Technical Field
The invention relates to a sewing template for integrally forming a collar seat and a collar surface of a male shirt and a female shirt, belonging to the technical field of clothing sewing.
Background
The collar with the collar seat and the collar surface is a collar type structure commonly used by men and women shirts, and in the industrial production of ready-made clothes, four places of the back middle of the collar seat, the back middle of the collar surface, the collar seat and the outer collar line at two ends of the collar surface are cut. In the sewing process, the cut openings are aligned firstly, and the three layers of cloth are sewn. However, in actual operation, because the curvature of the neckline is different from the curvature of the neckline seat, an operator needs to perform curvature matching in sections and perform sewing in sections, the sewing time is long, and the allowance of the neckline and the neckline formed by the different curvatures is randomly distributed on any part of the neckline, so that the neckline is not fit, and the appearance of the ready-made clothes is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, simplify the sewing process of the collar surface of the collar seat of the shirt, shorten the sewing time, reasonably distribute the allowance of the collar surface, ensure that the appearance of the collar surface is more attractive and the ready-made clothes effect is more attractive, the invention provides the sewing die for integrally forming the collar seat and the collar surface of the shirt, which comprises the following steps:
the die comprises a bottom plate, a convex clamping plate, a concave clamping plate and a cover plate, wherein the inner sides of the bottom plate, the convex clamping plate, the concave clamping plate and the cover plate are mutually hinged, and a first suture through groove, a second suture through groove, a third suture through groove and a fourth suture through groove which are corresponding to the shapes of the shirt collar seat and the collar surface suture stitches and can be overlapped and penetrated by a sewing machine needle when the four plates are overlapped together are respectively arranged on the bottom plate, the convex clamping plate, the concave clamping plate and the cover plate and close to the inner sides; the collar seat is characterized in that a feather piece on one surface of the collar seat can be placed between the bottom plate and the convex surface clamping plate, a feather piece on the collar surface can be placed between the convex surface clamping plate and the concave surface clamping plate, and a feather piece on the other surface of the collar seat can be placed between the concave surface clamping plate and the cover plate; the front surface of the convex side clamping plate is hinged with a plurality of arch springers, and the arch springers can enable the collar surface rough sheet to form a plurality of conical arches which are gradually enlarged from inside to outside and adjustable in height; and a plurality of conical grooves capable of accommodating the conical arches are formed in the positions, corresponding to the arch springers, on the back surface of the concave clamping plate.
Further, the maximum arching height outside the arching device is 5mm, correspondingly the maximum depth outside the conical groove is 5 mm.
Furthermore, the arch springer comprises steel wires with inner ends hinged to the front surface of the convex splint and isosceles triangle elastic plates capable of folding and unfolding along the center, the outer ends of the two steel wires are bent downwards to form elastic convex rings, the vertex angles of the isosceles triangle elastic plates are intersected with the inner ends of the steel wires, the two waist edges are fixedly connected with the two steel wires respectively, and the bottom edges of the isosceles triangle elastic plates are close to the elastic convex rings; the outer end of the convex splint exceeds the bottom plate and is corresponding to each arch springing device on the bottom plate, a plurality of embedding grooves are evenly formed in the positions of the arch springing devices, and the two elastic convex rings at the outer ends of the steel wires can respectively enter the two embedding grooves.
Further, the convex clamping plate and the concave clamping plate are gradually thinned from outside to inside.
Further, a first positioning strip which is consistent with the contour of the fur piece on one side of the collar base is arranged on the front surface of the bottom plate and 10mm outside the first suture through groove; a second inner side positioning strip which is consistent with the inner side contour of the collar surface fur piece is arranged on the front surface of the convex surface clamping plate and 10mm outside the second suture through groove; and a third positioning strip which is consistent with the outline of the fur piece on the other surface of the collar seat is arranged on the front surface of the concave clamping plate and 10mm outside the third suture through groove.
Furthermore, second upper and lower positioning strips for limiting the upper and lower outlines of the collar surface rough sheet are respectively arranged on the front surface of the convex clamping plate, the starting point and the two ends of the stop point of the involution of the collar surface and the collar seat.
Furthermore, a plurality of circular magnetic suction buckles are respectively arranged at the front face of the convex splint, the outer side of the through groove of the third suture line and corresponding to the hinged positions of the arch raising devices, a plurality of attachment pieces are respectively arranged at the back face of the concave splint and corresponding to the positions of the plurality of circular magnetic suction buckles, and the attachment pieces are magnetic suction buckles or iron sheets with opposite magnetic poles to the circular magnetic suction buckles.
Furthermore, the plurality of arch springers are respectively hinged on the plurality of circular magnetic attraction buckles, and the arch springers can rotate by taking the circle center of the circular magnetic attraction buckles as the circle center.
