本发明涉及一种可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,包括转盘,其特征在于:还包括蜗轮、支撑轴承座、蜗杆、马达、蜗杆支撑轴及支撑件,在所述转盘的底部同轴安装有蜗轮,在蜗轮的一侧通过支撑件转动安装有蜗杆支撑轴,该蜗杆支撑轴安装在支撑轴承座的下部,在支撑轴承座的上部安装有与蜗轮相啮合的蜗杆,该蜗杆由马达驱动。本发明设计科学合理,具有运行平稳、抛料定位精准、避免物料的浪费、延长抛料筒使用寿命、降低维修费用、易于实现的优点,是一种具有较高创新性的可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统。

技术领域
本发明属于农业机械领域,涉及一种青饲机的驱动装置,特别是一种可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统。
背景技术
青饲机主要用来收获青绿牧草、燕麦、甜菜茎叶等低矮青饲作物。抛料筒是青饲机上用来向集料车内抛料的部件,抛料筒安装在转盘上,通过转盘的转动来带动抛料筒的左右转动。
目前,转盘的转动一般都是采用小链轮带动大链轮的传动方式,由于链条存在张紧量,所以在驱动转盘转动时会出现不平稳的现象,导致悬臂很长的抛料筒抛头处左右晃动,无法快速精准定位集料车的位置,造成物料的浪费、降低了抛料筒的使用寿命,增加后期的维修保养费用。
通过对公开专利文献的检索,并未发现与本专利申请相同的公开专利文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、运行平稳、抛料定位精准、避免物料的浪费、延长抛料筒使用寿命、降低维修费用、易于实现的可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,包括转盘,其特征在于:还包括蜗轮、支撑轴承座、蜗杆、马达、蜗杆支撑轴及支撑件,在所述转盘的底部同轴安装有蜗轮,在蜗轮的一侧通过支撑件转动安装有蜗杆支撑轴,该蜗杆支撑轴安装在支撑轴承座的下部,在支撑轴承座的上部安装有与蜗轮相啮合的蜗杆,该蜗杆由马达驱动。
而且,还包括压紧机构,该压紧机构由压簧及转臂构成,在所述蜗杆的端部固装有转臂,转臂的下端转动连接在蜗杆支撑轴上,所述压簧的一端通过压杆连接在转臂上,另一端固装在青饲机的焊合件上。
而且,所述的支撑件由套筒及支撑板构成,所述的套筒通过支撑板安装在蜗轮下方的支架上,在套筒内转动安装有蜗杆支撑轴。
而且,所述的转臂由连接在蜗杆上的蜗杆连接臂及连接在压簧压杆上的压簧连接臂构成,蜗杆连接臂及压簧连接臂同轴安装在蜗杆支撑轴上,蜗杆连接臂与压簧连接臂为一体成型。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1.本可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,利用蜗杆传动具有传动比大,结构紧凑,并且传动平稳,无噪音的特点,可实现长悬臂抛料筒左右平稳转向的使用要求。动力由驱动马达输出轴通过轴套同蜗杆连接,利用大传动比使蜗轮降速,实现转盘平稳转动,抛料筒同转盘连接,通过马达正反向的选择来实现抛料筒左右转向。
2.本可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,通过压紧机构的设置,工作时,可使压簧始终给蜗杆施加与蜗轮啮合的力,避免因焊接和制件精度的问题而造成接合不实的情况。
3.本发明设计科学合理,具有运行平稳、抛料定位精准、避免物料的浪费、延长抛料筒使用寿命、降低维修费用、易于实现的优点,是一种具有较高创新性的可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步详述:
一种可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,包括转盘2,其创新之处在于:还包括蜗轮1、支撑轴承座6、蜗杆4、马达7、蜗杆支撑轴5及支撑件,在所述转盘的底部同轴安装有蜗轮,在蜗轮的一侧通过支撑件转动安装有蜗杆支撑轴,该蜗杆支撑轴安装在支撑轴承座的下部,在支撑轴承座的上部安装有与蜗轮相啮合的蜗杆,该蜗杆由马达驱动。
还包括压紧机构,该压紧机构由压簧8及转臂3构成,在所述蜗杆的端部固装有转臂,转臂的下端转动连接在蜗杆支撑轴上,所述压簧的一端通过压杆连接在转臂上,另一端固装在青饲机的焊合件11上。
所述的支撑件由套筒及支撑板构成,所述的套筒通过支撑板安装在蜗轮下方的支架上,在套筒内转动安装有蜗杆支撑轴。
所述的转臂由连接在蜗杆上的蜗杆连接臂9及连接在压簧压杆上的压簧连接臂10构成,蜗杆连接臂及压簧连接臂同轴安装在蜗杆支撑轴上,蜗杆连接臂与压簧连接臂为一体成型。
本发明利用蜗杆传动具有传动比大,结构紧凑,并且传动平稳,无噪音的特点,可实现长悬臂抛料筒左右平稳转向的使用要求。动力由驱动马达输出轴通过轴套同蜗杆连接,利用大传动比使蜗轮降速,实现转盘平稳转动,抛料筒同转盘连接,通过马达正反向的选择来实现抛料筒左右转向。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例和附图,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例和附图所公开的内容。

1.一种可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,包括转盘,其特征在于:还包括蜗轮、支撑轴承座、蜗杆、马达、蜗杆支撑轴及支撑件,在所述转盘的底部同轴安装有蜗轮,在蜗轮的一侧通过支撑件转动安装有蜗杆支撑轴,该蜗杆支撑轴安装在支撑轴承座的下部,在支撑轴承座的上部安装有与蜗轮相啮合的蜗杆,该蜗杆由马达驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,其特征在于:还包括压紧机构,该压紧机构由压簧及转臂构成,在所述蜗杆的端部固装有转臂,转臂的下端转动连接在蜗杆支撑轴上,所述压簧的一端通过压杆连接在转臂上,另一端固装在青饲机的焊合件上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,其特征在于:所述的支撑件由套筒及支撑板构成,所述的套筒通过支撑板安装在蜗轮下方的支架上,在套筒内转动安装有蜗杆支撑轴。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种可实现青饲机抛料筒转盘平稳正反转的驱动系统,其特征在于:所述的转臂由连接在蜗杆上的蜗杆连接臂及连接在压簧压杆上的压簧连接臂构成,蜗杆连接臂及压簧连接臂同轴安装在蜗杆支撑轴上,蜗杆连接臂与压簧连接臂为一体成型。
