Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a medical care team transfer method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be applied to a server, which can be a server or a server cluster in the internet. Specifically, the method may comprise the steps of:
s101, first user information and second user information of a target user are obtained, wherein the target user is a user signed with a target medical care team.
The first user information is used for judging whether a preset transfer condition is met or not. The second user information is used for determining information of at least one medical care team meeting preset conditions for the target user to push.
The first user information may include one or more of the following: medical information and position information corresponding to each diagnosis course, and effective contract signing time limit of the target user and the target medical care team. Each diagnostic course refers to one or more diagnostic courses preset by the target healthcare team for the target user. In one embodiment, the diagnostic sessions may be determined based on the drugs provided to the target user; and/or, each diagnosis course is determined according to the original medical information corresponding to the target user. Alternatively, the diagnosis courses may be obtained by inputting the original medical information of the target user into a preset classification model. The classification model is established according to the acquired original medical information of each user and the corresponding diagnosis course. The medical information corresponding to each diagnosis course includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following information: the medicine used, the name of the doctor who participates in the treatment, the diagnosis and treatment result information, the identification of the examination item (such as the name of the examination item) and the examination result. The diagnosis and treatment result information includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following items: the diagnosis and treatment effect, the diagnosis and treatment prescription, the diagnosis and treatment disease type and the corresponding description information. The location information may be a current living address, a frequently living address, a residential address, and the like. The subscription validity period may be a specific time period, such as half a year, one year, or two years. Alternatively, the contract validity time limit may be embodied at a specific time point, such as 6 and 15 days in 2017 to 6 and 15 days in 2018. In one embodiment, the subscription validity period may be calculated from the subscription validity time.
The second user information may include condition information and/or location information. The condition information may include disease type and/or disease description information. The disease type may be the name of the disease, and may also be the name of the class to which the disease belongs. For example, the disease type may be a cold type of cold, or may simply be a cold. The disease description information may include description information of symptoms of the disease, for example, description information of cold may be fever, cough, and rhinorrhea. The second user information may include the same location information as the first user information.
In one embodiment, the server may obtain the first user information and the second user information of the target user periodically, such as once every month. Alternatively, the periodicity may be divided according to each diagnostic session.
In one embodiment, the server may send the location information update prompting message to the terminal device, so as to receive the location information returned by the terminal device according to the location update prompting message. The terminal device may be a terminal corresponding to the target user. The terminal corresponding to the target user includes but is not limited to smart terminals such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and a desktop computer.
In one embodiment, the server may further send a medical information update prompting message to the terminal device to receive the medical information of the target diagnosis treatment course (such as an ongoing diagnosis treatment course) returned by the terminal device according to the medical information update prompting message. The medical information update prompt information may instruct the terminal device to input medical information of a target diagnosis procedure (such as an ongoing diagnosis procedure or each diagnosis procedure) on the medical information filling page. The terminal device can be obtained from a terminal corresponding to a target user, and can also be obtained from an electronic device corresponding to the target medical care team. The electronic device corresponding to the target medical care team includes but is not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, desktop computers and other intelligent terminals.
S102, detecting whether the first user information meets a preset label transferring condition.
The process of transferring the label refers to a process of terminating the contract relationship between the user (e.g., the target user) and the original medical care team (e.g., the target medical care team) and reestablishing the contract relationship between the user and another medical care team (e.g., the designated medical care team). In the embodiment of the invention, the process of label transfer can be triggered only when the first user information of the target user meets the preset label transfer condition.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can judge whether the state of an illness of the target user is improved according to the first user information so as to judge whether the first user information meets a preset label transferring condition. There are two cases: firstly, when the condition of the target user is judged to be not improved, the server can determine that the first user information meets a preset transfer condition to transfer to a more appropriate medical care team for treatment in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment effect of the target user; secondly, when judging that the state of an illness of the target user is improved, the server can determine that the first user information meets a preset condition in order to reduce the expense of the target user and reduce the long-term occupation of high-quality medical resources by the target user. In addition, the server can also judge whether the position information of the target user changes according to the first user information so as to judge whether the first user information meets a preset condition.
The case where the first user information is determined to satisfy the preset condition when the condition of the target user is not improved will be briefly described below.
