Abstract

本发明涉及一种燃煤助燃剂,此燃煤助燃剂是利用电石废渣、铁矿石粉、粉煤灰、某些化工厂废液等作为助燃剂的一些有效组分,配合少量强氧化剂、催化剂、粘结剂、膨松剂、稀土化合物等调配而成,本发明的一种燃煤助燃剂,可以解决其存在燃点高和燃烧不尽等问题,加强低质煤资源的燃烧利用,利用工业上排放的某些工业固废做为助燃剂的助燃、固硫、固氮、消烟除尘成分,从节能和环保的角度而言,都具有十分重要的现实意义。

本发明涉及一种燃煤助燃剂。
背景技术
煤炭资源有限,储存量不断减少,可是社会发展对煤炭的需求却日益增长。随着中国经济快速发展,单位GDP 能耗一度增高和由此导致的污染物排放强度大的问题制约着社会经济的可持续发展;因此,无论从能源战略层面,还是出于环保角度考虑,节能减排都是呼声高涨,已成为各级政府的约束性考核指标。通过各种技术改造和设备更新虽然能取得一些进展,但是,对于相当多的中小企业来讲,对锅炉改造的资金承受力和不理想的改造效果已经成为一种负担,甚至使热效率降低,而燃煤助燃剂的出现和应用成为一条即简单、易操作、节能减排效果好的方法。
目前,国内已有一些商用燃煤助燃剂面世,产生了良好效果,但是成本较高,且由于煤成分和煤燃烧过程的复杂性,助燃效果不一致,推广受到限制;因此,在燃煤助燃剂的原料选择、添加剂的配方、节能减排、防止二次污染和经济效益等方面还存在一系列问题急需完美解决。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种燃煤助燃剂。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种燃煤助燃剂,按以下质量比组成: 电石废渣25-50%,铁矿石粉25-45%,粉煤灰15-30%,碱厂废液15-35%,高锰酸钾0.5-1%,氯化钠8-15%,氧化铈0.03-0.1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.15-0.25%,所述的有效固硫成分为电石废渣,所述的有效消烟除尘成分为铁矿石粉和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述的有效催化助燃成分为粉煤灰、碱厂废液、氧化铈,将上述原料按重量比粉碎混匀,根据需求按比例加入燃煤中使用。
本发明的有益效果是:引进了稀土化合物作为催化助燃剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为消烟除尘组分,催化助燃效果优良,燃烧充分,有效降低了炉渣中的含碳量,节煤率提高15%以上;

实施例1
一种燃煤助燃剂,按以下质量比组成: 电石废渣30%,铁矿石粉30%,粉煤灰20%,碱厂废液20%,高锰酸钾0.5%,氯化钠10%,氧化铈0.05%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2%,所述的有效固硫成分为电石废渣,所述的有效消烟除尘成分为铁矿石粉和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,所述的有效催化助燃成分为粉煤灰、碱厂废液、氧化铈,将上述原料按重量比粉碎混匀,根据需求按比例加入燃煤中使用。
