与实施例3的区别在于:未加氢化松香甘油酯。
吸音环保砖,包括以下重量份计的原料:废弃玻璃90份、碎石子80份、海藻石60份、硼砂30份、碳酸钙50份、粉煤灰60份、石膏50份、三聚氰胺60份、磷酸盐80份、水25份。
吸音环保砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将废弃玻璃、碎石子、海藻石和硼砂送入粉碎机中粉碎,过40~80目筛;将粉碎后的废弃玻璃、碎石子、海藻石、硼砂和碳酸钙、粉煤灰、石膏、三聚氰胺混合,-10℃~-20℃冷冻干燥5min,粉碎;然后加入磷酸盐和水,以1800~2000r/min的速度搅拌80min;放入模具中,压制成型,1500℃~-1600℃煅烧90min。

直接干燥对吸音降噪能力有所降低。氢化松香甘油酯可以提高本发明的抗压强度。

1.吸音环保砖,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:废弃玻璃50~90份、碎石子40~80份、海藻石20~60份、硼砂10~30份、氢化松香甘油酯10~20份、碳酸钙30~50份、粉煤灰20~60份、石膏30~50份、三聚氰胺40~60份、磷酸盐30~80份、水20~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸音环保砖,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:废弃玻璃70份、碎石子60份、海藻石40份、硼砂20份、氢化松香甘油酯15份、碳酸钙40份、粉煤灰40份、石膏40份、三聚氰胺50份、磷酸盐50份、水22份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸音环保砖,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:废弃玻璃50份、碎石子40份、海藻石20份、硼砂10份、氢化松香甘油酯10份、碳酸钙30份、粉煤灰20份、石膏30份、三聚氰胺40份、磷酸盐30份、水20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸音环保砖,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:废弃玻璃90份、碎石子80份、海藻石60份、硼砂30份、氢化松香甘油酯20份、碳酸钙50份、粉煤灰60份、石膏50份、三聚氰胺60份、磷酸盐80份、水25份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸音环保砖,其特征在于,包括以下重量份计的原料:废弃玻璃60份、碎石子50份、海藻石30份、硼砂18份、氢化松香甘油酯18份、碳酸钙35份、粉煤灰28份、石膏39份、三聚氰胺42份、磷酸盐60份、水23份。
6.基于权利要求1所述的吸音环保砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将废弃玻璃、碎石子、氢化松香甘油酯、海藻石和硼砂送入粉碎机中粉碎,过40~80目筛;将粉碎后的废弃玻璃、碎石子、海藻石、硼砂和碳酸钙、粉煤灰、石膏、三聚氰胺混合,冷冻干燥,粉碎;然后加入磷酸盐和水,以1800~2000r/min的速度搅拌60~80min;放入模具中,压制成型,煅烧,即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸音环保砖的制备方法,其特征在于,冷冻干燥条件为:-10℃~-20℃冷冻5~9min。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的吸音环保砖的制备方法,其特征在于,煅烧条件为:1500℃~-1600℃煅烧60~90min。
