技术领域
本发明属于路灯技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能照明装置。
背景技术
路灯使用在城市道路、高速公路、隧道等环境,对于城市的交通、治安都有着重要作用,也可以美化城市环境。现有的LED路灯包括有壳体、散热器、连接在壳体尾部的灯杆、灯杆固定座、电源等,但是现有的LED路灯结构不合理,散热面积小、散热空间不合理,使得散热效果不佳,并且电源模块外置,接线外露,元器件现场安装不方便,防水不容易处理,防水效果不好。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可避免出现上述技术缺陷的太阳能照明装置。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种太阳能照明装置,包括灯架和设置在灯架上的灯头,灯头包括散热器、贴设在散热器下端面上的LED光源、罩设在LED光源下方的透镜、与LED光源电连接的电源模块,所述散热器后端一体成型有圆筒状灯杆固定座,散热器顶部靠近后端的位置成型有电源腔,电源腔的顶部盖设有电源盖形成密封腔体结构,电源腔与灯杆固定座的内腔之间通过过线孔连通,电源模块设置在电源腔中,电源模块的电源线由过线孔穿过进入灯杆固定座中;散热器的上端面成型有若干条沿前后方向平行排布的散热片,相邻两条散热片之间形成散热通道,散热器上位于LED光源两侧的位置开设有多个与散热通道连通的散热孔,散热孔贯穿散热器的上下两端面。
优选地,电源盖与电源腔之间通过第一密封圈密封连接。
优选地,散热器为铜材料制成。
本发明提供的太阳能照明装置,散热效果优异,有效地延长灯具的使用寿命,可以很好地满足实际应用的需要。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图5所示,一种太阳能照明装置,包括灯架和设置在灯架上的灯头13,灯头包括散热器1、贴设在散热器1下端面上的LED光源2、罩设在LED光源2下方的透镜3、与LED光源2电连接的电源模块4,散热器1后端一体成型有圆筒状灯杆固定座19,散热器1顶部靠近后端的位置成型有电源腔20,电源腔20的顶部盖设有电源盖24形成密封腔体结构,电源腔20与灯杆固定座19的内腔之间通过过线孔23连通,电源模块4设置在电源腔20中,电源模块4的电源线14由过线孔23穿过进入灯杆固定座19中。散热器1的材质为铝合金,具有很好的导热性能。散热器1的上端面成型有若干条沿前后方向平行排布的散热片18,相邻两条散热片18之间形成散热通道21,散热器1上位于LED光源2两侧的位置开设有多个与散热通道21连通的散热孔22,散热孔22贯穿散热器1的上下两端面,散热器1的上端面布满散热片18形成很多散热通道21,增大散热面积,提高散热效果,并且散热孔22能够产生烟囱效应,加速散热通道21的空气对流,散热效果更好。若干散热片18之间呈左右对称方式分布,提高散热效果。散热器1的上下端面均为向上拱起的曲面状结构,能够防止散热器1上端面积水和防止散热器1下端面的水流到中部的LED光源2区域。电源盖24与电源腔20之间通过第一密封圈5密封连接,使得电源腔20具有很好的密封效果,防水效果更好。透镜3通过光源盖6固定在散热器1上,透镜3与光源盖6之间通过第二密封圈7密封连接,光源盖6与散热器1之间通过第三密封圈17密封连接,防水效果更好。透镜3的材质为玻璃,经久耐用。利用散热器1背部密封的电源腔20放置电源模块4、防雷器、接线柱等元器件,元器件和电源线14、连接线均不外露,元器件现场安装方便,并且防水容易处理,防水效果好,有效保护元器件。散热器1可以采用铜材料制成。
如图6所示,LED光源2包括基板25,多个LED芯片26设于基板25上,基板25为铝基板、铜基板或陶瓷基板。基板25在本实施例中采用圆形,根据产品的具体构造,也可以采用其它形状,如方形等。LED芯片26在本实施例中采用六个,可根据产品的具体构造增减,LED芯片26一般采用大功率LED芯片,也可以由小功率芯片组合。本发明的基板25在多个LED芯片26两侧设有胶圈30、12,胶水与荧光粉混合层27在第一胶圈30、第二胶圈31间涂敷于LED芯片26上。本发明的多个LED芯片26呈圆环状排列,设于LED芯片26两侧的胶圈30、12也呈圆环状排列。基板25中间部位设有接插孔32,接插孔32上方设有一个可活动拆卸的反射罩28,反射罩28采用螺丝33连接基板25上,也可以采用其它的固定方式。可活动拆卸的反射罩28用于操作和观察在接插孔32的接线。接插孔32连接一个接插件29,接插件29省去焊接等麻烦工艺,当然也可以用绝缘导线引出,连接简便。

1.一种太阳能照明装置,包括灯架和设置在灯架上的灯头,其特征在于,灯头包括散热器、贴设在散热器下端面上的LED光源、罩设在LED光源下方的透镜、与LED光源电连接的电源模块,所述散热器后端一体成型有圆筒状灯杆固定座,散热器顶部靠近后端的位置成型有电源腔,电源腔的顶部盖设有电源盖形成密封腔体结构,电源腔与灯杆固定座的内腔之间通过过线孔连通,电源模块设置在电源腔中,电源模块的电源线由过线孔穿过进入灯杆固定座中;散热器的上端面成型有若干条沿前后方向平行排布的散热片,相邻两条散热片之间形成散热通道,散热器上位于LED光源两侧的位置开设有多个与散热通道连通的散热孔,散热孔贯穿散热器的上下两端面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能照明装置,其特征在于,电源盖与电源腔之间通过第一密封圈密封连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能照明装置,其特征在于,散热器为铜材料制成。
