Firstly, a guide wire of the gastric motility detection device is conveyed to a gastroscope measuring port along a gastroscope, the display change of pressure is carefully observed in the conveying process, and after the guide wire is conveyed to a stable position, the pressure is ensured to be zero. The guide wire can not be bent and folded in the conveying process, and the mechanical property of the guide wire in the conveying process is ensured not to be changed. When gastroscopic measurement is carried out, a pressure measurement port is slowly conveyed along the esophagus, and a recording button of a software operation interface is clicked during measurement. At the beginning of the delivery, the position correction button is clicked on the throat part, and during the measurement along the way, the sensor performs pressure measurement at regular time intervals. When the gastroscope reaches the bottom of the esophagus, the position calibration is performed again.
