The garbage bin is closed in a slot in the daytime, when a pedestrian throws garbage in the garbage bin, the garbage is gathered in the bin body 3, and only falls into the garbage bag 4 even if a small amount of garbage passes through the bottom of the slot, after the temperature is reduced at night, the memory alloy 11 contracts to pull the movable plate 8 to tilt, the garbage in the garbage bin slides into the garbage bag 4 along the inclined surface 15 at the bottom, a sanitation worker only needs to disassemble the garbage bag 4 at a designated time at night, and the new garbage bag 4 is glued on the first binding block 13 and the second binding block 14, so that the workload of the sanitation worker is greatly reduced, and the garbage bin utilizes the mechanical energy converted into the movement of the movable plate 8 by heat energy, is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