The invention has the following outstanding advantages and effects:
1. the invention solves the problems that in the sewing process of the collar surface of the collar seat of the shirt, the requirement on the skill of operators is higher due to different curvatures of the sewing threads, and meanwhile, the sewing needs to be performed while aligning for accurate alignment, so that the time consumption is longer, the technical difficulty is reduced, and the process time is shortened.
2. The allowance of the collar sewn by using the mold is reasonably distributed, the ready-made clothes effect of the collar is smooth, the probability of local distortion or obvious bulge of the collar is reduced, and the quality of the ready-made clothes is improved.
3. The shirt collar with different curvature changes is sewn through the adjusting bulge device, so that resources are greatly saved, and one template is multipurpose.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings.
A sewing template for integrally forming a shirt collar seat and a collar surface comprises a bottom plate 1, a convex surface clamping plate 2, a concave surface clamping plate 3 and a cover plate 4, wherein the inner sides of the bottom plate 1, the convex surface clamping plate 2, the concave surface clamping plate 3 and the cover plate 4 are hinged together, and a first suture through groove 11, a second suture through groove 21, a third suture through groove 31 and a fourth suture through groove 41 which correspond to the shapes of sewing stitches of the shirt collar seat and the collar surface and can be overlapped and penetrated by a sewing machine needle when the four plates are overlapped together are respectively arranged on the bottom plate 1, the convex surface clamping plate 2, the concave surface clamping plate 3 and the cover plate 4 and close to the inner sides; one side of the collar seat can be provided with a feather piece between the bottom plate 1 and the convex clamping plate 2, the collar surface feather piece can be provided between the convex clamping plate 2 and the concave clamping plate 3, and the other side of the collar seat can be provided with the concave clamping plate 3 and the cover plate 4; 8 arch raising devices 5 are hinged to the front face of the convex splint 2, each arch raising device 5 comprises a steel wire 51 with the inner end hinged to the front face of the convex splint 2 and an isosceles triangle elastic plate 53 capable of being folded and unfolded along the center, the outer ends of the two steel wires 51 are bent downwards to form an elastic convex ring 52, the vertex angle of the isosceles triangle elastic plate 53 is intersected with the inner end of the steel wire 51, the two waist edges are fixedly connected with the two steel wires 51 respectively, and the bottom edge of the isosceles triangle elastic plate 53 is close to the elastic convex ring 52; the outer end of the convex splint 2 exceeds the bottom plate 1 and a plurality of embedding grooves 23 are uniformly formed in the position, corresponding to each arch springing device 5, of the bottom plate, and the two elastic convex rings 52 at the outer ends of the steel wires 51 can be respectively inserted into the two embedding grooves 23. The maximum arching height outside the arching device 5 is 5mm, correspondingly the maximum depth outside the conical groove 32 is 5 mm. The back surface of the concave splint 3 is provided with 8 conical grooves 32 which can accommodate the conical arches and correspond to the arch camber 5. The convex clamping plate 2 and the concave clamping plate 3 are gradually thinned from outside to inside. A first positioning strip 12 consistent with the outline of the fur piece on one side of the collar seat is arranged on the front surface of the bottom plate 1 and 10mm out of the first suture through groove 11; a second inner side positioning strip 22 consistent with the inner side contour of the collar surface feather piece is arranged on the front surface of the convex clamping plate 2 and 10mm out of the second suture through groove 21; and a third positioning strip 33 which is consistent with the outline of the other surface feather piece of the collar seat is arranged on the front surface of the concave splint 3 and 10mm outside the third suture through groove 31. And second upper and lower positioning strips 24 for limiting the upper and lower outlines of the collar surface rough sheet are respectively arranged on the front surface of the convex splint 2, and the two ends of the starting point and the stopping point of the involution of the collar surface and the collar seat. By using the die, the fur piece on one surface of the collar seat is placed between the bottom plate and the convex clamping plate, and the fur piece on the collar surface is placed in the positioning line of the convex clamping plate. According to the allowance of the collar surface, the height of the arch can be adjusted by adjusting the opening degree of the steel wire of the arch springing device, and the circular attachment piece and the magnetic suction buckle are mutually adsorbed to fix the lower bottom line of the collar surface and ensure that the lower bottom line of the collar surface is aligned with the positioning line and does not shift. The other side of the collar seat is arranged between the concave clamping plate and the cover plate. And finally, covering the cover plate, and slotting and sewing along the sewing line. The template of the invention simplifies the sewing procedure of the collar surface of the collar seat, shortens the sewing time and ensures that the appearance of the collar is more attractive.
