本发明公开了一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法，按照以下步骤进行：A、将鼠尾草、迷迭香、九里香、肉桂、甘草和薄荷进行干燥处理，干燥温度为80‑110℃，干燥时间为2‑3小时，干燥完成后粉碎成细粉末状，将细粉末混合均匀；B、将步骤A所得的混合物与萃取剂按照重量比1:30‑40进行萃取，分别萃取三次，每次萃取时间1‑2小时，合并三次滤液；C、将步骤B所得的滤液用分子筛脱色至清澈淡黄色液体即得提取物。本发明有很好的杀菌，抗炎，抗感染的功效，能有效的缓解牙龈出血和牙疼咽痛，能提升牙齿珐琅质的抵抗能力及保护能力，有助于预防龋齿、牙石和牙菌斑。

本发明涉及一种牙膏，具体涉及一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法，属于日用化工领域。
背景技术
牙膏是日常生活中常用的清洁用品。随着科学技术的不断发展，工艺装备的不断改进和完善，各种类型的牙膏相继问世，产品的质量和档次不断提高，现在牙膏品种已由单一的清洁型牙膏，发展成为品种齐全、功能多样的功能型牙膏。尤其是植物类型或中草药类型牙膏，深受大众的喜爱，这类牙膏具有抑制口腔有害细菌、清新口气、保护牙齿、防治口腔疾病等保健功能；这类牙膏的有效成分主要是由添加膏体内的植物成分决定，这些有效植物成分一般是用酒精或水煮的方法从植物中提取，用这种传统方法提取的提取物杂质太多，有效成分容易分解、氧化，导致有效成分含量低及其不稳定。用这样的提取物添加到牙膏中，要想使牙膏真正发挥其有效成分的作用必须增加添加量，大大增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于：由植物提取物0.5-2份和辅助物质20-40份组成；
所述植物提取物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行：
A、将鼠尾草、迷迭香、九里香、肉桂、甘草和薄荷进行干燥处理，干燥温度为80-110℃，干燥时间为2-3小时，干燥完成后粉碎成细粉末状，将细粉末混合均匀；
B、将步骤A所得的混合物与萃取剂按照重量比1:30-40进行萃取，分别萃取三次，每次萃取时间1-2小时，合并三次滤液；
C、将步骤B所得的滤液用分子筛脱色至清澈淡黄色液体即得提取物。
所述植物提取物由鼠尾草3-15份、迷迭香2-8份、九里香4-9份、肉桂2-8份、甘草5-10份、薄荷5-10份组成。
所述萃取剂是由甘油5-35份、聚乙二醇5-25份、氯化钠8-28份、苯甲醇2-10份、硅油1-5份、水10-50份混合配制而成。
所述辅助物质由甘油10-25份、山梨醇1-20份、碳酸钙5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份、水合二氧化硅1-4份、木糖醇3-9份、纤维素胶1-5份、水6-30份组成。
本发明的有益技术效果如下：
1、本发明牙膏中添加了植物提取物，鼠尾草、迷迭香和九里香有很好的杀菌，抗炎，抗感染的功效，肉桂、甘草和薄荷能清火解毒，有效的缓解牙龈出血和牙疼咽痛。
2、本发明牙膏中的植物提取物通过用萃取剂萃取得到，制备工艺简单，能有效的提取保留有效物质，发挥其功效。
3、本发明牙膏不含香精香料防腐剂，易容性强，便于冲洗，有很好的杀菌，抗炎，抗感染的功效，能有效的缓解牙龈出血和牙疼咽痛，能提升牙齿珐琅质的抵抗能力及保护能力，有助于预防龋齿、牙石和牙菌斑。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于：由植物提取物0.5份和辅助物质20份组成。
所述植物提取物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行：
A、将鼠尾草、迷迭香、九里香、肉桂、甘草和薄荷进行干燥处理，干燥温度为80℃，干燥时间为2小时，干燥完成后粉碎成细粉末状，将细粉末混合均匀；
B、将步骤A所得的混合物与萃取剂按照重量比1:30进行萃取，分别萃取三次，每次萃取时间1小时，合并三次滤液；
