In summary, the server receives a medical resource acquisition request sent by the first terminal, where the medical resource acquisition request carries a geographical location of a medical resource acquisition requester and a medical resource acquisition request list, and the first terminal is deployed on the medical resource requester; the server determines at least one candidate medical institution meeting the requirement of providing all medical resources listed in the medical resource acquisition request list for the medical resource requesting party from the multiple medical institutions according to the medical resources which are collected in advance and carry the geographical positions of the medical institutions and are free; the server determines a first medical institution from the alternative medical institutions according to the relationship between the geographical position of the medical resource acquisition requester and the geographical position of the alternative medical institutions; the server sends a medical resource transfer notification to the second terminal of the first medical institution and sends a medical resource transfer list to the first terminal, the medical resource transfer notification is used for notifying the first medical institution to transfer the medical resources listed in the medical resource request list to the medical resource acquisition requester, and the medical resource transfer list is used for indicating the determined medical resources transferred to the first medical institution of the medical resource acquisition requester. By adopting the application, the medical resource allocation cost is reduced, the manpower and material resources are saved, the patients are effectively treated, the medical resources of each medical institution are efficiently utilized, and the utilization rate of the medical resources is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, a server according to the present application may be the server in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 5, the server 50 includes: a receiving unit 501, a first determining unit 502, a second determining unit 503, and a transmitting unit 504. Wherein:
A receiving unit 501, configured to receive a medical resource acquisition request sent by a first terminal, where the medical resource acquisition request carries a geographical location of a medical resource acquisition requester and a medical resource acquisition request list of the medical resource acquisition requester;
It should be noted that, the medical resource obtaining request may be: the method comprises the steps of carrying the name of a medical resource acquisition requester and the request of a medical resource acquisition request list of the medical resource acquisition requester, wherein the name of the medical resource acquisition requester is used for determining the geographic position of the medical resource acquisition requester according to a GPS positioning technology.
The receiving unit 501 may be further configured to receive an idle medical resource of the medical institution carrying the geographical location of the medical institution sent by the second terminal.
The first determining unit 502 may be configured to determine, from among the multiple medical institutions, at least one candidate medical institution satisfying all the medical resources listed in the medical resource obtaining request list provided to the medical resource requester according to the medical resources that are collected in advance and carry the geographical location of the medical institution and are free.
The second determining unit 503 determines the first medical facility from the candidate medical facilities according to the relationship between the geographical location of the medical resource acquisition requester and the geographical location of the candidate medical facility.
And a transmitting unit 504, configured to transmit a medical resource transfer notification to the second terminal of the first medical institution, where the medical resource transfer notification is configured to notify the first medical institution to transfer the medical resource listed in the medical resource transfer list to the medical resource obtaining requester.
The above transfer notification is for: notifying medical staff and medical equipment operators listed in the medical resource list in the first medical institution by notifying a medical resource manager of the first medical institution;

The sending unit 504 may be further configured to send a medical resource transfer list to the first terminal, where the medical resource transfer list is used to indicate the determined medical resource transferred to the first medical institution of the medical resource obtaining requester.
It should be understood that server 50 is merely one example provided for embodiments of the present application, and that server 50 may have more or fewer components than shown, may combine two or more components, or may have different configuration implementations of the components.
It will be appreciated that, regarding the specific implementation of the functional blocks included in the server 50 of fig. 5, reference may be made to the foregoing method embodiment described in fig. 2, and a detailed description is omitted here.
The present application provides another server, which may be the server in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 6, the server 60 may include: a processor 601, a memory 602 (one or more computer-readable storage media), and a transceiver 603. These components may communicate over one or more communication buses 604.
The processor 601 may be a central processor (Central Processing Unit, CPU), a network processor (Network Processor, NP) or a combination of CPU and NP.
The processor 601 may further comprise a hardware chip. The hardware chip may be an Application-specific integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD), or a combination thereof. The PLD may be a complex programmable Logic device (Complex Programmable Logic Device, CPLD), a Field-programmable gate array (Field-programmable GATE ARRAY, FPGA), general-purpose array Logic (GENERIC ARRAY Logic, GAL), or any combination thereof.
It may be appreciated that the processor 601 may be configured to, according to a received medical resource acquisition request, carry a geographical location of a medical resource acquisition requester, and a medical resource acquisition request list of the medical resource acquisition requester; according to the medical resources which are collected in advance and carry the geographical position and are free of the medical institutions, determining at least one candidate medical institution which meets the requirement of providing all the listed medical resources of the medical resource acquisition request list for the medical resource requesting party from the medical institutions; and then determining a first medical institution from the candidate medical institutions according to the relation between the geographical position of the medical resource acquisition requester and the geographical position of the candidate medical institutions, and finally, sending a medical resource transfer list to the first terminal and sending a medical resource transfer notification to the second terminal of the first medical institution, wherein the medical resource transfer list is used for indicating the determined medical resources transferred to the first medical institution of the medical resource acquisition requester, and the medical resource transfer notification is used for notifying the first medical institution to transfer the medical resources listed in the medical resource transfer list to the medical resource acquisition requester.
The memory 602 is coupled to the processor 601 and may be used to store various software programs and/or sets of instructions. In particular implementations, memory 602 may include high-speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid-state storage devices. The memory 602 may store an operating system (hereinafter referred to as a system), such as ANDROID, IOS, WINDOWS, or an embedded operating system, such as LINUX. The memory 602 may also store network communication programs that may be used to communicate with one or more additional devices, one or more terminal devices, and one or more network devices. The memory 602 may also store a user interface program that may vividly display the content image of the application program through a graphical operation interface, and receive control operations of the application program by a user through input controls such as menus, dialog boxes, and buttons.
It is understood that the memory 602 may also be used to store a medical resource acquisition request sent by the first terminal and a medical resource sent by the second terminal.
The transceiver 603 may be configured to receive a medical resource acquisition request sent by a first terminal, where the medical resource acquisition request carries a geographic location of a medical resource acquisition requester and a medical resource acquisition request list of the medical resource acquisition requester, and the first terminal is deployed on the medical resource requester.
The transceiver 603 may be further configured to send a medical resource transfer list to the first terminal, where the medical resource transfer list is configured to indicate the determined medical resources transferred to the first medical facility of the medical resource acquisition requester.
It should be understood that server 60 is merely one example provided for embodiments of the present application, and that server 60 may have more or fewer components than shown, may combine two or more components, or may have different configuration implementations of the components.

