本发明属于板材领域,具体涉及一种环保纤维板。
背景技术
现有的家具大多以木料为主,但随着环保意识的提升,传统的自然木材的利用在逐 步减少,取而代之的是各种人造的复合板材。但是现有的复合板材硬度高、为了阻燃而加入了一些对人体不好的成分。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是提供一种安全环保、重量轻、难燃且防潮的环保纤维板。
技术方案:一种环保纤维板,该纤维板按重量份数计包括如下原料:钙粉4-15份、三羟甲基氧化磷3-8份、油酸6-10份、氢氧化铵3-6份、硅酸铝纤维5-10份、木纤维 20-28份及液态钠水玻璃13-18份。
优选的,所述钙粉8-10份;三羟甲基氧化磷5-7份;油酸7-9份;氢氧化铵5-6份; 硅酸铝纤维8-10份。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是制得的环保纤维板具有安全环保、重量轻、难燃及防潮等优点,且制备工艺简单,便于大规模生产,广泛应用于建筑行业、 装饰行业中。

原料:钙粉4份、三羟甲基氧化磷3份、油酸6份、氢氧化铵3份、硅酸铝纤维5 份、木纤维20份及液态钠水玻璃13份。
制备方法:按重量份数将原材料混合后,经热压成型即可。

原料:钙粉15份、三羟甲基氧化磷8份、油酸10份、氢氧化铵6份、硅酸铝纤维 10份、木纤维28份及液态钠水玻璃18份。
制备方法:按重量份数将原材料混合后,经热压成型即可。
实施例3
原料:钙粉8份、三羟甲基氧化磷5份、油酸7份、氢氧化铵5份、硅酸铝纤维8 份、木纤维24份及液态钠水玻璃15份。
制备方法:按重量份数将原材料混合后,经热压成型即可。

1.一种环保纤维板,其特征在于按重量份数计包括如下原料:钙粉4-15份、三羟甲基氧化磷3-8份、油酸6-10份、氢氧化铵3-6份、硅酸铝纤维5-10份、木纤维20-28份及液态钠水玻璃13-18份。
