Abstract
本发明公开了一种光纤无影灯,它采用光纤传光束作为传光器件,冷光源作为光输入源器件,光纤传光束的光输入端与光源耦合,光输出端与光学镜筒组件耦合,并输出符合要求的照射光斑;使用时,光源作为系统唯一有源器件,安装于高压氧舱舱外,做到完全的舱内电源隔离,确保了使用的安全性;光源通过光纤传光束引入高压氧舱内,光纤传光束的光输出端与灯罩内的镜筒组件耦合后,输出符合应用要求的光斑,照明效果显著提升。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光纤医疗器械,具体涉及一种用于高压氧舱内检查或手术照明的光纤无影灯。
背景技术
传统的无影灯系统,一般采用有源发光器件,即由电源直接驱动照明,如LED、卤素灯等。但有些场所,如高压氧舱等存在易燃易爆场所,对于电源的引入会存在一定的不可控风险,为此传统照明方式的无影灯系统无法在类似场所应用。
随着医疗技术的不断发展,要求不断增加,对于类似于高压氧舱类型的特殊场所的手术或检查照明需求日益迫切。目前解决以上问题的方案是:通过对传统无影灯发光部件及电路部分的整体密封,尽可能规避风险。但随着设备老化程度的不断增加,以及一些不可控因素的存在,风险仍无法避免,为此,传统无影灯系统无法推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单、设计合理、使用方便的光纤无影灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包含光源、光纤传光束、调节支架、灯罩、调光机构和镜筒组件;所述的光源设在高压氧舱舱外;光纤传光束包含光输入端、护套管、光纤丝、光输出端;光纤丝设在护套管内;光源的光输出接口与光纤传光束的光输入端耦合;光纤传光束穿过高压氧舱的舱壁,并铺设在调节支架内;光纤传光束的光输出端穿入灯罩后与镜筒组件耦合;镜筒组件固定在灯罩内的基座上;调光机构设在调节支架上,并设在高压氧舱的舱内;调光机构与光源电性连接;
进一步地,所述的光源的数量为若干个;若干个光源固定安装在高压氧舱的舱顶外或舱壁外;光源的输入电源由舱外引入,与舱内其他所有部件隔离;光源的出光口设有隔热片;
进一步地,所述的光源采用显色性好的大功率LED光源或氙灯光源;
进一步地,所述的光纤传光束采用分叉式结构,即光输入端包含1至n个端面,光纤传光束的光输出端包含m个端面,其中n>1,m>1;
进一步地,调节支架的顶部与高压氧舱的舱壁连接,调节支架的内部为空心结构,用于铺设光纤传光束;调节支架的底部通过伸缩气缸与灯罩连接;
进一步地,所述的灯罩的数量有若干个,若干个灯罩均与调节支架连接;
进一步地,所述的镜筒组件包含镜筒固定圈、光学镜筒、万向节和固定支架;光学镜筒通过镜筒固定圈与万向节的调节杆一侧连接;万向节的另一侧与固定支架连接,固定支架固定在灯罩内的基座上;
进一步地,所述的光学镜筒包含镜筒外壳、一号镜片、二号镜片、三号镜片、光栏、四号镜片,所述的一号镜片、二号镜片、三号镜片、四号镜片依次安装在镜筒外壳内;光栏安装在三号镜片与四号镜片之间。
采用上述结构后,本发明所述的光纤无影灯,具有以下优点:
1、光源作为唯一有源器件,安装在高压氧舱舱外,其光能量通过光纤传光束传入舱内,其余部分均为无源器件,实现了舱内电源隔离,确保了使用的安全性;
2、光线输出经过光学镜筒调节后,输出的光斑均匀性更好,光能量更加集中,照明效果显著提升;
3、光源出光口设置隔热片,可有效降低光源光输出热量,检查或手术时,被照射部位温升很小,有效降低了不适感。
4、结构简单、设置合理、制作成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作进一步的说明。
