本发明公开了一种沥青烟气处理系统,包括烟气输送主管道、烟气输送支管道、焚烧炉、喷淋塔、等离子净化室、除尘室、吸附室和控制室,所述各烟气输送支管道连接烟气输送主管道,烟气输送主管道连接至焚烧炉的烟气入口,各烟气输送支管道上设置电磁阀,焚烧炉的烟气出口顺序连接喷淋塔、等离子净化室、除尘室和吸附室,所述控制室设有控制主机和液晶显示屏等。本发明具有多种净化装置设置,能够彻底处理沥青烟气中含有的各种有害成分,并检验合格后再排放到大气中,结构灵活,适用范围广,有利于降低企业的沥青烟气处理水平和设备使用维护成本。

沥青烟气处理系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种设计新颖、净化彻底、处理效率高的沥青烟气处理系统。
背景技术
沥青烟气就是沥青加热和含沥青物质的燃烧产生的气溶胶和蒸气,沥青烟气中的挥发物排放到大气中,便成为大气污染物之一。沥青烟组分极为复杂,根据沥青来源不同而异,一般来说沥青烟气中既有沥青挥发组分凝结成的固体和液体微粒,又有蒸气状态的有机物,沥青烟气一般夹杂着一定浓度的烟尘,呈棕褐色或黑色,有强烈的刺激作用,对皮肤和呼吸系统有致癌作用。目前常用的对沥青烟气污染的防治处理方法为,首先对产生沥青烟的设备进行密闭抽风,然后经净化后排放。常用的净化方法有电除尘法、冷凝吸附法、湿式洗涤法等。
由于产生沥青烟气的设备种类较多,增加了企业的设备成本,同时为了进一步确保沥青烟气的处理效率,需要对现有的沥青烟气处理设备加以更多创新的设计。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种沥青烟气处理系统,其具有多种净化装置设置,能够彻底处理沥青烟气中含有的各种有害成分,并检验合格后再排放到大气中,结构灵活,适用范围广,有利于降低企业的沥青烟气处理水平和设备使用维护成本。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种沥青烟气处理系统,其特征在于:包括烟气输送主管道、烟气输送支管道、焚烧炉、喷淋塔、等离子净化室、除尘室、吸附室和控制室,所述各烟气输送支管道连接烟气输送主管道,烟气输送主管道连接至焚烧炉的烟气入口,各烟气输送支管道上设置电磁阀,焚烧炉的烟气出口顺序连接喷淋塔、等离子净化室、除尘室和吸附室,所述控制室设有控制主机和液晶显示屏,焚烧炉包括预热室和焚烧室,除尘室设有布袋室除尘器,吸附室的内壁设有活性炭吸附层,等离子净化室、除尘室和吸附室之间通过输气管道连接,各输气管道上均设置风机。
作为优选,所述喷淋塔由下至上设有一级喷淋腔、二级喷淋腔和三级喷淋腔,各喷淋腔的内壁止设置若干喷淋头,喷淋头连接设置于喷淋塔底部的喷淋管路,喷淋管路上设有水泵,一级喷淋腔的底部设有进气口,三级喷淋腔的顶部设有出气口。
作为优选,所述等离子净化室内设置用于产生脉冲高压电场的正极板和负极板。
作为优选,所述焚烧炉的焚烧室内的焚烧温度范围为800~900摄氏度。
作为优选,所述输气管道的两端均设有滤网,滤网的两侧设置带密封盖的排渣口。

下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示为一种沥青烟气处理系统,包括烟气输送主管道1、烟气输送支管道2、焚烧炉3、喷淋塔4、等离子净化室5、除尘室6、吸附室7和控制室8,所述各烟气输送支管道2连接烟气输送主管道1,烟气输送主管道1连接至焚烧炉3的烟气入口,各烟气输送支管道2上设置电磁阀11,焚烧炉3的烟气出口顺序连接喷淋塔4、等离子净化室5、除尘室6和吸附室7,所述控制室7设有控制主机71和液晶显示屏72,焚烧炉3包括预热室31和焚烧室32,除尘室6设有布袋室除尘器61,吸附室7的内壁设有活性炭吸附层71,等离子净化室5、除尘室6和吸附室7之间通过输气管道9连接,各输气管道9上均设置风机91。
如图1所示,本发明中,喷淋塔4由下至上设有一级喷淋腔41、二级喷淋腔42和三级喷淋腔43,各喷淋腔的内壁止设置若干喷淋头44,喷淋头44连接设置于喷淋塔4底部的喷淋管路45,喷淋管路45上设有水泵46,一级喷淋腔41的底部设有进气口411,三级喷淋腔43的顶部设有出气口431。
本发明,优选焚烧炉3的焚烧室32内的焚烧温度范围为800~900摄氏度,。
如图1所示,等离子净化室5内设置用于产生脉冲高压电场的正极板51和负极板52。作为本发明的优选,输气管道9的两端均设有滤网,滤网的两侧设置带密封盖的排渣口。

1.一种沥青烟气处理系统,其特征在于:包括烟气输送主管道、烟气输送支管道、焚烧炉、喷淋塔、等离子净化室、除尘室、吸附室和控制室,所述各烟气输送支管道连接烟气输送主管道,烟气输送主管道连接至焚烧炉的烟气入口,各烟气输送支管道上设置电磁阀,焚烧炉的烟气出口顺序连接喷淋塔、等离子净化室、除尘室和吸附室,所述控制室设有控制主机和液晶显示屏,焚烧炉包括预热室和焚烧室,除尘室设有布袋室除尘器,吸附室的内壁设有活性炭吸附层,等离子净化室、除尘室和吸附室之间通过输气管道连接,各输气管道上均设置风机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沥青烟气处理系统,其特征在于:所述喷淋塔由下至上设有一级喷淋腔、二级喷淋腔和三级喷淋腔,各喷淋腔的内壁止设置若干喷淋头,喷淋头连接设置于喷淋塔底部的喷淋管路,喷淋管路上设有水泵,一级喷淋腔的底部设有进气口,三级喷淋腔的顶部设有出气口。
