Abstract
本发明公开了一种固液分离装置,包括本体,本体的上端设有物料进口和进水口,物料进口出设有消毒器,本体的左侧设有驱动电机,驱动电机通过联轴器连接减速器,本体内分为上室和下室,上室和下室之间通过过滤挡板分隔,过滤挡板的下面斜置有过滤筛网,过滤筛网上有自清洗装置,上室内设有无轴螺旋输送机,无轴螺旋输送机的上方设有进水管,进水管上均匀排列着多个超声波喷嘴,无轴螺旋输送机将物料输送到脱水桶内,脱水桶连接旋转电机,下室内设有污水箱,污水箱连接过滤器,过滤器连接出水口,出水口出设有红外线灭菌器,本体的中间设有控制键盘,控制键盘连接驱动电机、减速器和旋转电机。

本发明涉及环保技术领,具体属于一种固液分离装置。
背景技术
固液分离是把固体和液体分开的过程,这种分离装置可以运用于环保、建筑等行业,传统的固液分离机是一种利用重力过滤方法将液体中的固体颗粒物或絮状物与水份分离开来的机械。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种固液分离装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:本发明公开了一种固液分离装置,包括本体,本体的上端设有物料进口和进水口,物料进口出设有消毒器,本体的左侧设有驱动电机,驱动电机通过联轴器连接减速器,本体内分为上室和下室,上室和下室之间通过过滤挡板分隔,过滤挡板的下面斜置有过滤筛网,过滤筛网上设有自清洗装置,上室内设有无轴螺旋输送机,无轴螺旋输送机的上方设有进水管,进水管上均匀排列着多个超声波喷嘴,无轴螺旋输送机将物料输送到脱水桶内,脱水桶连接旋转电机,脱水桶内设有加热片,脱水桶外设有定时旋转器,脱水桶的一侧设有出料口,下室内设有污水箱,污水箱连接出水口,出水口出设有红外线灭菌器,本体的右侧设有控制键盘,控制键盘连接驱动电机、减速器和旋转电机。
本发明的进一步改进在于:自清洗装置包括振动器,振动器装在过滤筛网的一侧,振动器连接驱动电机,过滤筛网的下方设有超声波清洗器,超声波清洗器连接驱动电机。
本发明的进一步改进在于:驱动电机连接无轴螺旋输送机、消毒器和红外线灭菌器。
本发明的进一步改进在于:旋转电机连接定时旋转器和加热片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构设计合理,在螺旋输送机输送的过程中通过喷嘴将物料清洗干净;采用的自清洗装置可以防止过滤网堵塞的现象,可以不必经常更换,节省了资源;采用的加热板可以将物料进行加热消毒;采用的加热片可以在脱水的过程中对物料进行加热消毒。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种固液分离装置,包括本体1,本体1的上端设有物料进口2和进水口10,物料进口2出设有消毒器18,本体1的左侧设有驱动电机3,驱动电机3通过联轴器连接减速器4,本体1内分为上室25和下室26,上室25和下室26之间通过过滤挡板5分隔,过滤挡板5的下面斜置有过滤筛网6,过滤筛网6上有自清洗装置20,上室25内设有无轴螺旋输送机7,无轴螺旋输送机7的上方设有进水管8,进水管8上均匀排列着多个超声波喷嘴9,无轴螺旋输送机7将物料输送到脱水桶10内,脱水桶10连接旋转电机21,脱水桶10内设有加热片12,脱水桶10外设有定时旋转器12,脱水桶10的一侧设有出料口13,下室内设有污水箱14,污水箱14连接出水口16,出水口16出设有红外线灭菌器17,本体1的右侧设有控制键盘19,控制键盘19连接驱动电机3、减速器4和旋转电机21。
本发明中,自清洗装置20包括振动器22,振动器22装在过滤筛网6的一侧,振动器22连接驱动电机3,过滤筛网6的下方设有超声波清洗器23,超声波清洗器23连接驱动电机3。
本发明中,驱动电机3连接无轴螺旋输送机7、消毒器18和红外线灭菌器17,旋转电机21连接定时旋转器12和加热片12。
工作原理物料通过进口进入到输送机,通过输送机的转动进入到脱水桶内进行脱水,在输送的过程中喷嘴对物料喷水清洗,脱过水的物料在出料口进行消毒排出,污水经过过滤进入到污水桶内,在污水桶内过滤后排出。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种固液分离装置,包括本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)的上端设有物料进口(2)和进水口(10),所述物料进口(2)出设有消毒器(18),所述本体(1)的左侧设有驱动电机(3),所述驱动电机(3)通过联轴器连接减速器(4),所述本体(1)内分为上室(25)和下室(26),所述上室(25)和下室(26)之间通过过滤挡板(5)分隔,所述过滤挡板(5)的下面斜置有过滤筛网(6),所述过滤筛网(6)上设有自清洗装置(20),所述上室(25)内设有无轴螺旋输送机(7),所述无轴螺旋输送机(7)的上方设有进水管(8),所述进水管(8)上均匀排列着多个超声波喷嘴(9),所述无轴螺旋输送机(7)将物料输送到脱水桶(10)内,所述脱水桶(10)连接旋转电机(21),所述脱水桶(10)内设有加热片(12),所述脱水桶(10)外设有定时旋转器(12),所述脱水桶(10)的一侧设有出料口(13),所述下室内设有污水箱(14),所述污水箱(14)连接出水口(16),所述出水口(16)出设有红外线灭菌器(17),所述本体(1)的右侧设有控制键盘(19),所述控制键盘(19)连接驱动电机(3)、减速器(4)和旋转电机(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种固液分离装置,其特征在于:所述自清洗装置(20)包括振动器(22),所述振动器(22)连接驱动电机(3),所述振动器(22)装在过滤筛网(6)的一侧,所述过滤筛网(6)的下方设有超声波清洗器(23),所述超声波清洗器(23)连接驱动电机(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种固液分离装置,其特征在于:所述驱动电机(3)连接无轴螺旋输送机(7)、消毒器(18)和红外线灭菌器(17)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种固液分离装置,其特征在于:所述旋转电机(21)连接定时旋转器(12)和加热片(12)。