The present application provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program which is implemented when executed by a processor.
The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the terminal according to any of the foregoing embodiments, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the terminal. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the terminal, such as a plug-in hard disk, a smart memory card (SMART MEDIA CARD, SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) card, a flash memory card (FLASH CARD), etc. that are provided on the terminal. Further, the computer readable storage medium may also include both an internal storage unit of the terminal and an external storage device. The computer-readable storage medium is used to store a computer program and other programs and data required by the terminal. The computer-readable storage medium may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
The present application also provides a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments above. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising the electronic device.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, in computer software, or in a combination of the two, and that the elements and steps of the examples have been generally described in terms of function in the foregoing description to clearly illustrate the interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
It will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working procedures of the terminal and the unit described above may refer to the corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
In several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed terminal and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the compositions and steps of the examples are described. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
The above-described terminal embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the units is merely a logical function division, and there may be other manners of division in actual implementation, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. In addition, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, terminals or units, or may be an electrical, mechanical or other form of connection.
The units described as separate units may or may not be physically separate, and units shown as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the embodiment of the present application.

The integrated units, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as stand-alone products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application is essentially or a part contributing to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (7)

1. A medical resource management method, comprising:
The method comprises the steps that a server receives a medical resource acquisition request sent by a first terminal, wherein the medical resource acquisition request carries the geographical position of a medical resource acquisition requester and a medical resource acquisition request list of the medical resource acquisition requester, the medical resource acquisition request list comprises the names and the quantity of medical resources, and the medical resources comprise medical staff, medical cost, medical beds, medical facilities and equipment, knowledge skills and information; the first terminal is deployed at the medical resource requester;
The server determines at least one candidate medical institution meeting the requirement of providing all medical resources listed in the medical resource acquisition request list for the medical resource requesting party from the multiple medical institutions according to the medical institutions carrying the geographical positions of the medical institutions and the idle medical resources collected in advance;
The server determines a first medical institution with the shortest time spent on a route between the server and the medical resource acquisition requester from the alternative medical institutions according to the relation between the geographical position of the medical resource acquisition requester and the geographical position of the alternative medical institution;
the server sends a medical resource transfer notification to a second terminal of the first medical institution, wherein the medical resource transfer notification is used for notifying the first medical institution to transfer medical resources listed in the medical resource request list to the medical resource acquisition requester;
The server sends a medical resource transfer list to the first terminal, wherein the medical resource transfer list is used for indicating the determined medical resources transferred to the first medical institution of the medical resource acquisition requester, and the medical resource transfer list is used for indicating the determined medical resources transferred to the first medical institution of the medical resource acquisition requester; the medical resource transfer list comprises the names, the number, the names/equipment models and the medical resource providers of the medical resources.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the medical resource acquisition request may be further:

The method according to claim 1, wherein the server determines at least one candidate medical institution satisfying the provision of all the listed medical resources of the medical resource acquisition request list to the medical resource requesting party from the multiple medical institutions according to the medical institutions carrying geographical locations of the medical institutions and free medical resources collected in advance, specifically:

A second determining unit, configured to determine, from the candidate medical institutions, a first medical institution that consumes a shortest time period for a route with the medical resource acquisition requester according to a relationship between a geographic position of the medical resource acquisition requester and a geographic position of the candidate medical institution;
A sending unit configured to send a medical resource transfer notification to a second terminal of the first medical institution, where the medical resource transfer notification is configured to notify the first medical institution to transfer the medical resource listed in the medical resource request list to the medical resource acquisition requester;
The sending unit is further configured to send a medical resource transfer list to the first terminal, where the medical resource transfer list is used to indicate the determined medical resource transferred to the first medical institution of the medical resource acquisition requester, and the medical resource transfer list includes a name, a number, a name/device model, and a medical resource provider of the medical resource.

A server, comprising: a transceiver, a memory and a processor coupled to the memory, the transceiver, the memory and the processor coupled to the memory being interconnected, wherein the transceiver is configured to perform a receiving or transmitting action, the memory is configured to store implementation code of a medical resource management method, and the processor is configured to invoke the implementation code stored in the memory, i.e. to perform the medical resource management method of any of claims 1-4.
