Abstract

一种用于搅拌摩擦焊接异种管状结构的新装置,其特征是它主要由内托盘(1)、内托盘轴(2)、轴承Ⅰ(3)、轴承Ⅱ(4)、搅拌头(5)和搅拌头固定圆形架(6)组成,所述的内托盘(1)安装在内托盘轴(2)上,内托盘轴(2)的两端分别安装在轴承Ⅰ(3)和轴承Ⅱ(4)上,内托盘轴(2)由驱动装置驱动旋转,内托盘(1)的外表面与内接管(7)需要焊接处的内表面相互接触,搅拌头(5)从外接管(8)表面搅拌挤入进行搅拌摩擦焊接;搅拌头(5)固定在搅拌头固定圆形架(6)上,搅拌头固定圆形架(6)垂直于内托盘轴2,且搅拌头固定圆形架(6)绕内托盘轴(2)轴线转动,搅拌头(5)随搅拌头固定圆形架(6)同步回转转动。本发明可实现轻量化合金管接头的快速焊接,焊接质量可靠,效率高,成本低,很容易实现推广应用。

Description

一种用于搅拌摩擦焊接异种管状结构的新装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌摩擦焊接技术,尤其是一种不同管径的管状构件的搅拌摩擦焊接技术,具体地说是一种用于搅拌摩擦焊接异种管状结构的装置。
技术背景
在进行管状结构零部件焊接过程中,通常焊接方法复杂,效率低,传统的熔化焊接还容易造成焊不透现象,容易出现废品,这种管状焊接对操作者的操作水平要求很高,因此,不能得到很好的普及。本发明利用搅拌摩擦焊接技术加上特制的夹具,能够简单的实现管状接口相互焊接,焊接操作简单,质量能够很好的保证,因此,便于推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的不同管径的管材焊接效率低,易出现废品的问题,设计一种用于搅拌摩擦焊接异种管状结构的新装置以适合于轻量化合金管接头搅拌摩擦焊接。其实质就是通过工作台和搅拌头相互反方向旋转形成更高热量实现两种接管的叠加焊接方法。这种焊接稳定,焊接质量好。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种用于搅拌摩擦焊接异种管状结构的新装置,其特征是它主要由内托盘1、内托盘轴2、轴承Ⅰ3、轴承Ⅱ4、搅拌头5和搅拌头固定圆形架6组成,所述的内托盘1安装在内托盘轴2上,内托盘轴2的两端分别安装在轴承Ⅰ3和轴承Ⅱ4上,内托盘轴2由驱动装置驱动旋转,内托盘1的外表面与内接管7需要焊接处的内表面相互接触,搅拌头5从外接管8表面搅拌挤入进行搅拌摩擦焊接;搅拌头5固定在搅拌头固定圆形架6上,搅拌头固定圆形架6垂直于内托盘轴2,且搅拌头固定圆形架6绕内托盘轴2轴线转动,搅拌头5随搅拌头固定圆形架6同步回转转动。
所述的内托盘1上开有中心孔1-1,用于安装内托盘轴2,内托盘表面主要由内侧的铁基材层1-2、中间的弹性层1-3和外侧的帆布层1-4三层组成。
当搅拌头5对内接管7和外接管8进行搅拌摩擦焊接时,搅拌头5的随搅拌头固定圆形架6旋转的方向与内托盘1旋转方向相反,且内托盘1的旋转速度是搅拌头5前进速度的50倍以上。
所述的内接管7和外接管8的材料可为轻量化合金。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可实现轻量化合金管接头的快速焊接,焊接质量可靠,效率高,成本低,很容易实现推广应用。

具体说明
下面结合图具体说明本发明专利的应用。
如图1-2所示。
一种用于搅拌摩擦焊接异种管状结构的新装置,它主要由内托盘1、内托盘轴2、轴承Ⅰ3、轴承Ⅱ4、搅拌头5和搅拌头固定圆形架6组成,如图1报所示,所述的内托盘1上开有中心孔1-1,用于安装内托盘轴2,内托盘表面主要由内侧的铁基材层1-2,如图2所示、中间的弹性层1-3和外侧的帆布层1-4三层组成,帆布层1-4与内接管7的内表面相接触。所述的内托盘1安装在内托盘轴2上,内托盘轴2的两端分别安装在轴承Ⅰ3和轴承Ⅱ4上,内托盘轴2由驱动装置(可由变频调速电机直接驱动或由电机加减速装置组成)驱动旋转,内托盘1的外表面与内接管7需要焊接处的内表面相互接触,搅拌头5从外接管8表面搅拌挤入进行搅拌摩擦焊接;所述的内接管7和外接管8的材料可为轻量化合金。搅拌头5固定在搅拌头固定圆形架6上,搅拌头固定圆形架6垂直于内托盘轴2,且搅拌头固定圆形架6绕内托盘轴2轴线(或图1中的O点,O点是内托盘轴2的轴心线与内托盘1轴向中心面的交点)转动,搅拌头5随搅拌头固定圆形架6同步回转转动。当搅拌头5对内接管7和外接管8进行搅拌摩擦焊接时,搅拌头5的随搅拌头固定圆形架6旋转的方向与内托盘1旋转方向相反,且内托盘1的旋转速度是搅拌头5前进速度(回转速度)的50倍以上。
本发明未涉及部分与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现 。

1.一种用于搅拌摩擦焊接异种管状结构的装置,其特征是它主要由内托盘(1)、内托盘轴(2)、轴承Ⅰ(3)、轴承Ⅱ(4)、搅拌头(5)和搅拌头固定圆形架(6)组成,所述的内托盘(1)安装在内托盘轴(2)上,内托盘轴(2)的两端分别安装在轴承Ⅰ(3)和轴承Ⅱ(4)上,内托盘轴(2)由驱动装置驱动旋转,内托盘(1)的外表面与内接管(7)需要焊接处的内表面相互接触,搅拌头(5)从外接管(8)表面搅拌挤入进行搅拌摩擦焊接;搅拌头(5)固定在搅拌头固定圆形架(6)上,搅拌头固定圆形架(6)垂直于内托盘轴(2),且搅拌头固定圆形架(6)绕内托盘轴(2)轴线转动,搅拌头(5)随搅拌头固定圆形架(6)同步回转转动;所述的内托盘(1)上开有中心孔(1-1),用于安装内托盘轴(2),内托盘表面主要由内侧的铁基材层(1-2)、中间的弹性层(1-3)和外侧的帆布层(1-4)三层组成;当搅拌头(5)对内接管(7)和外接管(8)进行搅拌摩擦焊接时,搅拌头(5)的随搅拌头固定圆形架(6)旋转的方向与内托盘(1)旋转方向相反,且内托盘(1)的旋转速度是搅拌头(5)前进速度的50倍以上;所述的内接管(7)和外接管(8)的材料为轻量化合金。
