Background
Nowadays, society develops rapidly, science and technology develops to a higher degree, but the living environment is worse and worse while the society develops, the pollution damage of air is more and more serious, and it is known that polluted air contains substances such as toxic gas and dust, and the health of people living in the environment is influenced, especially the indoor air of people living has a great influence on people, and in order to avoid unnecessary influence of the indoor polluted air on people, the environment needs to be purified, and the indoor air is replaced and purified to ensure the quality of the indoor air.
In the prior art, the environment is purified, the most common equipment for replacing air is dust cleaning equipment, the traditional dust cleaning equipment is generally simple in structure, external air is conveyed into the equipment through an exhaust fan, then pressure is applied to enable air to penetrate through filter cotton, the dust in the air is filtered and adsorbed through the filter cotton, then the air is purified through a water tank to achieve the purpose of replacing the air, however, a large amount of dust exists in the air, the dust is deposited on the filter cotton, air holes of the filter cotton are blocked, permeability is affected, the air purification efficiency is reduced, and the air is filtered through the filter cotton only and is difficult to be thoroughly treated to remove the dust; the dust in the air contains a large amount of harmful gas which can not be absorbed by the filter cotton, so that the harmful gas is still contained in the purified air, the aim of completely replacing the air can not be achieved, and the dust deposited in the purifying process can not be effectively treated at any time because the space for absorbing and filtering the air needs to be a closed space, and the dust needs to be treated after the purifying process is finished or stopped midway, so that the efficiency is influenced, and the time is wasted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the environment-friendly indoor air replacement device which is reasonable in structure, simple to operate, efficient, environment-friendly and capable of thoroughly performing dust fall and impurity purification treatment on air and improving the air quality.

the dust filter cavity comprises movable plates, a filter cotton net, a dust fall storage rack and a shaking mechanism, a limiting plate is arranged in the dust filter cavity and used for limiting the movable range of the movable plates, the movable plates are provided with two movable plates which are respectively arranged at two sides of the dust filter cavity, the top sides and the bottom sides of the movable plates are respectively connected with one side of the limiting plate in a sliding manner, the other side of the limiting plate is fixed on the inner side wall of the purifying cylinder, each movable plate is limited by two limiting plates respectively, so that the movable plates can only do movable motion between the limiting plates, the dust fall storage rack is arranged between the two movable plates, the two sides of the dust fall storage rack are respectively connected with the filter cotton net, one end of the filter cotton net is connected with the dust fall storage rack, the other end of the filter cotton net is connected with the top ends of the movable plates at one side of the filter cotton net, and the movable plates connected with the filter cotton net are respectively fixedly connected by a plurality of flexible filter screens, the dust fall storage rack is composed of a positioning plate and an air ventilation hopper, the air ventilation hopper is provided with a plurality of bodies which are arranged on one side of the positioning plate, the air ventilation hopper is arranged into a shape that two funnels are buckled reversely, the top end and the bottom end are arranged in a filter screen form, the funnel part of the bottom side in the air ventilation hopper is provided with an extending edge with the caliber larger than that of the funnel on the top side, the dust fall is convenient to store, the two ends of the air ventilation hopper are provided with openings, the air is convenient to transmit, the dust fall is prevented from being serious to the filter cotton net, the whole air permeability of a dust filter cavity is influenced, the blockage of an air circulation channel is avoided, the pressure in the dust filter cavity is prevented from being increased, components in a purifying cylinder are damaged, the air replacement and purification efficiency are influenced, the two ends of the bottom side of the positioning plate are respectively provided with slide rails, the inner sides of the slide rails are slidably connected with a shaking mechanism, and the shaking mechanism comprises a servo motor, Runner, branch, servo motor installs at the mounting panel top side, the mounting panel is fixed at the cavity inboard in impurity absorption chamber, servo motor's output is connected with the runner, runner one side is equipped with the connecting rod