"upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc. are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, which may also be changed when the absolute position of the object to be described is changed.
In order to keep the following description of the embodiments of the present invention clear and concise, the detailed description of known functions and known components thereof have been omitted.
As shown in fig. 1-8, embodiments of the present invention provide a locking mechanism that can be applied to any push-pull, pull-type case 18, case, or the like, that unlocks when pulled and locks when pushed in.
With continued reference to fig. 1-8, a locking mechanism of an embodiment of the present invention includes a shaft 1, a locking element 2, a linkage assembly, and a grip 3; the locking piece 2 is sleeved on the shaft lever 1 and can rotate relative to the shaft lever 1 but cannot move along the shaft lever 1, the locking piece 2 can move along with the shaft lever 1, and the locking piece 2 has locking position and unlocking position when moving along with the shaft lever 1; the connecting rod assembly is arranged on the shaft lever 1; the handle 3 is connected with the connecting rod assembly, and the handle 3 can drive the shaft rod 1 and the locking piece 2 to move along the axial direction perpendicular to the shaft rod 1 through the connecting rod assembly, so that the locking piece 2 is switched between a locking position and an unlocking position.
According to the locking mechanism disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, through the cooperation of the handle 3, the connecting rod assembly and the locking piece 2, the rotation of the handle 3 is skillfully converted into the linear movement of the locking piece 2, so that the locking piece 2 is switched between the locking position and the unlocking position, and the locking mechanism can be quickly unlocked or locked when being applied to the box body or the box body 18.
The specific structure of the link assembly and the connection manner with the shaft 1 and the grip 3 are not particularly limited, as long as the conversion of the rotation of the grip 3 into the linear movement of the locking element 2 can be achieved, and those skilled in the art can select according to actual needs. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the link assembly includes link mechanisms disposed opposite mirror images on both sides of the shaft 1, one end of one link mechanism being fixed to the first end of the shaft 1 and the other end being fixed to the first end of the grip 3; one end of the other link mechanism is fixed with the second end of the shaft lever 1, and the other end is fixed with the second end of the grip 3; the handle 3 can drive two link mechanisms to synchronously rotate at the same time, and the two link mechanisms drive the shaft lever 1 and the locking piece 2 to move along the axial direction perpendicular to the shaft lever 1. That is, in this embodiment, two link mechanisms are provided, and two ends of the grip 3 are respectively connected with two ends of the shaft 1 through one link mechanism, so that the grip 3 can drive the shaft 1 and the locking element 2 to move smoothly through the two link mechanisms.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the linkage mechanism includes a first arm 4 and a second arm 5 hinged to each other, and free ends of the two first arms 4 of the two linkage mechanisms are respectively fixed to two ends of the shaft 1, and free ends of the two second arms 5 are respectively fixed to two ends of the grip 3. So arranged, when the handle 3 moves, the two second arms 5 can be simultaneously driven to rotate relative to the first arms 4, so that the shaft lever 1 and the locking piece are pushed to move by the first arms 4.
As shown in fig. 5, the grip 3 shown in this embodiment is U-shaped; the free ends of the two second arms 5 are respectively provided with connectors 6 in opposite directions, and the connectors 6 are respectively connected with the outer sides of the two ends of the U-shaped opening of the grip 3, see fig. 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the connector 6 includes a round bar portion 7 and a plug portion 8 connected to the round bar portion 7, wherein the cross section of the plug portion 8 is any shape other than a circle; non-circular slots 9 which are matched with the cross sections of the inserting parts 8 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the handle 3, and the inserting parts 8 are arranged in the slots 9. Because the shape of the inserting part 8 and the inserting groove 9 are non-circular, the relative rotation of the inserting part 8 and the inserting groove 9 after the inserting part and the inserting groove are connected is prevented, and the connection stability of the second arm 5 and the handle 3 is improved. In addition, for easy installation and anti-installation, the plug-in portion 8 and the slot 9 may be designed to be foolproof, for example, one side of the plug-in portion 8 and the slot 9 is a plane, the other opposite side is an arc surface, and only the arc surface corresponds to the arc surface, the plane corresponds to the plane, so that installation can be completed, and anti-installation is prevented.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the two ends of the shaft lever 1 are respectively provided with a mounting hole 10 along the axial direction thereof, and the end surfaces of the two ends of the shaft lever 1 are respectively provided with a positioning protrusion 11 protruding outwards along the axial direction thereof; as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first arm 4 is provided with a through hole 12 and a positioning groove 13 penetrating the through hole 12; the positioning protrusions 11 at the two ends of the shaft lever 1 are respectively positioned in the positioning grooves 13 of the two first arms 4, and the mounting holes 10 respectively correspond to the through holes 12 of the first arms 4 and are penetrated by the fixing screws 14. The positioning protrusion 11 can prevent the first arm 4 from rotating relatively after being connected with the shaft lever 1, so that the relative stability of the first arm and the shaft lever is ensured. With continued reference to fig. 6, the two ends of the shaft 1 are respectively provided with a yielding position, i.e. a part of the shaft is cut off, so that the locking mechanism is prevented from being applied in the box or the case 18, and interference with other parts is generated when the shaft 1 rotates.
In some embodiments, when the handle 3 drives the linkage mechanism to close the first arm 4 and the second arm 5, the locking element 2 is in the locking position, see fig. 7; when the handle 3 drives the link mechanism to enable the first arm 4 and the second arm 5 to be unfolded, the locking piece 2 is in an unlocking position, see fig. 8; wherein, set up unsmooth location structure respectively on first arm 4 and the second arm 5, when closure 2 is in the closure position, first arm 4 and second arm 5 part overlap to make unsmooth location structure on both cooperate and realize the location (i.e. unsmooth location structure sets up on closure 2 is in the closure position, on the part that first arm 4 and second arm 5 overlap, so that realize the location when the closure position), guarantee link mechanism self stability, further guaranteed closure mechanism closure state stability. It should be noted that the folding and unfolding of the first arm 4 and the second arm 5 are relatively speaking, for example, the state of the first arm 4 and the second arm 5 when the locking element 2 is in the locking position is folding, and the state of the first arm and the second arm 5 when the locking element 2 is in the unlocking position is unfolding.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the locking element 2 includes a body 15 and a locking tongue 16 provided on the body 15, a through hole 12 for passing the shaft 1 is provided in the body 15, and a slide rail 17 perpendicular to an axial direction of the through hole 12 is provided on an outer surface of the body 15, and the function of the slide rail 17 will be described below.
The locking mechanism of the embodiment is preferably made of metal, so that the wear resistance is improved, the strength is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a lockable case which comprises a case body and the locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism is arranged on the case body and used for locking or unlocking the case body.
