A semi-automatic butt-joint machine for manufacturing three-way pipelines comprises the following working processes:
firstly, opening a clamping mechanism to be in an open state, placing a vertical pipe at the inner side of a connector fixing frame, then closing the clamping mechanism, then starting a pushing mechanism to extrude and fix two ends of the pipeline to ensure that the pipeline is completely stable, then starting a cutting mechanism to cut a round notch meeting the conditions at the position of the pipeline needing to be butted with another pipeline, then inserting a transverse pipe at the inner side of a constraint sleeve ring, placing the transverse pipe at the top side of a conveying mechanism, then adjusting the horizontal position and the height of the pipeline through the constraint sleeve ring and the conveying mechanism, pushing the pipeline through a manual butting mechanism after proper adjustment to complete butting to form a three-way pipeline, then dismounting a lining push plate I of one pushing mechanism, connecting an internal welding device through threads, pushing the internal welding device to a connector inside the vertical pipe through the pushing mechanism to cut the redundant part extending from the transverse pipe, and then, joint seam repair welding is carried out on the joint, and then, the outer side of the joint of the three-way pipe is subjected to repair welding by starting an external repair welding device, so that the aim of temporarily manufacturing the three-way pipe is fulfilled.