In one embodiment, the server detecting whether the first user information satisfies a preset transfer condition may include: the server acquires the original medical information of the target user; the server determines a first disease grade corresponding to diagnosis and treatment result information in the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis and treatment course, and determines a second disease grade corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment result information in the original medical information; when the first disease level is higher than or equal to the second disease level, the server determines that the first user information meets a preset transfer condition. According to the embodiment of the invention, whether the state of an illness of a target user is improved or not can be judged by comparing the first disease level with the second disease level, and when the first disease level is higher than or equal to the second disease level, the disease severity indicated by the first disease level can be determined to be higher than the disease severity indicated by the second disease level, so that the state of the illness of the user can be determined not to be improved, and at the moment, the first user information can be determined to meet the preset label conversion condition, so that a more appropriate medical care team is recommended to the target user for label conversion.
The identifier of the target user may be information used for uniquely identifying the target user, such as a name, a mobile phone number, or an identification number of the target user. The first disease grade corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment result information in the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis and treatment course can be the same or different, and is determined according to the actual treatment condition of the target user. For example, each diagnostic course can be divided into a first diagnostic course and a second diagnostic course, the second diagnostic course being the next diagnostic course of the first diagnostic course, the first disease level corresponding to the first diagnostic course can be two levels, and the first disease level corresponding to the second diagnostic course can be two levels; alternatively, the first disease level for the first diagnostic session can be secondary and the first disease level for the second diagnostic session can be primary, wherein secondary indicates a higher disease severity than primary indicates. The original medical information refers to medical information before diagnosis and treatment of the target user by the target medical care team after the target medical care team signs a contract with the target user.
In one embodiment, the server detecting whether the first user information satisfies a preset transfer condition may include: the server detects whether the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis course comprises preset keywords or not; and when the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis course comprises the preset keyword, determining that the first user information meets a preset label transferring condition. The preset keywords are keywords describing the disease deterioration of the target user, for example, the preset keywords may be deterioration, diffusion, enlargement, or severity. Corresponding to the actual application scenario, the preset keywords may also be preset keywords for different diseases, such as tumor deterioration, bacterial spreading, erythema increase, cough severity, and the like.
In one embodiment, whether the first user information meets a preset condition may also be determined by combining the disease level and the keyword. Specifically, the server detecting whether the first user information meets a preset transfer condition may include: when the first disease grade corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment result information in the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis and treatment course is higher than or equal to the second disease grade, and the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis and treatment course comprises the preset keyword (which is a keyword describing the disease deterioration of the target user), the server determines that the first user information meets a preset label transferring condition.
The case where the first user information is determined to satisfy the preset condition when the condition of the target user is improved will be briefly described below.
In one embodiment, the preset keywords may also be keywords describing improvement of the disease of the target user. And when the preset keyword is a keyword for describing the disease improvement of the target user, determining that the first user information meets a preset label switching condition. Wherein the keywords describing improvement of the target user's disease may include reduction, alleviation, disappearance or improvement, such as reduction of cough, reduction of gum swelling, disappearance of lung shadow, improvement of insomnia symptoms.
In one embodiment, whether the first user information meets a preset condition may also be determined according to a disease level. Specifically, the server detecting whether the first user information meets a preset transfer condition may include: and when the first disease level corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment result information in the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis and treatment course is lower than the second disease level, the server determines that the first user information meets a preset label transferring condition.
In one embodiment, whether the first user information meets a preset condition may also be determined by combining the disease level and the keyword. Specifically, the server detecting whether the first user information meets a preset transfer condition may include: when the first disease level corresponding to the diagnosis and treatment result information in the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis and treatment course is lower than the second disease level, and the diagnosis and treatment result information in the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis and treatment course comprises the preset keyword (which is a keyword for describing the improvement of the illness state of the target user), the server determines that the first user information meets a preset label transferring condition.
In order to improve the detection rate of the server, the server can detect the medical information in a targeted manner. Specifically, the server detects whether the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis treatment course includes a preset keyword, which may include: the server may determine whether diagnosis result information in the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis course includes the preset keyword, or the server selects the medical information corresponding to a specified diagnosis course from the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis course and detects whether the diagnosis result information in the medical information corresponding to the specified diagnosis course includes the preset keyword. In one embodiment, the specified diagnostic session may be any one of the diagnostic sessions, and may be the diagnostic session closest to the target time (e.g., system time, 20/6/2018) in the completed diagnostic session.
A case where the first user information is determined to satisfy the preset transfer condition when the location information of the target user is changed will be briefly described below.
