The invention has the advantages of simple structure, more flexible circuit arrangement, greatly reduced space utilization rate and convenience for future energy expansion transformation. The friction type conveying assembly trolley (large sliding plate) system mainly comprises a process section and a transfer conveying section, wherein the process section mainly drives a block of assembly trolley to run at a low speed through a process driving device, and workers walk on the assembly trolley to perform assembly operation in the low-speed running process of the assembly trolley. The conveying section adopts a high-speed transferring mode, the structural type of the conveying section is commonly used in the transferring mode of a traveling machine and a rotating table at present, and the specific transferring mode of the assembly trolley is realized by installing some traveling and rotating equipment. Some of the devices have complex structures and many faults; some automobile factories have to do a steel platform or excavate a foundation because of limited space and the migration and rotation arrangement of the main logistics channels, and the assembly trolley is lifted into the air or lowered into a pit by using a lifter for transferring, so that the complexity of a transfer system is increased and the cost is also greatly increased; and causes great inconvenience for the capacity expansion reformation of the system.

As shown in figure 1, the AGV trolley transferring system for assembly comprises a plurality of guide rails 5, and a plurality of friction driving devices are arranged on two sides of each guide rail 5. The guide rail 5 is divided into a high-speed entering section guide rail, an assembling section guide rail, an anti-impact exiting section guide rail and a high-speed exiting section guide rail. The friction driving device is divided into a high-speed section friction driving device 6, an assembly section friction driving device 7 and an anti-impact section friction driving device 8. When the detection switch 9 at the front end of the next high-speed entering section guide rail detects the assembly trolley 2, the AGV trolley 1 is decelerated and stopped under the action of the high-speed section friction driving device 6, the positioning pin is separated from the positioning hole of the assembly trolley 2, the assembly trolley 2 enters the assembly section guide rail under the action of the high-speed section friction driving device 6 and performs relevant assembly operation, and the AGV trolley 1 returns to perform next transportation according to the quick primary path of the AGV trolley guide path 4, so that a quick transportation process is completed.
When running for a period, the AGV trolley 1 can be charged rapidly by a charging station 10 arranged in the middle of the AGV trolley guiding path 4 so as to maintain electric quantity and ensure system operation. The assembly trolley and the AGV trolley guide path 3 in the system can be changed at will according to the process requirement, so that other transfer positions can be conveniently removed to carry out the work transfer work piece of the car body which can be put, and when the assembly trolley and the AGV trolley guide path 3 are longer, the production requirement of the beat can be ensured by increasing the number of the AGV trolley 1 or the assembly trolley 2.
