:精制大豆油为88%、丁辛基硫代磷酸锌(碱式盐)为3.0%、苯三唑衍生物类为1.8%、硼酸酯为3.375%、聚丙烯酸酯为0.05%、聚-α烯烃为1.5%、硫化鲸鱼油0.12%、羟乙基甲基纤维素为2.2%。
对本实施新能源汽车装配齿轮油的性能进行测试,结果如下:
由上述实验数据可以看出:该新型齿轮油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能还具有了优异的低温流动性,适应国内大部分区域的气候。
实施例5
本实施提供本发明提供一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:蓖麻油聚氧乙烯(40)醚为95%、2,6二叔丁基对苯二酚0.2%、丁辛基硫代磷酸锌(碱式盐)为0.2%、石油磺酸钠为0.2%、石油磺酸钙为0.2%、硼酸酯为2.869%、聚丙烯酸酯为0.001%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.05%、聚-α烯烃0.05%、棕榈酸0.02%、硫化鲸鱼油0.01%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.6%、聚异丁烯为0.6%。
对本实施新能源汽车装配齿轮油的性能进行测试,结果如下:
由上述实验数据可以看出:该新型齿轮油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能还具有了优异的低温流动性,适应国内大部分区域的气候。
实施例6
本实施提供本发明提供一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:三羟基丙烷酯为90%、2,6二叔丁基对苯二酚为2.096%、石油磺酸钠1.0%、石油磺酸钙为0.5%、磷酸三甲酚酯为1.8%、氯化石蜡1.7%,聚丙烯酸酯为0.004%、聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.7%、聚-α烯烃为0.3%、棕榈酸0.04%、硫化鲸鱼油0.06%、羟甲基纤维素1.2%、羟乙基甲基纤维素0.6%。
对本实施新能源汽车装配齿轮油的性能进行测试,结果如下:
由上述实验数据可以看出:该新型齿轮油不但具有良好的高温氧化稳定性能还具有了优异的低温流动性,适应国内大部分区域的气候。

Claims (10)
1.一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于按质量百分比计由下述组分组成:基础油为88-95%、抗氧剂为0.4-3.0%、防锈剂为0.4-1.8%、抗磨剂为2-4.2%、抗泡剂为0.001-0.05%、降凝剂为0.1-1.5%、油性剂0.03-0.12%、增粘剂为1.2-2.2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述基础油为葵二酸二异辛酯、蔗糖多酯、氢化菜籽油、精制大豆油、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯(40)醚、三羟基丙烷酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述蔗糖多酯的酯化度为6~8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对苯二酚、壬基二苯胺、丁辛基硫代磷酸锌中的任意一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为苯三唑衍生物类、石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钙中的任意一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述抗磨剂为磷酸酯类、氯化石蜡、硼酸酯中的任意一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述抗泡剂聚丙烯酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述降凝剂聚甲基丙烯酸酯和/或聚-α烯烃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述油性剂为棕榈酸和/或硫化鲸鱼油。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种新能源汽车装配齿轮油,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚异丁烯、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素中的任意一种或几种。
