The user can freely switch the analysis mode through pressing operation until the input character string is completely analyzed according to the intention of the user.
The method of the embodiment of the invention flexibly switches between different analysis modes through pressing operation, thereby supporting the user to carry out mixed input of different languages and improving the input efficiency.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal (such as a mobile phone and a tablet) provided with the input method supports the pressure sensing operation, and can distinguish the operation of two preset pressure ranges.
And the pressing operation within the first preset pressure range is used for selecting the characters with the number corresponding to the pressing duration to perform word formation.
And the pressing operation within the second preset pressure range is used for controlling the switching between the analysis modes.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of steps of embodiment 3 of the input method of the present invention is shown, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, receiving a first pressing operation, and switching to a current first analysis mode according to the first pressing operation;
when the default parsing mode of the input method is different from the parsing mode that the user wants to use, the user can switch the parsing mode by a pressing operation.
In a particular implementation, the pressure value of the first pressing operation may be determined; and when the pressure value of the first pressing operation is within a second preset pressure range, switching to a first analysis mode according to the first pressing operation.
Step 302, receiving an input character string;
step 303, analyzing characters in the character string according to a current first analysis mode to obtain a first analysis mode candidate word;
in a specific implementation, a fourth pressing operation may be received, and a pressing duration of the fourth pressing operation may be determined. Then selecting characters with the number corresponding to the pressing duration in the character string; and analyzing the selected character according to the current first analysis mode to obtain a first analysis mode candidate word.
In an optional example of the embodiment of the present invention, the first pressing operation for switching to the first parsing mode and the fourth pressing operation for selecting the number of characters in the first parsing mode may be the same operation, that is, first, the corresponding second parsing mode is determined according to the first pressing operation, and then, the corresponding number of characters is selected according to a duration of the first pressing operation. In this case, the preset second pressure range is the same as the preset first pressure range.
Step 304, displaying the first parsing mode candidate words;
step 305, receiving a second pressing operation, and switching to a second analysis mode according to the second pressing operation;
in a particular implementation, the pressure value of the second pressing operation may be determined; and when the pressure value of the second pressing operation is within a second preset pressure range, switching to a second analysis mode according to the second pressing operation.
Step 306, analyzing the first remaining characters in the character string according to the second analysis mode to obtain second analysis mode candidate words;
in this embodiment of the present invention, the first remaining characters may include characters that are not parsed according to a previous parsing mode (the first parsing mode), and may also include characters that are parsed and displayed according to the previous parsing mode, but that correspond to a part of candidate words that are not selected by the user.
In a particular implementation, the fifth pressing operation may be received; a pressing time period of the fifth pressing operation is determined. Then selecting characters with the number corresponding to the pressing duration from the first remaining characters; and analyzing the selected characters according to a second analysis mode to obtain second analysis mode candidate words.
In an optional example of the embodiment of the present invention, the second pressing operation for switching to the second parsing mode and the fifth pressing operation for selecting the number of characters in the second parsing mode may be the same operation, that is, the corresponding second parsing mode is determined according to the second pressing operation, and then the corresponding number of characters is selected according to a duration of the second pressing operation. In this case, the preset second pressure range is the same as the preset first pressure range.
Step 307, displaying the second parsing mode candidate word.
Step 308, receiving a third pressing operation, and switching to a third analysis mode according to the third pressing operation;
in an optional example of the embodiment of the present invention, the third parsing mode may be the same parsing mode as the first parsing mode, that is, the user may switch from the second parsing mode to the first parsing mode by a third pressing operation. The user can switch between the first and second parsing modes by a pressing operation.
Step 309, analyzing the second remaining characters in the character string according to the third analysis mode to obtain a third analysis mode candidate word.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the second remaining characters may include characters that are not parsed according to a previous parsing scheme (the first parsing scheme and the second parsing scheme), and may also include characters that are parsed and presented according to the previous parsing scheme, but that correspond to a part of candidate words that are not selected by the user.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. In the embodiment of the invention, after the user inputs the character string, the user can switch the Chinese analysis mode and the English analysis mode through pressing operation, so that Chinese word formation or English word formation is carried out, and the character string is converted into the candidate word. According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first analysis mode and the second analysis mode are flexibly switched through pressing operation, so that the user is supported to perform Chinese and English mixed input, and the input efficiency is improved.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.
FIG. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 500 for input according to an example embodiment. For example, the apparatus 500 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 5, the apparatus 500 may include one or more of the following components: processing component 502, memory 504, power component 506, multimedia component 508, audio component 510, input/output (I/O) interface 512, sensor component 514, and communication component 516.
The processing component 502 generally controls overall operation of the device 500, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing elements 502 may include one or more processors 520 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 502 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 502 and other components. For example, the processing component 502 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 508 and the processing component 502.
The memory 504 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 500. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 500, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 504 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A power supply component 506 provides power to the various components of the device 500. The power components 506 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the apparatus 500.
The multimedia component 508 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 500 and the user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 508 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 500 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 510 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, audio component 510 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when apparatus 500 is in an operating mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 504 or transmitted via the communication component 516. In some embodiments, audio component 510 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 512 provides an interface between the processing component 502 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor assembly 514 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of status assessment for the device 500. For example, the sensor assembly 514 may detect an open/closed state of the device 500, the relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of the apparatus 500, the sensor assembly 514 may also detect a change in the position of the apparatus 500 or a component of the apparatus 500, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 500, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 500, and a change in the temperature of the apparatus 500. The sensor assembly 514 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 514 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 514 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 516 is configured to facilitate communication between the apparatus 500 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The apparatus 500 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 516 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast associated information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communications component 516 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 500 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 504 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 520 of the apparatus 500 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.

1. An input method, comprising:
receiving an input character string;
analyzing characters in the character string according to a current first analysis mode to obtain a first analysis mode candidate word;
displaying the first parsing mode candidate words;
receiving a second pressing operation, and switching to a second analysis mode according to the second pressing operation;
analyzing the first residual characters in the character string according to the second analysis mode to obtain second analysis mode candidate words;
displaying the second analysis mode candidate words;
the step of analyzing the characters in the character string according to the current first analysis mode to obtain the first analysis mode candidate words comprises:
receiving a fourth pressing operation;
determining a pressing duration of the fourth pressing operation;
selecting characters with the number corresponding to the pressing duration in the input character string;
and analyzing the selected character according to the current first analysis mode to obtain a first analysis mode candidate word.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a third pressing operation, and switching to a third analysis mode according to the third pressing operation;
and analyzing the second residual characters in the character string according to the third analysis mode to obtain candidate words of the third analysis mode.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and receiving a first pressing operation, and switching to the current first analysis mode according to the first pressing operation.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of parsing the selected character according to the current first parsing scheme to obtain a first parsing scheme candidate word comprises:
determining a pressure value of the fourth pressing operation;
and when the pressure value of the fourth pressing operation is within a first preset pressure range, analyzing the selected character according to the current first analysis mode to obtain a first analysis mode candidate word.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of parsing the selected character according to the second parsing scheme to obtain a second parsing scheme candidate word comprises:
determining a pressure value of the fifth pressing operation;

displaying the second analysis mode candidate words;
the step of analyzing the characters in the character string according to the current first analysis mode to obtain a first analysis mode candidate word comprises the following steps:
receiving a fourth pressing operation;
determining a pressing duration of the fourth pressing operation;
selecting characters with the number corresponding to the pressing duration in the input character string;
and analyzing the selected character according to the current first analysis mode to obtain a first analysis mode candidate word.
29. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 28, wherein the method further comprises:
