The connecting seat 43 includes a main body 431, a fitting groove 432 formed by extending upward from both longitudinal sides of the main body 431 and then bending and extending vertically and oppositely, a fixing hole 433 formed by extending from the longitudinal outer side of the fitting groove 432, a rubber sleeve 434 sleeved in the fitting groove 432, a track groove 435 formed by the rubber sleeve 434 covering the fitting groove 432, a riveting column 436 arranged on the inner surface of the main body 431, a second rotation fitting portion 438 arranged on the rear end of the inner surface of the main body 431, and a flat spring 437 with one end fixed on the riveting column 436. The other end of the flat spring 437 is fixed to the column 427 of the rotating plate 41, and at least one pair of the flat springs 437 is provided. The second rotation branch portion 442 of the linkage lever 44 is fixed to the second rotation matching portion 438 of the connecting seat 43 by a rivet, and the first, second and third rotation branch portions 441, 442 and 443 can rotate around the first rotation matching portion 425, the second rotation matching portion 438 and the third rotation matching portion 474, respectively.
The installation cavity 477 of the transmission member 47 is installed with a status control member 45, and the status control member 45 includes a base portion 451 disposed in the installation cavity 477, a holding end 453 extending out of the second opening 476 of the installation cavity 477 from the base portion 451, and an elastic member 452 clamped between one end of the base portion 451 and the inner wall of the installation cavity 477. The elastic member 452 is positioned by a positioning post (not shown) provided on an inner wall of the mounting cavity 477, the elastic member 452 provides an elastic force to the state control member 45, so that the abutting end 453 maintains an outward supporting force, and the abutting end 453 is switched between the open state groove 4261 and the closed state groove 4262 of the state control groove 426 of the swivel base 41 to realize a positioning function when the open state and the closed state are switched, thereby preventing an excessive opening or closing operation.
When the pitch varying device 40 is assembled, the shaft end 461 of the driving rod 46 is sleeved in the rotating hole 124 on the outer side of the stopping part 123; the rotating parts 412 at the two longitudinal ends of the rotating base 41 are respectively positioned in the gear groove 114, the arc-shaped groove 126 of the notch 125 and the gear groove 114, the rotating shaft 31 is inserted into the hole structure on the rotating part 412 and the shaft hole 121 on the third partition part 119 from one end of the notch 125 and extends into the damping groove 115, at this time, the spring 32 and the first and second damping blocks 33, 34 are respectively sleeved outside the rotating shaft 31, and the second damping block 34 abuts against the abutting part 123; the rotating shaft 31 is continuously pushed to make the rotating shaft 31 pass through the shaft hole 121 on the second partition part 118 and extend to the gear groove 114, and meanwhile, a pair of gears 35 and a rotating part 412 are sleeved on the rotating shaft 31, and the rotating shaft is continuously pushed to be inserted into the shaft hole 121 on the first partition part 117.
The rotating plate 13 includes a rotating plate base 131, a widened portion 132 extending from both longitudinal sides of the rotating plate base 131 in a transverse direction, longitudinal end portions 133 formed at both longitudinal ends of the rotating plate base 131, and second engaging portions 134 formed on outer side surfaces of the longitudinal end portions 133 and engaged with the first engaging portions 416. When the rotating base 41 is assembled on the spindle 11, the first engaging portion 416 and the second engaging portion 134 are engaged with each other and can achieve a limit and move relatively when the rotating base 41 rotates.
Before the rotating base 41 is assembled to the main shaft 11, the pitch changing device 40 needs to be assembled as follows:
the other end of the flat spring 437 fixed to the rivet post 436 of the connecting base 43 is fixed to the post 427 on the back surface of the rotating base 41, and the second rotation support 442 of the link lever 44 is rotatably fixed to the second rotation engagement portion 438 of the connecting base 43 or the first rotation support 441 is fixed to the first rotation engagement portion 425 of the rotating base 41. The track groove 435 of the connecting seat 43 is sleeved outside the matching flanges 423 at both sides of the matching portion of the rotating seat 41, and the track groove 435 is covered with the rubber sleeve 434 to enable the two to smoothly slide in a matching manner, thereby avoiding noise.
Fixing the state control element 45 in the installation cavity 477 of the transmission element 47, then installing the transmission element 47 in the accommodating part 421 of the rotating seat 41, wherein the limiting parts 422 at two sides of the accommodating part 421 limit the position of the transmission element 47 in the longitudinal direction, and the abutting end 453 is elastically matched with the state control groove 426; at this time, the third rotation branch portion 443 of the link lever 44 is rotatably fixed to the third rotation engagement portion 474 of the transmission member 47. The first, second and third rotation branch parts 441, 442 and 443 and the first, second and third rotation matching parts 425, 438 and 474 may be combined by a hole and a column structure, or riveted in two hole structures.
The driving end 462 of the driving rod 46 is clipped into the clipping hole 472 of the driving member 47, and the driving rod 46 extends out along the first opening 473 at one side of the clipping hole 472. The rotating portion 412 of the gear slot 114 extends along the notch 1141 of the gear slot 114.
The pitch varying device 40 further includes a cover plate 48, and the cover plate 48 is fixed above the accommodating portion 421 of the rotating base 41 by screws to fix the transmission member 47 on the rotating base 41.
The operation principle of the pitch-changing device of the application is as follows, when the connecting seat 43 is driven by the casing (such as a mobile phone casing) connected with the connecting seat to rotate, the rotating plate 13 drives the hinge strip 10 to rotate together, the rotating plate 13 and the rotating seat 41 move relatively through the first and second occlusion parts 416 and 134, and simultaneously the driving rod 46 rotates along with the rotating plate, the driving end 462 of the driving rod 46 drives the transmission member 47 to move in the accommodating part 421 of the rotating seat 41, so that the driving rod 44 on the transmission member 47 drives the connecting seat 43 to move, and the movement of the connecting seat 43 can enable the casing fixed on the connecting seat 43 to generate the change of the length distance, thereby adapting to the change of the length generated by bending the folding screen.
In this process, the flat spring 437 provides a connection and elastic force between the connection holder 43 and the rotation holder 41. The flat spring 437 can also provide two states, and the positioning of the two positions of the unfolded state and the folded state can be realized by matching the state control member 45 with the state control groove 426 provided on the rotary base 41.