C、将步骤B所得的滤液用分子筛脱色至清澈淡黄色液体即得提取物。
所述植物提取物由鼠尾草3份、迷迭香2份、九里香4份、肉桂2份、甘草5份、薄荷5份组成。
所述萃取剂是由甘油5份、聚乙二醇5份、氯化钠8份、苯甲醇2份、硅油1份、水10份混合配制而成。
所述辅助物质由甘油10份、山梨醇1份、碳酸钙5份、十二烷基硫酸钠1份、水合二氧化硅1份、木糖醇3份、纤维素胶1份、水6份组成。
实施例2
一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于：由植物提取物1.2份和辅助物质30份组成。
所述植物提取物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行：
A、将鼠尾草、迷迭香、九里香、肉桂、甘草和薄荷进行干燥处理，干燥温度为95℃，干燥时间为2.5小时，干燥完成后粉碎成细粉末状，将细粉末混合均匀；
B、将步骤A所得的混合物与萃取剂按照重量比1:35进行萃取，分别萃取三次，每次萃取时间1.5小时，合并三次滤液；
C、将步骤B所得的滤液用分子筛脱色至清澈淡黄色液体即得提取物。
所述植物提取物由鼠尾草10份、迷迭香5份、九里香6份、肉桂5份、甘草8份、薄荷7份组成。
所述萃取剂是由甘油20份、聚乙二醇15份、氯化钠18份、苯甲醇6份、硅油3份、水30份混合配制而成。
所述辅助物质由甘油18份、山梨醇15份、碳酸钙8份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、水合二氧化硅3份、木糖醇4份、纤维素胶3份、水20份组成。
实施例3
一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于：由植物提取物2份和辅助物质40份组成。
所述植物提取物由鼠尾草15份、迷迭香8份、九里香9份、肉桂8份、甘草10份、薄荷10份组成。
所述植物提取物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行：
A、将鼠尾草、迷迭香、九里香、肉桂、甘草和薄荷进行干燥处理，干燥温度为110℃，干燥时间为3小时，干燥完成后粉碎成细粉末状，将细粉末混合均匀；
B、将步骤A所得的混合物与萃取剂按照重量比1:40进行萃取，分别萃取三次，每次萃取时间2小时，合并三次滤液；
C、将步骤B所得的滤液用分子筛脱色至清澈淡黄色液体即得提取物。
所述萃取剂是由甘油35份、聚乙二醇25份、氯化钠28份、苯甲醇10份、硅油5份、水50份混合配制而成。
所述辅助物质由甘油25份、山梨醇20份、碳酸钙10份、十二烷基硫酸钠5份、水合二氧化硅4份、木糖醇9份、纤维素胶5份、水30份组成。

1.一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于：由植物提取物0.5-2份和辅助物质20-40份组成；所述辅助物质由甘油10-25份、山梨醇1-20份、碳酸钙5-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-5份、水合二氧化硅1-4份、木糖醇3-9份、纤维素胶1-5份、水6-30份组成；所述植物提取物由鼠尾草3-15份、迷迭香2-8份、九里香4-9份、肉桂2-8份、甘草5-10份、薄荷5-10份组成；、所述植物提取物的制备方法按照以下步骤进行：
A、将鼠尾草、迷迭香、九里香、肉桂、甘草和薄荷进行干燥处理，干燥温度为80-110℃，干燥时间为2-3小时，干燥完成后粉碎成细粉末状，将细粉末混合均匀；
B、将步骤A所得的混合物与萃取剂按照重量比1:30-40进行萃取，分别萃取三次，每次萃取时间1-2小时，合并三次滤液；
C、将步骤B所得的滤液用分子筛脱色至清澈淡黄色液体即得提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有植物提取物的牙膏的制备方法，其特征在于：所述萃取剂是由甘油5-45份、聚乙二醇5-25份、氯化钠8-36份、苯甲醇2-10份、硅油1-5份、水10-50份混合配制而成。