in the position of skew centre of a circle, connecting rod one end is rotated and is connected in the branch bottom, the branch top is connected in sliding sleeve one side, the sliding sleeve has cup jointed the movable rod, the movable rod sliding connection is in the slide rail inboard, and the dust after the dust fall ware processing dust fall deposits and descends, falls on filtration cotton net and dust fall storage frame, and the air reenters impurity absorption chamber through the filtration cotton net with the filtration of ventilating fill, opens servo motor after the air replacement is accomplished, and servo motor drives the runner and takes place to rotate to under the cooperation of one side connecting rod, can drive the action that the branch did the up-and-down motion, because the movable rod that the sliding sleeve on branch top connected is connected in the slide rail, the positioning plate is driven to move up and down, dust falling on the filter cotton net and on the inner side of the ventilation hopper can be shaken off by shaking of the positioning plate, and the dust can fall into the impurity adsorption cavity, so that the purpose of cleaning the dust filter cavity in the later period is achieved;

An environment-friendly indoor air replacement device comprises a bottom plate 1, a purification cylinder 2, an air inlet mechanism 3, a dust remover 4, a water storage cylinder 5 and a circulating water pipe 6, wherein the bottom plate 1 is used for supporting the device, a driving wheel 11 is arranged on the bottom side of the bottom plate 1, so that the device can be conveniently moved, the purification cylinder 2 is arranged on the top side of the bottom plate 1, a cylinder cover 21 is arranged at the top end of the purification cylinder 2 and is connected with the purification cylinder 2 through threads, the sealing performance of the purification cylinder 2 is guaranteed in the aspect of the sealing performance, a plurality of handles 211 are arranged on the top side of the cylinder cover 21, and the handles 211 facilitate the operation of disassembling the cylinder cover 21 by operators; the air inlet mechanism 3 is arranged on one side of the top end of the purification cylinder 2, the air inlet mechanism 3 comprises an exhaust fan 31, ventilating tennis balls 32 and an air inlet pipe 321, the ventilating tennis balls 32 are arranged on one side of the top end of the purification cylinder 2, the ventilating tennis balls 32 are hollow netted spheres and are convenient to block large impurities in air and prevent the impurities from entering the purification cylinder 2, one end of the air inlet pipe 321 is connected to the bottom side of each ventilating tennis ball 32, the air inlet pipe 321 penetrates through the side wall of the purification cylinder 2 and is connected in a sealing manner, the other end of the air inlet pipe 321 is connected with the output end of the exhaust fan 31, the exhaust fan 31 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the purification cylinder 2 and is started to exhaust air, air outside the device enters the air inlet pipe 321 through the ventilating tennis balls 32 and is conveyed and discharged into the purification cylinder 2 through the exhaust fan 31 to start purification work, and meanwhile, the exhaust fan 31 applies pressure to the purification cylinder 2 so as to facilitate air circulation under air pressure, the inside dust filter chamber 22 and the impurity absorption chamber 23 of dividing into of purification section of thick bamboo 2, the air filters through dust filter chamber 22 earlier, and the impurity absorption chamber 23 is passed through again, adsorbs, gets rid of harmful gas.
A dust-settling device 4 is arranged between the air inlet mechanism 3 and the dust filter cavity 22, the dust-settling device 4 comprises a water inlet pipe 41, an atomizing spray nozzle 42 and an annular water pipe 44, one end of the water inlet pipe 41 is connected with one side of the annular water pipe 44, an external water supply device supplies water into the annular water pipe 44 at high pressure through the water inlet pipe 41, the top side of the annular water pipe 44 is provided with an embedded rod 43, one end of the embedded rod 43 is connected with the outer side wall of the annular water pipe 44, the other end of the embedded rod 43 is connected with the outer side wall of the purification cylinder 2, the embedded rod 43 is used for fixing the annular water pipe 44, the inner side of the annular water pipe 44 is provided with a plurality of atomizing spray nozzles 42, the atomizing spray nozzles 42 are arranged in a sealing way to penetrate through the side wall of the purification cylinder 2, an outlet of the atomizing spray nozzles 42 is arranged inside the purification cylinder 2, water inside the annular water pipe 44 is atomized through the atomizing spray nozzles 42 under the action of external high water pressure, and the atomized water vapor can moisten the air conveyed by the air inlet mechanism 3 in the purification cylinder 2, dust in the air can be separated from the air, and dust fall is completed.
