Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be applied to a server. The server may be a server or a cluster of servers in the internet. Specifically, the method may comprise the steps of:
S101, a target resident list is acquired, the target resident list including an identification of at least one resident and user information of each resident, the user information including condition information and/or location information.
Wherein the number of the target resident list may be one or more. The identification of the at least one resident includes, but is not limited to, information of the name, contact, etc. of the at least one resident. The condition information includes at least disease type and/or disease description information. The disease type may be the name of the disease, or the name of the category to which the disease belongs. For example, the disease type may be a wind-cold type cold, or may be just a cold. The disease description information may include description information of symptoms of the disease, for example, description information of cold may be fever, cough, runny nose. In one embodiment, the condition information may also include historical disease records, such as historical time of onset and corresponding disease types. The location information may be a living address, a resident address, a home location, or the like. In one embodiment, the location information may also be a real-time geographic location, which is not limited by embodiments of the present invention.
S102, setting labels for the at least one resident according to the user information of the at least one resident.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may set the tag for the at least one resident according to the user information of the at least one resident.
In one embodiment, the server sets a tag for the at least one resident according to the user information of the at least one resident, may include: the server sets a label for the at least one resident according to the disease type corresponding to the identification of the at least one resident, wherein the labels of residents with the same disease type are the same.
In one embodiment, the server sets a label for the at least one resident according to the disease type corresponding to the identification of the at least one resident, which may be: the server may set a label of a resident whose disease type corresponds to the identification of the at least one resident as the first disease type. Setting a label of a resident of which the disease type corresponds to the identification of the at least one resident is a second disease type as the second disease type; alternatively, the server may set the label of the resident whose disease category corresponding to the identification of the at least one resident is the first disease category as the first label. And setting a label of a resident whose disease category corresponding to the identification of the at least one resident is the second disease category as the second label.
For example, the server may set the label of the resident whose disease type corresponds to the identification of the at least one resident as hypertension, and set the label of the resident whose disease type corresponds to the identification of the at least one resident as urinary system disease. Alternatively, the server may set the label of the resident whose disease type corresponds to the identification of the at least one resident to 1 and the label of the resident whose disease type corresponds to the identification of the at least one resident to 2.
In one embodiment, the server sets a tag for the at least one resident according to the user information of the at least one resident, may include: the server determines the disease level of the at least one resident according to the disease type corresponding to the identification of the at least one resident and the disease description information corresponding to the identification of the at least one resident; the server sets a label for the at least one resident according to the disease level of the at least one resident, wherein the labels of the residents with the same disease level are the same. For example, the disease level may be classified as a primary, secondary, tertiary, etc., wherein the primary indicates a disease severity level that is lower than the secondary indicates a disease severity level that is lower than the tertiary indicates a disease severity level. Alternatively, the disease level may be further classified as low, medium, high, etc., with the low level indicating a disease severity that is lower than the medium level indicating a disease severity that is lower than the high level indicating a disease severity.
Specifically, the server may use a pre-trained classification model, obtain a disease level corresponding to the at least one resident identification according to the disease type corresponding to the resident identification and the disease description information corresponding to the resident identification, and set a label for the at least one resident according to the disease level corresponding to the at least one resident identification. Wherein the classification model includes, but is not limited to, one derived from a convolutional neural network model, a recurrent neural network model, and the like. Wherein the pre-trained classification model may be used to output a label of at least one resident based on the entered condition information of the at least one resident. Through the classification model, the setting process of the label can be accelerated, and follow-up time can be determined rapidly.
In one embodiment, the server sets a tag for the at least one resident according to the user information of the at least one resident, and may further include: the server determines the area of each resident in the at least one resident according to the position information of the at least one resident; and setting labels for the at least one resident according to the areas where the residents are located, wherein the labels of the residents in the same area are the same.
Specifically, the server sets a label for the at least one resident according to the area where the respective resident is located, and may include: the server sets the labels of residents in the first area of the areas where the residents are located as the first area, and sets the labels of residents in the second area of the areas where the residents are located as the second area; or the server sets the label of the resident of which the area is the first area as the third label and sets the label of the resident of which the area is the second area as the fourth label.
For example, assuming that the at least one resident includes resident 1, resident 2, resident 3, resident 4, the server may determine that resident 1 is in area a, resident 2 is in area B, resident 3 is in area B, resident 4 is in area C, the server may set the identification of resident 1 to area a, the tags of resident 2 and resident 3 to area B, and the tag of resident 4 to area C, based on the location information of the at least one resident; alternatively, the server may set the identification of resident 1 to 3, the labels of resident 2 and resident 3 to 4, and the label of resident 4 to 5.
S103, classifying the identifications of the at least one resident according to the labels set for the at least one resident to obtain the identifications of the resident under at least one classification category.
Wherein the at least one classification category may include one or more classification categories, e.g., the at least one classification category may include a first classification category, and may also include a second classification category, a third classification category, a fourth classification category, a fifth classification category, a sixth classification category, a seventh classification category, an eighth classification category, a ninth classification category, and so forth.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can divide the identifications of the residents with the same label in the labels set by the at least one resident into the same classification category.
In one embodiment, when the tag includes a first disease type, a second disease type, the at least one classification category may include a first classification category and a second classification category, the residents under the first classification category being residents corresponding to the first disease type, and the residents under the second classification category being residents corresponding to the second disease type. For example, if the first disease type is hypertension and the second disease type is urinary system disease, the residents under the first classification category are residents corresponding to hypertension and the residents under the second classification category are residents corresponding to urinary system disease.
Or, when the tag includes a first area and a second area, the at least one classification category may include a third classification category and a fourth classification category, where residents under the third classification category are residents corresponding to the first area, and residents under the fourth classification category are residents corresponding to the second area. For example, if the first area is a cell a and the second area is a cell B, the residents under the first classification category are residents corresponding to the cell a, and the residents under the second classification category are residents corresponding to the cell B.
Or, when the label includes a first disease level, a second disease level, the severity of the disease of the first disease level is lower than the severity of the second disease level, the at least one classification category may include a fifth classification category, in which the resident is the resident corresponding to the first disease level, and a sixth classification category, in which the resident is the resident corresponding to the second disease level. For example, if the first disease level is first-order and the second disease level is second-order, the residents under the first classification category are the residents corresponding to the first-order and the residents under the second classification category are the residents corresponding to the second-order.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can divide the identification of the residents which are the first label or the second label in the labels set by the at least one resident into the same classification category. That is, the at least one classification category may include a seventh classification category including the first disease type and the second disease type, for example, if the first label is hypertension and the second label is urinary system disease, the resident under the seventh classification category includes the resident corresponding to the hypertension and the resident corresponding to the urinary system disease.
In one embodiment, the server may further count residents in the same area among the at least one resident, and divide the tags, which have tag occurrences exceeding a preset number of times, of the residents in the same area into the same category. For example, the server counts the residents located in the cell a among the at least one resident, and determines a label, such as a first disease category, a second disease category, which occurs more than 5 times among the residents of the cell a, and classifies the first disease category and the second disease category into the same category. Labels with occurrence times exceeding preset times are divided into the same category, so that high occurrence cases of all areas can be effectively determined, and targeted pushing is performed.
Alternatively, the server may further divide the identities of residents, which are the first tag and the second tag, among the tags set for the at least one resident into the same classification category. The at least one classification category may include an eighth classification category including the first disease type and the first region and/or a ninth classification category including the second disease type and the second region. For example, if the first disease type is hypertension, the second disease type is urinary system disease, the first area is cell a, and the second area is cell B, the residents under the eighth classification category include residents belonging to cell a and having hypertension, and the residents under the ninth classification category include residents belonging to cell B and having urinary system disease.
S104, determining the service packages to be recommended corresponding to the identifications of the residents under the at least one classification category according to the corresponding relation between the preset classification category and the service packages to be recommended.
Each of the preset classification categories may correspond to at least one service package to be recommended. The at least one service package to be recommended is one or more service packages to be recommended. The service package to be recommended corresponding to each classification category may be set according to practical situations, and the preset classification category includes, but is not limited to, any one or more classification categories of the first classification category to the ninth classification category.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server can preset the corresponding relation between the classification category and the service package to be recommended, for example, the corresponding relation between the first classification category and the first service package to be recommended can be preset, and the corresponding relation between the second classification category and the second service package to be recommended can be preset. When the resident under the first classification category is a resident whose first disease type is hypertension, the server may preset the correspondence between the first classification category and the hypertension service pack. When the resident under the second classification is a resident of the urinary system disease of the second disease type, the server may preset a correspondence between the second classification and the urinary system disease serving package.
The server may query the service packages to be recommended corresponding to each classification category in the at least one classification category according to the corresponding relation between the preset classification category and the service packages to be recommended, so as to determine the service packages to be recommended corresponding to the identifications of the residents in the at least one classification category.
