Abstract

Technical Field

Wherein the cement is ordinary portland cement. The fumed silica is one of high-tech superfine inorganic new materials, has porosity, is nontoxic, tasteless, pollution-free and high-temperature resistant. Meanwhile, the chemical inertness and the special thixotropic property of the product can effectively improve the tensile strength, the tear resistance and the wear resistance of the product.
The aggregate is any one or a combination of more of river sand, quartz sand and dolomite powder with different particle sizes. Preferably, the sand is formed by mixing 70-140 meshes of river sand and 80 meshes of quartz sand.
The powder defoaming agent is a dry powder organic silicon defoaming agent. The powder defoaming agent is formed by polymerizing polysiloxane, a special emulsifier and a high-activity polyether defoaming agent through a special process, and is characterized by strong defoaming capability, small using amount, lasting foam inhibition, good thermal stability, good fluidity, no side effect, convenient transportation and the like.
The cellulose ether is one or more of methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxymethyl cellulose.
The powder water repellent is polysiloxane powder water repellent.
The wood fiber is an organic flocculent fiber substance obtained by chemical treatment and mechanical processing of natural renewable wood, and is insoluble in water, weak acid and alkaline solution; the pH value is neutral, and the corrosion resistance of the system can be improved.
The water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

The preparation method of the leveling mortar with the waterproof function comprises the following steps:
1. the input amount of the cement, river sand and quartz sand is set according to the formula and is conveyed to a pressure feed tank.

The data of comparative examples 1 to 4 show that the addition amounts of the polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder and the redispersible latex powder affect the initial fluidity and the 20-minute fluidity of the leveling mortar, the compressive strength and the impermeability, and the addition amounts of the polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder and the redispersible latex powder affect the fluidity and the waterproof performance of the product. The invention reasonably adds the polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder and the redispersed rubber powder, and the combination of the polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder and the redispersed rubber powder enables the leveling mortar to achieve reasonable surface hydrophobic effect and simultaneously has the leveling function.