参看图1-2所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含光源1、光纤传光束4、调节支架3、灯罩5、调光机构6和镜筒组件7;所述的光源1设在高压氧舱舱外;光纤传光束4包含光纤传光束的光输入端8、护套管9、光纤丝10、光纤传光束的光输出端11;光纤丝10设在护套管9内;光源1的光输出接口与光纤传光束的光输入端8耦合;光纤传光束4穿过高压氧舱的舱壁2,并铺设在调节支架3内;光纤传光束的光输出端11穿入灯罩5后与镜筒组件7耦合;镜筒组件7固定在灯罩5内的基座上;调光机构6设在调节支架3上,并设在高压氧舱的舱内;调光机构6与光源1电性连接;调光机构6用于对光源1的开关及亮度进行调节;所述的光源1的数量为一个;光源1固定安装在高压氧舱的舱顶外或舱壁外;光源1的输入电源由舱外引入,与舱内其他所有部件隔离,规避了放电风险,保证了使用的安全性;光源1的出光口设有隔热片;
所述的光源1采用显色性好的大功率LED光源或氙灯光源;
参看图2所示,所述的光纤传光束4采用分叉式结构,光纤传光束的光输入端8包含一个端面,光纤传光束的光输出端11包含十个端面;
调节支架3的顶部与高压氧舱的舱壁2连接,调节支架3的内部为空心结构,用于铺设光纤传光束4;调节支架3的底部通过伸缩气缸与灯罩5连接;本具体实施方式中,灯罩5的数量为一个;
参看图3所示,所述的镜筒组件7包含镜筒固定圈18、光学镜筒19、万向节20和固定支架21;光学镜筒19通过镜筒固定圈18与万向节20的调节杆一侧连接;万向节20的另一侧与固定支架21连接,固定支架21固定在灯罩5内的基座上;光学镜筒19的作用是对输入光线进行调节,输出一个均匀的光斑;万向节20可实现光学镜筒的任意角度调节,进而实现每组光斑的任意角度调节,使经镜筒组件7调节后的若干个光斑重合为一个均匀的,大小一致的圆形光斑;
参看图4所示,所述的光学镜筒19包含镜筒外壳12、一号镜片13、二号镜片14、三号镜片15、光栏16、四号镜片17,所述的一号镜片13、二号镜片14、三号镜片15、四号镜片17依次安装在镜筒外壳12内;光栏16安装在三号镜片15与四号镜片17之间;光栏16用于调节光学镜筒输出光斑的大小。

Claims (8)
1.光纤无影灯,其特征在于它包含光源、光纤传光束、调节支架、灯罩、调光机构和镜筒组件;所述的光源设在高压氧舱舱外;光纤传光束包含光输入端、护套管、光纤丝、光输出端;光纤丝设在护套管内;光源的光输出接口与光纤传光束的光输入端耦合;光纤传光束穿过高压氧舱的舱壁,并铺设在调节支架内;光纤传光束的光输出端穿入灯罩后与镜筒组件耦合;镜筒组件固定在灯罩内的基座上;调光机构设在调节支架上,并设在高压氧舱的舱内;调光机构与光源电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光纤无影灯,其特征在于所述的光源的数量为若干个;若干个光源固定安装在高压氧舱的舱顶外或舱壁外;光源的输入电源由舱外引入,与舱内其他所有部件隔离;光源的出光口设有隔热片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光纤无影灯,其特征在于所述的光源采用显色性好的大功率LED光源或氙灯光源。
4.根据权利要求1所述的光纤无影灯,其特征在于所述的光纤传光束采用分叉式结构,即光输入端包含1至n个端面,光纤传光束的光输出端包含m个端面,其中n>1,m>1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的光纤无影灯,其特征在于调节支架的顶部与高压氧舱的舱壁连接,调节支架的内部为空心结构;调节支架的底部通过伸缩气缸与灯罩连接。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的光纤无影灯,其特征在于所述的灯罩的数量有若干个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的光纤无影灯,其特征在于所述的镜筒组件包含镜筒固定圈、光学镜筒、万向节和固定支架;光学镜筒通过镜筒固定圈与万向节的调节杆一侧连接;万向节的另一侧与固定支架连接,固定支架固定在灯罩内的基座上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的光纤无影灯,其特征在于所述的光学镜筒包含镜筒外壳、一号镜片、二号镜片、三号镜片、光栏、四号镜片,所述的一号镜片、二号镜片、三号镜片、四号镜片依次安装在镜筒外壳内;光栏安装在三号镜片与四号镜片之间。
