Abstract
本发明公开了一种家用纯水机专用水龙头,由壳体座和纯水水管、浓缩水水管组成,通闭水转轴在壳体座内、穿过纯水水管和浓缩水水管,通闭水转轴的纯水通闭口和浓水通闭口分别和纯水水管与浓缩水水管可贯通和闭合;通闭水转轴内有浓缩水水量调节杆由浓缩水水量调节杆固锁螺母固定。这样的设计可同时关闭纯水出水和浓缩水,可以使纯水机结构简单、有效降低纯水机整体成本、降低故障率、方便调节浓缩水出水量进而有效节水、废水堵塞和水量变化能及时发现和调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用无储水桶即制即饮反渗透纯水机的专用出水龙头。
背景技术
目前市场上的家用无储水桶纯水机,一般用进水电磁阀或四面阀控制关闭进水或浓缩水、固定的废水比例器调节废水出水量(也有配置可以调节的废水比利器的)、配单出水龙头,缺点是结构复杂、成本高和浓缩水(废水)出水量不能根据水温和水质随时可以调整(或调整繁琐、不方便)、废水堵塞和废水出水量变化不能及时发现。
本发明的目的是提供一种能同时关闭纯水出水和浓缩水的水龙头,这样可以使纯水机结构简单、有效降低纯水机整体成本、降低故障率、方便调节浓缩水出水量进而有效节水、废水堵塞和水量变化能及时发现和调节的家用无储水桶即制纯水机专用水龙头。
为实现上述目的,本发明家用纯水机专用水龙头,由壳体座和纯水水管、浓缩水水管组成,通闭水转轴在壳体座内、穿过纯水水管和浓缩水水管,通闭水转轴的纯水通闭口和纯水水管可贯通和闭合,通闭水转轴的浓水通闭口和浓缩水水可贯通和闭合;通闭水转轴内有浓缩水水量调节杆,浓缩水量调节杆深入浓水口内且可调节进入深浅;通闭水转轴上有浓缩水水量调节杆固锁螺母。
本发明家用纯水机专用水龙头的结构具有如下优点:通闭水转轴在壳体座内,纯水通闭口和纯水水管、浓水通闭口和浓缩水水可贯通和闭合,这样的结构可以在转动通闭水转轴关闭纯水时、同时关闭浓缩水,这样就省去的纯水机的进水断水阀或废水断水阀;浓缩水量调节杆深入浓水口内且通过调节纯水口的进入深浅来确定出水量的大小,这样可以省去了废水比例器,可以随时调整出水量的优势进而可以省去了纯水机浓缩水冲洗装置;通闭水转轴上有浓缩水水量调节杆固锁螺母可以在一阶段固定浓缩水出水量免于频繁调整;这样既省去进水断水阀、废水比、浓缩水冲洗装置等的同时又降低了纯水机的成本和故障率。

下面结合附图进一步说明本发明家用纯水机专用水龙头的实施方式:
图1所示的本发明家用纯水机专用水龙头,由壳体座和纯水水管、浓缩水水管组成,通闭水转轴4在壳体座1内、穿过纯水水管2和浓缩水水管3,通闭水转轴4的纯水通闭口6和纯水水管2可贯通和闭合,通闭水转轴4的浓水通闭口7和浓缩水水管3可贯通和闭合;通闭水转轴4内有浓缩水水量调节杆5,浓缩水量调节杆5深入浓水口7内且可调节进入深浅;通闭水转轴4上有浓缩水水量调节杆固锁螺母8。
使用时,如图1所示家用纯水机专用水龙头,转动通闭水转轴4、通闭水转轴4的纯水通闭口6和纯水水管2贯通,通闭水转轴4的浓水通闭口7和浓缩水水管3贯通,调节通闭水转轴4上的浓缩水量调节杆5进入浓水通闭口7的多少量来达到浓缩水适宜的出水量、然后用浓缩水水量调节杆固锁螺母8固定;转动通闭水转轴4、纯水通闭口6和纯水水管2闭合,通闭水转轴4的浓水通闭口7和浓缩水水管3闭合。

1.一种家用纯水机专用水龙头,由壳体座和纯水水管、浓缩水水管组成,其特征是:通闭水转轴(4)在壳体座(1)内、穿过纯水水管(2)和浓缩水水管(3),通闭水转轴(4)的纯水通闭口(6)和纯水水管(2)可贯通和闭合,通闭水转轴(4)的浓水通闭口(7)和浓缩水水管(3)可贯通和闭合;通闭水转轴(4)内有浓缩水水量调节杆(5),浓缩水量调节杆(5)深入浓水口(7)内且可调节进入深浅。
2.根据权利要求1所述家用纯水机专用水龙头,其特征是:通闭水转轴(4)上有浓缩水水量调节杆固锁螺母(8)。