For example, the at least one classification category includes a first classification category and a second classification category, and the corresponding relation between the preset classification category and the service package to be recommended includes: the corresponding relation between the first classification category and the first service package to be recommended, and the corresponding relation between the second classification category and the second service package to be recommended. The server may determine, according to the correspondence, that the identification of the resident in the first classification category corresponds to the first service package to be recommended, and that the identification of the resident in the second classification category corresponds to the second service package to be recommended.
For another example, the at least one classification category includes a third classification category and a fourth classification category, and the corresponding relationship between the preset classification category and the service package to be recommended includes: the corresponding relation between the third classification category and the third service package to be recommended, and the corresponding relation between the fourth classification category and the fourth service package to be recommended. The server may determine, according to the correspondence, that the identification of the resident in the third classification category corresponds to the third service package to be recommended, and that the identification of the resident in the fourth classification category corresponds to the fourth service package to be recommended.
S105, respectively sending the information of the service packages to be recommended, which correspond to the identifications of the residents in the at least one classification category, to the terminals corresponding to the residents in the at least one classification category.
For example, if the identification of the resident under the at least one classification category includes the identification of the resident under the first classification category including the resident 1, the resident 2, and the resident 3, and the resident under the second classification category including the resident 4, and the resident 5, the server may transmit the information of the first package to be recommended to the terminal corresponding to the resident 1, the terminal corresponding to the resident 2, and the terminal corresponding to the resident 3, and transmit the information of the second package to be recommended to the terminal corresponding to the resident 4, and the terminal corresponding to the resident 5.
Wherein, the information of the service package to be recommended includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following information: the name of the service package to be recommended, the service item provided, the service content corresponding to the service item provided and charging information.
In one embodiment, when a service package consultation request sent by a target terminal is received, the service package consultation request is forwarded to a first electronic device corresponding to a first medical team; the target terminals are terminals corresponding to target residents in residents under the at least one classification category; the service pack consultation request includes historical visit data of the target resident; and receiving information of the service package suggested to be purchased, which is determined by the first electronic equipment according to the historical visit data of the target resident, and forwarding the information of the service package suggested to be purchased to the target terminal. The historical visit data includes, but is not limited to, medical history data and/or historical medication data. The target terminal can be an intelligent terminal such as an intelligent mobile phone, a tablet computer and a notebook computer, and the first electronic device can be an intelligent terminal such as an intelligent mobile phone, a tablet computer and a notebook computer. The medical team can combine the historical treatment data of the user and additionally give the advice of the user on the service package, so that the service package pushed by the user is more referential, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, the first electronic device may determine information for establishing a purchased service package according to the historical visit data of the target resident, and transmit the information for suggesting the purchased service package to the server.
Specifically, the first electronic device determines information of a service package suggested for purchase according to the historical visit data of the target resident, and sends the information of the service package suggested for purchase to the server, and may include: when the first electronic device receives the service package consultation request, displaying a service package list, wherein the service package list comprises information of at least one service package, and if the first electronic device receives an information selection operation of the service package suggested to be purchased in the information of the at least one service package, the first electronic device sends the information of the service package suggested to be purchased to a server. That is, the information of the service package suggested for purchase may be obtained by the first electronic device after receiving an information selection operation for the service package suggested for purchase in the service package list.
Or, the first electronic device presets the corresponding relation between the doctor-seeing data and the service package recommended to be purchased, such as the corresponding relation between the hypertension medical history and the hypertension service package. The first electronic device determining information of the service package suggested for purchase according to the historical visit data of the target resident, and transmitting the information of the service package suggested for purchase to the server, and may further include: when the first electronic equipment receives a service package consultation request, according to historical visit data included in the service package consultation request and the corresponding relation between the preset visit data and the service package suggested to be purchased, determining information of the service package suggested to be purchased, corresponding to the historical visit data included in the service package, and sending the information of the service package suggested to be purchased to a server. That is, the information of the service package proposed for purchase may be determined by the first electronic device according to the historical diagnosis data included in the service package consultation request and the corresponding relationship between the preset diagnosis data and the service package proposed for purchase.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the server may obtain the target resident list, set a label for at least one resident in the target resident list according to the user information of the at least one resident, and classify the identifier of the at least one resident according to the label set for the at least one resident to obtain the identifier of the resident in at least one classification category, so as to determine, according to the corresponding relationship between the preset classification category and the service package to be recommended, the service package to be recommended corresponding to the identifier of the resident in the at least one classification category, so as to send the information of the service package to be recommended corresponding to the identifier of the resident in the at least one classification category to the terminal corresponding to the resident in the at least one classification category, thereby realizing automatic and intelligent pushing of the service package for the resident in different classification categories, and making the pushed service package for the resident in different classification more targeted.
