本发明涉及一种带有散热器的LED路灯,包括有散热器、贴设在散热器下端面上的LED光源、罩设在LED光源下方的透镜、与LED光源电连接的电源模块,散热器后端一体成型有圆筒状灯杆固定座,散热器顶部靠近后端的位置成型有电源腔,电源腔的顶部盖设有电源盖形成密封腔体结构,电源腔与灯杆固定座的内腔之间通过过线孔连通,电源模块设置在电源腔中,电源模块的电源线由过线孔穿过进入灯杆固定座中,本发明利用散热器背部密封的电源腔放置电源模块、防雷器、接线柱等元器件,元器件和电源线、连接线均不外露,元器件现场安装方便,并且防水容易处理,防水效果好,有效保护元器件。

技术领域
本发明属于路灯技术领域,具体涉及一种带有散热器的LED路灯。
背景技术
路灯是安装在街道墙壁、公路旁等用来道路照明的灯具,在晚上可以为外出行走的人提供良好的路面信息,也可以美化城市环境。现有的LED路灯包括有壳体、散热器、连接在壳体尾部的灯杆、灯杆固定座、电源等,但是现有的LED路灯结构不合理,散热面积小、散热空间不合理,使得散热效果不佳,并且电源模块外置,接线外露,元器件现场安装不方便,防水不容易处理,防水效果不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的不足而提供一种防水效果好、元器件现场安装方便的带有散热器的LED路灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
带有散热器的LED路灯,它包括有散热器、贴设在散热器下端面上的LED光源、罩设在LED光源下方的透镜、与LED光源电连接的电源模块,散热器后端一体成型有圆筒状灯杆固定座,散热器顶部靠近后端的位置成型有电源腔,电源腔的顶部盖设有电源盖形成密封腔体结构,电源腔与灯杆固定座的内腔之间通过过线孔连通,电源模块设置在电源腔中,电源模块的电源线由过线孔穿过进入灯杆固定座中。
所述散热器的上端面成型有若干条沿前后方向平行排布的散热片,相邻两条散热片之间形成散热通道,散热器上位于LED光源两侧的位置开设有多个与散热通道连通的散热孔,散热孔贯穿散热器的上下两端面。
所述若干散热片之间呈左右对称方式分布。
所述散热器的上下端面均为向上拱起的曲面状结构。
所述散热器的材质为铝合金。
所述电源盖与电源腔之间通过第一密封圈密封连接。
所述透镜通过光源盖固定在散热器上,透镜与光源盖之间通过第二密封圈密封连接,光源盖与散热器之间通过第三密封圈密封连接。
所述透镜的材质为玻璃。
本发明有益效果在于:本发明提供的带有散热器的LED路灯,包括有散热器、贴设在散热器下端面上的LED光源、罩设在LED光源下方的透镜、与LED光源电连接的电源模块,散热器后端一体成型有圆筒状灯杆固定座,散热器顶部靠近后端的位置成型有电源腔,电源腔的顶部盖设有电源盖形成密封腔体结构,电源腔与灯杆固定座的内腔之间通过过线孔连通,电源模块设置在电源腔中,电源模块的电源线由过线孔穿过进入灯杆固定座中,本发明利用散热器背部密封的电源腔放置电源模块、防雷器、接线柱等元器件,元器件和电源线、连接线均不外露,元器件现场安装方便,并且防水容易处理,防水效果好,有效保护元器件。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-图5所示,带有散热器的LED路灯,包括有散热器1、贴设在散热器1下端面上的LED光源2、罩设在LED光源2下方的透镜3、与LED光源2电连接的电源模块4,散热器1后端一体成型有圆筒状灯杆固定座11,散热器1顶部靠近后端的位置成型有电源腔12,电源腔12的顶部盖设有电源盖121形成密封腔体结构,电源腔12与灯杆固定座11的内腔之间通过过线孔15连通,电源模块4设置在电源腔12中,电源模块4的电源线41由过线孔15穿过进入灯杆固定座11中。
散热器1的材质为铝合金,具有很好的导热性能。散热器1的上端面成型有若干条沿前后方向平行排布的散热片10,相邻两条散热片10之间形成散热通道13,散热器1上位于LED光源2两侧的位置开设有多个与散热通道13连通的散热孔14,散热孔14贯穿散热器1的上下两端面,散热器1的上端面布满散热片10形成很多散热通道13,增大散热面积,提高散热效果,并且散热孔14能够产生烟囱效应,加速散热通道13的空气对流,散热效果更好。
若干散热片10之间呈左右对称方式分布,提高散热效果。散热器1的上下端面均为向上拱起的曲面状结构,能够防止散热器1上端面积水和防止散热器1下端面的水流到中部的LED光源2区域。
电源盖121与电源腔12之间通过第一密封圈5密封连接,使得电源腔12具有很好的密封效果,防水效果更好。透镜3通过光源盖6固定在散热器1上,透镜3与光源盖6之间通过第二密封圈7密封连接,光源盖6与散热器1之间通过第三密封圈8密封连接,防水效果更好。透镜3的材质为玻璃,经久耐用。
本发明利用散热器1背部密封的电源腔12放置电源模块4、防雷器、接线柱等元器件,元器件和电源线41、连接线均不外露,元器件现场安装方便,并且防水容易处理,防水效果好,有效保护元器件。

1.一种带有散热器的LED路灯,其特征在于,包括有散热器(1)、贴设在散热器(1)下端面上的LED光源(2)、罩设在LED光源(2)下方的透镜(3)、与LED光源(2)电连接的电源模块(4),其特征在于:所述散热器(1)后端一体成型有圆筒状灯杆固定座(11),散热器(1)顶部靠近后端的位置成型有电源腔(12),电源腔(12)的顶部盖设有电源盖(121)形成密封腔体结构,电源腔(12)与灯杆固定座(11)的内腔之间通过过线孔(15)连通,电源模块(4)设置在电源腔(12)中,电源模块(4)的电源线(41)由过线孔(15)穿过进入灯杆固定座(11)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述散热器(1)的上端面成型有若干条沿前后方向平行排布的散热片(10),相邻两条散热片(10)之间形成散热通道(13),散热器(1)上位于LED光源(2)两侧的位置开设有多个与散热通道(13)连通的散热孔(14),散热孔(14)贯穿散热器(1)的上下两端面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述若干散热片(10)之间呈左右对称方式分布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述散热器(1)的上下端面均为向上拱起的曲面状结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述散热器(1)的材质为铝合金。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述电源盖(121)与电源腔(12)之间通过第一密封圈(5)密封连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述透镜(3)通过光源盖(6)固定在散热器(1)上,透镜(3)与光源盖(6)之间通过第二密封圈(7)密封连接,光源盖(6)与散热器(1)之间通过第三密封圈(8)密封连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯,其特征在于:所述透镜(3)的材质为玻璃。
