The mold can firmly press the front and back cap wall material sheets together correspondingly and uniformly, can simultaneously carry out sewing procedures on one mold, avoids accumulated errors caused by independent procedures, is accurate in positioning and convenient to use, improves scribing accuracy, improves working efficiency, prevents wrinkles and ensures processing quality

The first antiskid plate 6, the second antiskid plate 3 and the third antiskid plate 9 mainly have the functions of preventing cloth from sliding, ensuring accurate marking, preventing deviation and wrinkling, ensuring sewing quality, saving time and improving working efficiency.
Further, as a specific embodiment of the cap wall processing mold provided by the invention, the first antiskid plate 6, the second antiskid plate 3 and the third antiskid plate 9 are all sand papers.
The abrasive paper has the advantages that the surface is rough, the anti-skid effect can be achieved, the thickness of the abrasive paper is thinner, the placement of a material sheet is not affected, the cost of the abrasive paper is lower, the abrasive paper is easy to obtain, and the production cost is saved.
