Description

Car light system and car light
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of car lamps, in particular to a car lamp system and a car lamp.
Background
The lighting pattern in a general car lamp is usually realized by a rear light source and a plurality of transparent or scattering light-transmitting surfaces (such as inner lens). A disadvantage of this solution is that the lighting pattern also tends to be planarized, since the arrangement of the light sources is approximately planar. When the depth of the lighting pattern is large, the distance between the light source and the light transmitting surface varies drastically, and thus a uniform lighting effect cannot be obtained.
Based on the above, the present invention provides a vehicle lamp system and a vehicle lamp to solve the above technical problems.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, there is provided in the present embodiment a lamp system including: a light source module 100 having a depth, a light transmitting member 200, and a control module connected to the light source module 100;
the light source module 100 is disposed in the light-transmitting member 200; the side surface of the light source module 100 is fully covered with the light emitting units 101; the light emitted by the light emitting unit 101 is emitted through the light transmitting member 200;
the control module is used for controlling the lighting and extinguishing of the light emitting unit 101.
According to the car light system provided by the invention, the light source module 100 has the depth and is matched with the light transmission piece 200 with the depth, and the distance from the light source module 100 emitting light to the light transmission piece 200 cannot be changed drastically, so that the effect of uniform lighting can be achieved.
Based on this, the invention has the advantage of achieving uniform lighting effect compared with the prior art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in an alternative of the present embodiment, the light source module 100 includes a carrier 102;
the carrier 102 is used for mounting the light emitting unit 101.
Specifically, the light emitting units 101 in the light source module 100 are distributed on at least two planes, one of which is a front surface and the other plane (a side surface) is angled from the front surface, so that the light source module 100 has a depth. Since the carrier 102 is used for mounting the light emitting unit 101, the light emitting unit 101 is convenient to mount and maintain, and the carrier 102 of different structures can be provided according to different light emitting units 101.
In the above technical solution, further, the light emitting unit 101 is an independent light source or a complete light source;
the independent light source is an LED or a bulb;
the complete light source is an LED with a circuit board or a bulb with a lamp holder.
In the above technical solution, further, when the light emitting unit 101 is an independent light source, the carrier 102 includes a circuit board;
the independent light source is electrically connected with the circuit board.
The independent light source is an LED or a bulb, the independent light source is not provided with a circuit board, and in order to realize the electric connection with the control module, when the luminous light source is the independent light source, the carrier 102 comprises the circuit board or a bracket provided with the circuit board, and the independent light source is electrically connected with the circuit board; the complete light source is an LED with a circuit board or a bulb with a lamp socket, on which the LED is integrated, and on which the bulb is mounted, the carrier 102 for carrying the complete light source may be omitted from the circuit board, and is designed as only one bracket with a depth structure, which can be mated with the light source module 100 with a depth.
In the above technical solution, further, a heat sink is disposed on the carrier 102.
Whether the light emitting unit 101 is an independent light source or a complete light source, when the light emitting unit emits light for a long time, the light source module 100 generates a large amount of heat, and in order to prevent the heat from concentrating between the light source module 100 and the light transmitting member 200 to cause a temperature rise, the present embodiment provides a heat sink on the carrier 102 for discharging the heat between the light source module 100 and the light transmitting member 200, thereby increasing the service life of the light source module 100.
As shown in fig. 6, in the alternative of this embodiment, the light-transmitting member 200 covers the outside of the light-emitting unit 101, and the distances from the light-emitting unit 101 to the inner surface of the light-transmitting member 200 are equal.
In the above-mentioned aspect, further, the light emitting unit 101 is embedded in the light transmitting member 200.
The light-transmitting member 200 having a depth is fitted with the light source module 100 to cover the outside of the light-emitting unit 101, and the distance from the light-emitting unit 101 to the inner surface of the light-transmitting member 200 is equal, preferably, the light-emitting unit 101 is embedded in the light-transmitting member 200, that is, the distance from the light-emitting unit 101 to the inner surface of the light-transmitting member 200 is equal. After the light emitting unit 101 is embedded into the light transmitting member 200, one part of the inner surface of the light transmitting member 200 is in direct contact fit with the light emitting light source, and the other part of the inner surface of the light transmitting member 200 is in direct contact fit with the carrier 102, so that when the light emitting light source is assembled with the light transmitting member 200, the light emitting light source is not required to be arranged at equal intervals from the light emitting unit 101 to the inner surface of the light transmitting member 200, the light emitting light source can be in direct contact with the light transmitting member 200 only by ensuring the fit between the light transmitting member 200 and the carrier 102, the uniformity of a light emitting pattern is ensured, and the light emitting device is convenient to install. For easy assembly, the light source module 100 of the present embodiment has a circular cross section perpendicular to the depth direction, which is more advantageous for the light emitting unit 101 to be embedded in the light transmissive member 200 than other cross sectional shapes.
In the above technical solution, the control module may control the light emitting units 101 to be turned on or off simultaneously, or may cause the light emitting units 101 to be turned on or off separately.
Each light emitting unit 101 may be independently controlled by the control module, and thus, the entire light source module 100 can be turned on or off simultaneously by all the light emitting units 101 under the control of the control module, and can be turned on or off individually according to the pattern.
Example two
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a second structure of the light source module 100 and the light-transmitting member 200 in the vehicle lamp system according to the embodiment of the invention; fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a second structure of a light source module 100 in the vehicle lamp system according to the embodiment of the invention; fig. 9 is a third structure of a light source module 100 in the vehicle lamp system according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 10 shows a fourth structure of a light source module 100 in the vehicle lamp system according to the embodiment of the invention.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, there is provided a lamp system including: a light source module 100 having a depth, a light transmitting member 200, and a control module connected to the light source module 100;
the light source module 100 is disposed in the light-transmitting member 200; the side surface of the light source module 100 is fully covered with the light emitting units 101; the light emitted by the light emitting unit 101 is emitted through the light transmitting member 200;
the control module is used for controlling the lighting and extinguishing of the light emitting unit 101.
According to the car light system provided by the invention, the light source module 100 has the depth and is matched with the light transmission piece 200 with the depth, and the distance from the light source module 100 emitting light to the light transmission piece 200 cannot be changed drastically, so that the effect of uniform lighting can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, in an alternative of the present embodiment, the light-transmitting member 200 covers the outside of the light-emitting unit 101, and a gap is left between the light-emitting unit 101 and the inner surface of the light-transmitting member 200.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the cross section of the light source module 100 perpendicular to the depth direction is hexagonal, semicircular or shaped.
Specifically, the light source module 100 may have a hexagonal cross section perpendicular to the depth direction, as shown in fig. 8; or may be semicircular as shown in fig. 9; but also may be shaped, such as a keyhole shape, as shown in fig. 10.
When the light emitting units 101 in the light source module 100 are distributed on a plurality of planes, the number of sides is greater than two except for one front side, so that the structure of embedding the light emitting units 101 into the light transmitting member 200 is inconvenient for assembly, the present embodiment preferably has a structure in which the light transmitting member 200 covers the outside of the light emitting units 101 with a gap between the light emitting units 101 and the inner surface of the light transmitting member 200.
Example III
This embodiment provides a vehicle lamp including the vehicle lamp system provided in the first or second embodiment.
The light transmitting member 200 in the lamp system employs an inner lens. The vehicle lamp provided in this embodiment adopts the vehicle lamp system provided in the first or second embodiment, and thus has all the advantages of the vehicle lamp system in the first or second embodiment.
