Claims (9)

1. A medical information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring diagnosis and treatment information of a patient in a first department;
determining the disease suffered by the patient according to the diagnosis and treatment information;
acquiring a second department from a database according to the first department and the disease, wherein the database comprises a two-to-one corresponding relation between the first department and the disease and the second department, and the second department is a next department for diagnosing and treating the disease after the disease is diagnosed and treated by the first department;
sending information of the second department to a terminal bound by the identification information of the patient, wherein the information of the second department comprises: a function profile of the second department, a doctor included in the second department, and an address of the second department.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the information of the second department to the terminal to which the identification information of the patient is bound, further comprising:
and sending the diagnosis and treatment information of the patient in the first department to the terminal bound to the second department.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the sending the medical information of the patient at the first department to the terminal bound to the second department further comprises:
and receiving authorization information sent by the terminal bound by the identification information of the patient, wherein the authorization information is used for authorizing the terminal bound by the second department to send the information of the patient about the visit of the patient in the first department, and the authorization information also comprises remark information of the patient.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after sending the medical information of the patient at the first department to the terminal bound to the second department, further comprising:
sending the remark information to a terminal bound by the second department;
receiving the diagnosis information sent by the terminal bound by the second department, wherein the diagnosis information is obtained by the second department according to the diagnosis and the remark information;
and sending the treatment information to the terminal bound by the identification information of the patient.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the medical information processing method further includes:
and when the patient finishes the treatment in the first department, receiving evaluation information of the first department sent by the terminal bound with the patient identification of the patient.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the diagnosis and treatment information comprises: case information and medication information;
the case information and the medication information are in the form of structured labels.
7. A medical information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring diagnosis and treatment information of a patient in a first department;
the determining module is used for determining the disease suffered by the patient according to the diagnosis and treatment information;
the determining module is further configured to obtain a second department from a database according to the first department and the disease, where the database includes a correspondence between the first department and the disease and the second department in a one-to-one manner, and the second department is a next department for diagnosing and treating the disease after the disease is diagnosed and treated by the first department;
a sending module, configured to send information of the second department to a terminal to which the identification information of the patient is bound, where the information of the second department includes: a function profile of the second department, a doctor included in the second department, and an address of the second department.
8. A computer storage medium on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the medical information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to perform the medical information processing method of any one of claims 1-6 via execution of the executable instructions.