In an embodiment, when a target user moves, a work place changes, and the like, in order to perform information pushing for the target user by combining actual location information, the server detecting whether the first user information meets a preset transfer condition may include: the server acquires the service area range of the target medical care team and determines the area corresponding to the position information; the server judges whether the area is within the service area range of the target medical care team; when the area is not within the service area range of the target medical care team, the server determines that the first user information meets the preset transfer condition. The areas may be divided into various forms such as cities, districts, counties, towns, villages, and the like, and the embodiments of the present invention are not listed here.
For example, the service area range of the target medical care team comprises an area B and an area C, the server acquires the position information of the target user, and determines that the area corresponding to the position information of the target user is an area A; the server may determine that the area a is not within a service area of the target healthcare team and determine that the first user information satisfies a preset transfer condition.
S103, when the first user information meets the preset label transferring condition, determining information of at least one medical care team from a medical care team information set according to the second user information.
Wherein, this medical care team information set includes the sign of a plurality of medical care teams and the descriptive information of every medical care team, and this descriptive information includes the disease diagnosis scope and/or the service area scope of this medical care team at least. The identification of the plurality of healthcare teams may be a name. The disease diagnosis range refers to the range of diseases that can be diagnosed, for example, the disease diagnosis range may include hypertension and diabetes. The service area range refers to an area range in which a service can be provided, such as an area a and an area B.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can determine the information of at least one medical care team from the medical care team information set according to the second user information so as to push the information to the terminal corresponding to the target user.
In one embodiment, the server determining information of at least one healthcare team from the set of healthcare team information based on the second user information may include: and the server determines the disease diagnosis range from the medical care team information set according to the disease type and the disease diagnosis range of the medical care team, wherein the disease diagnosis range comprises the information of at least one medical care team of the disease type. The scope of disease diagnosis may include diseases that a healthcare team is able to diagnose. Alternatively, the scope of disease diagnosis may also include services that a healthcare team can provide.
For example, the disease type corresponding to the target user is diabetes, the medical care team information set includes a disease diagnosis range of the medical care team 1, a disease diagnosis range of the medical care team 2, and a disease diagnosis range of the medical care team 3, where the disease diagnosis range of the medical care team 1 includes diabetes. The server can determine the disease diagnosis range from the medical team information set according to the diabetes and the disease diagnosis range of the medical team, wherein the disease diagnosis range comprises the information of the medical team 1 of the diabetes.
Or, the server determines the information of at least one medical care team from the medical care team information set according to the second user information, and may include: the server determines the disease grade of the target user according to the disease type and the disease description information, and determines information of at least one medical care team corresponding to the disease grade from the medical care team information set. Wherein, the disease grade can be divided into primary grade, secondary grade, tertiary grade and the like. The disease severity of the primary indication is lower than the disease severity of the secondary indication, which is lower than the disease severity of the tertiary indication.
In one embodiment, the server may determine information of at least one healthcare team corresponding to the disease level from the set of healthcare team information based on the level of the healthcare team. For example, if the disease level of the target user is three levels, the server may determine, according to the level of the medical care team, information of the medical care team belonging to the hospital trimethyl, which corresponds to the disease level, from the medical care team information set. Wherein, the server can preset the corresponding relation between the disease grade and the grade of the medical care team.
Or, the server determines the information of at least one medical care team from the medical care team information set according to the second user information, and may include: and the server determines that the service area range comprises the information of at least one medical care team of the area corresponding to the position information from the medical care team information set according to the area corresponding to the position information and the service area range of the medical care team.
For example, the medical care team information set includes a service area range of the medical care team 1, a service area range of the medical care team 2, and a service area range of the medical care team 3, where the service area range of the medical care team 1 includes an area a and an area B, the service area range of the medical care team 2 includes an area C and an area D, and the service area range of the medical care team 3 includes an area E and an area F. If the server determines that the area corresponding to the position information of the target user is the area a, the server may determine, from the medical care team information set, information of the medical care team 1 whose service area range includes the area a.
In one embodiment, when the server determines that the first user information satisfies the preset condition due to the improvement of the condition of the target user, the server determines information of at least one medical care team from the medical care team information set according to the second user information, and may further include: the server determines information of at least one medical care team lower than the level of a hospital or clinic to which the target medical care team belongs from the medical care team information set according to the second user information. The disease condition improvement of the target user may be that the first disease level is lower than the second disease level, and/or the medical information corresponding to each diagnosis course includes a preset keyword (which is a keyword describing the disease condition improvement of the target user).
S104, pushing the information of the at least one medical care team to a terminal corresponding to the target user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can push the information of the at least one medical care team to the terminal corresponding to the target user.
